The only issue was the tub water spicket. It would come out from around the sides also which is going to mold the ceiling. Pipes also made a loud racket from several rooms when running water at warm..

Great location and beautiful room. Within walking distance of Pike Place Market. Staff is super friendly, the room was very spacious, and all the amenities were great. The faucet for the tub was the weirdest thing though and gave us a good laugh, coming from the ceiling rather than a traditional faucet.

Amazing First Class hotel 5 Star by Far
Fantastic hotel, fantastic staff. Check in was an absolute breeze, desk staff were wonderful and even sent a bottle of champagne up to our room for my wife's birthday. The room was sparkling clean the linens were first clasc, and the bathroom soaking tub and shower were such a wonderful plus.! Best hotel we have ever been in and we will be back.

Perfect Seattle Stay
We had a junior suite with a pretty bay view. The bed was really comfortable and the suite was upscale but unfussy. They have Le Labo toiletries in the bathroom. Everything was super clean. I loved the location too - between Pike Place and Pioneer Square. We walked everywhere. We stayed on a weekend, but it was nice and quiet!

The staff really make this a true five star experience. Right from arrival and the Valet to the front desk staff. Even the cleaning crew added some special touches like Lavender to the room. It was relaxing, quiet, and very enjoyable. Parking downtown is terrible so use the valet service. They are vast, careful, and quite helpful. Even when it comes to dining, the valets know the town and can point you in the right direction. Everything is close and can be accessed by walking, taxi, or bus. I took my bike and everything was accessible by bike. From Alki Point to Discovery Park, there are bike trails everywhere. Timothy and Jordon (front desk and valet) had all the info I needed to pick places to go. They could not have been more pleasant and easy to talk to. Timothy was like talking to an old friend even thought we just met. The hotel does have some wear, but it is maintained well. The restaurant, All Water, has a wonderful breakfast. I plan to stay here again next time I'm in Seattle.

Liked that it is walkable from the ferry and close to many attractions. Didn't like the in room coffee maker, but that is true of most of the hotels we can afford. Either get a keurig type machine, or have coffee in the lobby. Other than that, it is a nice hotel, and will stay there again.

It just might be my best hotel experience yet. Super clean, amazing customer service, Beautiful spacious rooms. Even the bath towels big size loved that. Complimentary bottled water, expresso machine in the room. Parking is super expensive $60 per night. Restaurant service amazing and food is delicious.

The view was horrible. There was rust in the door jambs for the toilet area, the pressure was extremely low in the shower, and the shade that separates the bathtub to the sleeping area, had some sort of spill black marks all over it.

Centrally located & modern stay
My teenage son and I did a quick overnight downtown at Hotel 1000 before our return trip back home. The hotel was perfectly located between the Pikes Place tourist spots and Pioneer Square. The area is very walkable and we were blessed with superb weather.
Our room was ready at check in and the room was spotless. I especially enjoyed the Frette bathrobes and Nespresso coffee.
Checkout was a breeze until we had to wait 25 minutes for our car to come out of a very busy valet. This made our trip to the airport tighter than I would have wanted.
Overall, I would stay at Hotel 1000 again but do hope they consider staffing the valet service better (or I’d do research on off-property self park options).

The hotel was great, and the service was great. Unfortunately, the hotel lobby is being remodeled so there was some construction work going on and check-in is on the second floor. The cleaning service was fantastic. We did have breakfast at All Water Seafood (restaurant in the hotel) and it was overpriced Denny's food. The breakfast sandwich and avocado toast was on bread from somewhere like Wonder Bread. We had two other minor issues where we were charged for valet for longer then we had reserved the car. That was an easy refund. The other issue we ran into was one of the nights we had no hot water. Overall though, a nice hotel with good service.

We stayed at Hotel 1000 for 3 nights. Booked a Junior corner suite - absolutely stunning. One of the best hotel rooms we have stayed in. Modern, fabulous bed, great shower & bath. Spotlessly clean. Good service. Great location for exploring Seattle. Highly recommended.

Splurge for the Tub
Our original booking was in a Junior Suite which did not come with the beautiful free standing tub. Nikki at the front desk was so friendly and easy to work with in getting our room upgraded for the weekend. It was so worth it. The location of the hotel makes it easy to walk to many other attractions, bars and cafes.

