Good for the price. Just not perfect
Overall check in was fast. Shower floor was a little moldy but the room itself was clean and in fine condition. Rooms are not checked on frequently so getting new towels and whatnot is not frequent. Biggest grievance was internet. For a whole night did not work which interrupted the work I needed to do and also the TV did not have a way to change any channels.

Do not stay here it should be condemned
Dead roaches in room. Trash in the air conditioner vents. No working heat. Lukewarm water in the shower. Landlord special. Gaps and missing sections in the laminate floor. Bed frames were so noisy they sound like thunder. Missing locks on door. Garbage in microwave. Crumbs in bed sheets.

Amazing experience staying here at Super 8 by Wyndham. The room was clean and well-organized. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful with any questions I had for them. Absolutely have zero complaints and look forward to staying there again when I am in the area.

Terrible stay
Damp room. The fridge didn’t work. No bedside lights, no shampoo. Stained towels. Rude receptionist and very basic breakfast. Not coming back. Only big TV and pictures look good.

The property is nothing like the photos they display, it states clean and newly remodeled but our newly remodeled room was cracking falling apart floor tiles, holes in the walls under the sink, mold in the bathroom, dirty bathroom, stained everywhere. Bed spreads had brown stains and streaks on them. And to top it allll off, we only spent 15 minutes in the room and the roaches started coming out WITH THE LIGHTS ON. Crawling out from the door frames, behind the toilets, from under the sink. My wife and I checked out immediately. Tried to get a refund for our nights we DIDNT USE, and was told no even though the room was disgusting. The night desk worker was nice and great and very apologetic, but couldn’t do nothing so we had to contact someone in the morning. Was told we would get our deposit and resort fee back, but was a hard pass on their end and was told no, along with trying to contact Expedia who did a great job trying to help also told them no, they are not giving out refunds per policy, I get it, we set up a non refundable, but who in their right mind wouldn’t allow it when you were disgusting and infested with cockroaches to the point they come out with the lights on.

Arrived at property checked in went to the room and the room looked dingy the walls were full of mold in the restroom as well as the outside of the restroom, towels had pubic hairs on the and smell a little off on top of the being worn down. When we left and came back we noticed we had a few visitors. It was a bad roach infestation they were coming out of the toilet and all around the bathroom borders. We picked up and left. Never will go back

This property was infested with roaches ! There were pieces of the floor missing. The Wi-Fi did not work. there were no drinks in the vending machine . I asked to move my room twice thinking that would help and it didn’t. I would not recommend AT ALL. I kept my luggage in the car because I didn’t want to take home roaches. Please remove this hotel off your site ! Highly dissatisfied

The bathroom at the pool house needs to be closed for repairs, water leaking and causing the floor to be unsafe. Please at least close the rest room so nobody has the opportunity to get hurt and sue.

No hot water during the entire stay. Staff was horrible and showed no compassion and were very arrogant. Rooms were dirty, pillows had hair, beds had dead ants, spiders on ceilings added to the owes of no hot water. Except for location there is nothing good about this hotel. Avoid at all costs.

Staff is nice but does not provide solutions -lacks training for a Wyndham experience. Room has licky faucets, tv nos working, no phone, no night tables, no hot water for 5 (days), wifi is slow, non responsive most times. Unfinished rooms, but they are still open for service. Under slow remodel. Good, large TV and desk chair, but had to reconfigure tv every time. Breakfast has potential but they don't replenish items and food, although available. Lacks better management to train staff to work, be.more efficient. Housekeeping only upon request

I have waited before leaving this review for the manager to fix the issues. Trying to make the very long story short. My room had roaches crawling in the bed, notified front desk, no rooms available. My daughter and I toughed it out only because he told us we would be moved the next day. I have pictures, I have staff names etc. they did not move us and when we returned from the parks we were told there wasn't anymore rooms. I informed them that was unacceptable, we were moved to another room. the front desk person told me to please stop by and talk to the manager before checking out. I did that, had what was a nice chat with her in which I explained the detailed, very long story too. She apologized for the miscommunication of the staff and that I should not have to endure all of it. She told me to sign up for rewards so that she could grant me points for a future stay. I told her I would not be back there, she told me the points we could for any of the properties. She gave me her cell phone number and I gave her mine. As I said, very nice chat, she was nice and I believed what she told me. Fast forward to the points, she granted me 2k which isn't even enough for a discount let alone a comp night. I contacted her asking did I misunderstand something because the way she made it sound was that she was giving me enough points for at least a night's stay. I have not heard another word from her and she does not return my emails any longer.

