Nice clean updated property next door to the airport. Surprisingly quiet. The restaurant next door is one of the best BBQ places I've been to in a long time. The price compared to other chain hotels was excellent. Will stay again on my next flight out of SeaTac.

Easy SeaTac access
Excellent place to stay for earlier flights. Walk to dinner, area is safe. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Parking can be an issue at times if you have a rental car, the lot is shared with a popular restaurant.

Their shuttle service is truly 24 hour unlike many area hotels. If you would rather walk before your trip it is just 2 safe blocks to the south door of the airport.

We were pleased to have a clean, well appointed room to sleep in after a long, late day of travel. Location is Very close to the airport and easy to find. Breakfast was a nice way to start the day and get ready for the drive back home on the other side of the state

I stayed for the airport. Coast is a familiar chain in Canada and it’s what I consider, dependable. This hotel is aging but it’s absolutely spotless ! My room was very scrubbed (yes, I checked the tile in the bathroom). Bed comfy. I walked from the airport to the hotel, with a loaded backpack. I’d say it was a 1.75 mile walk from airport exit to the hotel. I’m a 55 year old only semi fit woman. I beat the people from the same flight who waited for the shuttle. I’ll stay here again. Coast is a familiar face!

What I like most is that is super close and comfortable for a quick rest between flights, but not overly priced. Check-in is also very fast and easy.

Can't get any more convenient than the Coast Gateway if you need a place to stay near the airport. It's clean and surprisingly quiet for how close it is to the airport. The shuttle service is excellent.

The room was clean and comfortable. A little outdated but most budget friendly hotels are. The bed was comfortable. Wasn’t a fan of the pillows they were tiny compared to the bed. The staff was kind. We used the voucher they gave us for an appetizer at the roast house next door and their food was super good.

The person checking me in was awesome. My mom has limited mobility and i forgot to ask in advance for a room close to the elevator. She was happy to help and reassign our room. We enjoyed vip status bar boss nachos at Roasters restaurant next door. Delicious! Thank you Coast. You never disappoint!

Avoid even numbered rooms if you want some sleep.
LOUD! Street noise from International BLVD was so loud I barely slept. It stated that the rooms were soundproof, but this is incorrect. Breakfast was continental. Staff was friendly. Hotel clean. Sharpe’s was good for dinner. Parking free. Which is always a plus.

The adjacent restaurant is very meat centric but the service was great. Couldn’t take advantage of the free appetizer perk as I can’t eat dairy and there were no other options.

The Go-To Place for SeaTac
Shuttle schedules often require an overnight on at least one end of a SeaTac trip, and Coast Gateway is the place to stay. Clean, comfortable, convenient, right next to a restaurant, walking distance from the airport (if the rain and baggage are minimal), reliable shuttle if you need it. Also you're not over-paying for features you don't need.

Parking stalls are too narrow. Got stuck between 2 SUVs and couldn’t get in the car.
The microwave in the room should NOT be on n the bottom shelf (I had to get down on my hands and knees to use it).
I will stay here again.

The hotel is alright. It is clean and has all the basics covered. It is an older unit that can be upgraded. Bathroom and shower has seen better days. Continental breakfast is ok at best. It is an average hotel, it does the job. Don’t expect anything above average.

The hotel is comfortable and convenient. Unfortunately the fire alarm went off at 5:00 a.m. and intermittently went off for the next 45 minutes. The staff said it was a false alarm but never apologized or offered any compensation. Needless to say I didn’t get back to sleep.

It is close to the airport. There are restaurants nearby. Parking is free. Felt safe. Staff welcoming. This works well for those with flights leaving very early in the morning or arriving late at night. Why waste money on a fancy hotel when you are only there to sleep and get to/from the airport. I rented a car so can't comment on the shuttle service. Appreciated the small refrigerator and microwave which I did use.

I chose this hotel based on the good reviews. It was “fine”. It had the basics, nothing fancy. My low rating is due to the fire alarm that went off just before 5:30AM. We had to go downstairs until the all clear was given (too loud to just stay in the room). It turned out to be a broken oven (I overheard in the lobby). There was no apology; no compensation for the fact that I felt awful all day due to the rudely shortened sleep.

Airport pick up was FAST! Hotel was close, quiet and clean. Great restaurant next door had delicious food (and opened late!). To top it off… our departure fun SEATAC was too early to have breakfast at the hotel… BUT, they handed us a paper sack with an amazing assortment of food (bagel, egg, cheese, yogurt). Over all: 5 out of 5! If in the area again, I’ll be back! Thanks!

Only one recommendation…Since you are pet friendly a garbage can outside to dispose of my dog’s waste would be nice. In the rain I wasn’t too excited about walking behind to the dumpster. But hey, at least I pick up my animal’s waste!

Perfectly located for airport proximity, great restaurant on site, and parking (for free)! While dated hotel, it is kept in great condition, clean, and offers breakfast (great sausage, I don't normally eat sausage) and good coffee. The staff is also very kind, professional, and helpful. Also, it is pretty quite considering it's on a main road, my window faced the street and I could barely hear anything from outside.

Housekeeping staff are hardworking and rooms and facilities are mostly well kept. Beds are comfy, sheets nice and a good selection of pillows. Bathrooms don’t offer much counter space but shower and water temp are solid. Could really use more towel rods or hooks in the bathroom as there is only one of each. The USB and outlets on our bedside table did not work. Blackout blinds are the pleated kind so some light gets in at the top and bottom.
The pool area could use a deep clean with a significant scum line on the tiles and pretty large use stains on the cushions, ick!
It has a large fire pit and well stocked poolside Elixir bar and plenty of seating and nice umbrellas. Water temp was warm, perfect for a January stay, and hot tub warmer still. Also love adult only pool — thank you!
I will stop using Expedia to book rooms, after 4-5 years, as I’ve noticed we always get the worst location. Ours was on the street side while those in the rear or around the pool would be nicer and quieter. The place was not near full so capacity was not the reason for our room assignment. Also latest hotels.com rewards program is quite thin. A five night stay would have been halfway to a free room under the old.
Easy, virtual Sonder check-in was great and support team responsive via phone and chat as our flight delayed us one day — thanks Boeing!
Location is good. Plenty of fun restaurants and bars close and main PS downtown is an easy walk or 5 minute drive.

The room was okay, nothing special. They had two dispensers in the shower, one for 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner, the other for body gel. One was completely broken and didn’t dispense at all, the 2nd barely worked. The Wi-Fi in our room went in and out claiming the password we received was incorrect. The front desk basically told us, we don’t know, sorry. The TV had Google play but when selected the screen went black and unresponsive. The breakfast was mediocre. Probably wouldn’t stay here again, but it was doable for the one night we stayed.