Checked in after a long weekend camping, Jordyn at the front desk must have seen the tired and haggard state of my partner and I. She upgraded us! Being able to clean up in the luxurious shower and bath amenities and relax watching the sun set over the Olympic mountains was the perfect end to an amazing weekend. On top of that, we ordered cookies from Hello Robin! And Jordyn found us a few glasses of milk. Truly above and beyond service!

Our stay was fine.The room was very nice. The staff were very kind & the valet staff were prompt & courteous. Problem was I booked a room with a view (I paid extra for that). Our view was a empty building you could see into (kinda creepy) across a alley, above dumpsters. We could hear all the conversations in the alley night & day. I needed to relax a bit as we had a family emergency along with our trip. I also asked for a microwave & a mini fridge as they're not in the room unless you ask. After 3 requests, finally got the fridge & was told there were no microwaves in the hotel. On the website it does say to ask for it & it will be provided. Disappointed as again, I didn't necessarily want to go out to eat. Overall a nice stay, just some issues that needed better attention.

This place was great.
Room was big and very comfortable. The tub is a great for two. Great food on site. Location is 5 min walk to any food. Only thing I would say bad is the door man was not very greeting. Not help full and never says hello when walk in. We’ll stay here again.

Only thing missing from this hotel is a pool or hot tub. Otherwise, excellent place to stay when in downtown Seattle. Upon check in we asked for restaurant recommendation - we were promised a text message within 30 minutes with options. Never received. Unfortunately we got terrible news a couple hours after wwe arrived and had to check out the next morning to fly back home. I went to the lobby immediately to notify them. I was told since we booked with Expedia it was up to them to offer w refund for the remaining nights but that they would put a note in the computer about our emergency. I further asked for help with transportation to the airport in the morning and was told to just call an Uber or taxi. Usually I would have been fine with that, but in this situation was very uneasy. Very unhelpful staff! Expedia has been extremely helpful with other refunds for experiences I booked, but this hotel did not even get back to them for 72 hours, no refund, not even an answer. Unacceptable! Will never stay there again, not even another hotel in the Marriott chain out of principal.

I booked and paid up for a bay view suite. However, when checking in, we were informed that we were going to be getting a free upgrade. And then we were checked into a Cityview suite. We had to go back down and show them the original reservation. We eventually did get our Bayview suite, but the hotel very unethically tried to tell us that our “upgrade” was a Cityview suite. Oh and the phone and TV did not work.

The customer service from all the staff including front desk, housekeeping, valet and restaurant servers was top notch!! The food in the restaurant and fir room service was amazingly delicious!!! The central downtown location is within walking distance to the waterfront, Pike Place Market and a short drive to Century Link stadium, Georgetown and the Van Gogh Exhibition. The modern style and decor is gorgeous and the view of the bay, the ferries and the Seattle wheel at night was awesome!

Loved the very unique boutique hotel vibe, loved being right near the market and other favorite Seattle things, love the styling and clean modern feel. It was spacious. Wish there was room service for breakfast in bed and a few other amenities included for the price. A Special Anniversary!
The second we walked in we felt special. It was a quick and easy check-in. We had dinner at the Allwater restaurant and it was delicious! Our room was wonderful, the bed was really comfortable, the tub amazing! I would definitely stay here again.

The worse experience, still waiting for Expedia to return my money. It was promoted as a best hotel but turned out to be the worse in my experience. I need to understand how the best, 5 star hotel can't accommodate toothpaste or toothbrush or sleepers. Really can't say that this was anywhere close to 2.5 star worthie place.

I already paid taxes and fee ($257) when I make the payment on Expedia . And Expedia show I only need to pay the destination fee ($99.25) at property . But somehow I had to paid taxes and fee ($334) again at the property when I check out. I don't know how Expedia deal with the hotel. Anyway , The price is not real on Expedia .Expedia is really suck. not more business with Expedia .

We liked how it was centrally located and near different sightseeing opportunities. Would like to encourage some type of cookie or another treat item or Pom arrival.

Property was walking distance to pier and Public Market. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We rented a car and we didn't want to valet since we were in and out most of the day. Parking can be a challenge especially when they close them down at certain times. We wish we had a view to the pier instead of the brick wall. Otherwise, we enjoyed the comforts of our room when we were there. One thing we did not have is a fridge. We had a wine bar that was nonfunctional.