This is the first time I’m writing a bad review. It smelled so bad. It had the sent of mold. This place was super dirty. The sheets of the bed were stained. Even the sheets smelled bad. The shower was disgusting. The shower floor had like black slimy stuff. The place like it got a “new” renovation but there was paint splatters all over the floor. And if you want to go to a place that doesn’t not allow smoking don’t go here, you see people smoking and even the own staff smoking.

Very budget friendly, Very clean & comfortable!
Had to unexpectedly stay a second night but in a different room. Room had been completely renovated & was great! Direct tv worked fine & so did Wi-Fi !! Room had microwave, fridge, blow dryer, iron & safe. Room was very clean & NO bugs of any kind!! Not sure of the name of lady who checked me in (same lady both nights) but she is fabulous!! Will definitely recommend this place & im sure I’ll be back! Thanks for a great night sleep, enjoyed my stay 😁

Property is being remodeled. The room had no trash can, you can tell the door has been kicked in, you had to slam it to get it to close, the deadbolt did not fully extend, the additional lock on the door was not secured in the wall, the bedside lamp and outlets did not work and, lamp was missing the bulbs. Hot water was mediocre, no need to turn the cold water on, and the shower head was too low for the shower, floors flexed as you walked on them, bed sheets had discoloration, and the continental breakfast was suspended just for the weekend but was being served on Monday during checkout. Pool was nice and clean.

Newly Remodled?? Yeah right!!
When we arrived for check in, the doors were locked and there was a be back in a few minutes sign. 10 minutes later, someone arrived, didn't seem to be in any hurry or apologize for any wait I had. Check in was easy enough, except for the undisclosed $100 holding fee that takes 7-10 business days to get back to your card & the undisclosed process of a half deposit automatically taken out of my account before I even checked in (so I couldn't have used a different card if I wanted to).
Room was newly renovated, but on the cheep & quickly done, only 2 lights in the room worked (because the rest were missing light bulbs). The plugs by the beds werent screwed into the wall and pulled loose when trying to remove our chargers, the bathroom door was off its top hinges so it wouldnt shut properly unless you pushed it towards the wall & slammed it. The tub dripped the entire stay even after trying to shut it off. The bed was uncomfortable and squeaky (metal frame on a wooden surround), and you can tell the flooring was added on top of the previous flooring and not done well (joints not joined & bubbling up). I know that this is not a 5 star resort, but even for the money I paid, I expected better. Definitely not staying again.

Great hotel and friendly staff
The front desk was super friendly and very accommodating. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower water pressure was awesome. Everything has been newly renovated in the rooms. Hotel is very quiet and it is a decently close drive to all the parks. Would highly recommend staying here!

The front desk lady when we checked in and out was helpful and friendly, but you could tell she was either overworked or annoyed.
We booked and prepaid for a king bed room. When we arrived all they had were two double bed rooms. This wouldn’t work for us but it’s all they had and it was almost midnight so we had no choice.
The room was trying to be updated. There is mold/mildew on the bathroom ceiling you can see and you can smell it. The shower curtain was dirty and starting to mildew. It’s also too short and water goes all over the floor. Water in shower is hot, that’s nice.
Room temperature was bearable but even turning it down lower it never seemed to get cool enough in there. It’s Florida, it needs to be cool. I think part of this is because it is blowing up into the curtains. Which then in turn wouldn’t stay down and you had all kinds of light coming in from the parking lot.
One of the neighbors were smoking weed and a bunch of them hung by their cars or the front doors late at night which made it kind of noisy.
Check out is 11 but we had someone come to our door at 10 to ask us if we were leaving soon so they could ‘check’ the room. If checkout is 11, don’t bother people at 10.

The bathroom is very small. If you are claustrophobic this is not the place for you. There was a hole in the wall that was not covered. The bathroom door was damaged.. I will not be returning to this location. As much money the city makes, the hotels should be in better condition..

The staff was extremely kind!! Also super easy walk to everything …. Lots of places to eat and Walmart is across the street. The hotel room is really nice. Definitely coming back soon!

Great little place for a quick weekend stay! Very close to Disney property. We were about 10 minutes tops away from all the parks! Great hotel, especially if you aren’t going to be spending a lot of time in the room and just want somewhere to sleep. The staff were all lovely!!

Clean and Comfortable
Overall, the hotel room was clean and comfortable. The light between the two queen beds would not work, but the other lights did. The back (the side inside the bathroom) of the bathroom door was torn off, but the door shut fine. The only staff I saw worked in the lobby at the desk and they were pleasant and friendly. My son, grand daughter and I had a comfortable stay.

You get what you pay for!
Floor was filthy, feet were black from walking on it. Towels had blood on them, the door to the room had a massive gap to the outside on the bottom, and lastly holes
