Manager was rude. Told me he could wave the fee to keep same room overnight, switched the price from $25 to $75. Just money hungry, judgemental. And extremely rude. Room was not too shabby.

My daughter was bit several times by bed bugs in two different rooms over a 2 night stay. I was very upset about that. Other than that it was a great place.

Never again!
Burn holes in the blankets, no heat in the room (it’s January). One wash cloth and two towels in a double room, no batteries in the remote. I was traveling with my disabled son and it took us a bit longer than expected to pack up and get checked out. They were banging on my door at 10:59 wanting to know if I was paying for another night or checking out. There’s more but I think you get the point. I hate that I used my rewards for this horrible stay.

Good strong shower, working fridge, comfortable bed. HVAC worked fine but was noisy.
Overall the property is very dated and needs an exterior refresh. Kind of a gloomy place to stay. Don't know why ratings are above average for this category of motel. Friendly check-in staff.

My stay was good. The bed was noisy, like it was on top of a filing cabinet when i moved around. Otherwise the bed was comfortable. Shower had a drip but worked. Large room, could fit another bed.

Good for an overnight stay
A good hotel for an overnight stay. Room was clean and pretty good size. Breakfast was your usual continental type. Check in was quick and easy.

Filthy floor in the room.
Pet friendly is not pet ‘free’. Expedia’s fault for not disclosing the extra costs….

The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean. Location walking distance to a Waffle house, Ruby Tuesday, and convenient store. Place a little outdated. The ladies were always smiling.

Not a great experience.
I have never seen a hotel without room darkening curtains. This one did not and s bright light shone in our room all night. The shower head blew up and flooded the bathroom. The staff (Krishna) was right on it, but my clothes were all wet. They wouldn't give us a new room. We waited for a new shower to be installed. Doors were slamming until midnight. No sleep. I couldn't wait to checkout and I won't be back.

Exactly what you’d expect for this priced hotel. Unfortunately, our room was right next to the exterior entrance door and every time it opened it Squeaked very loud and slammed shut. We were in town for a USC football game so there was a lot of activity and very little sleep. Not bad other than that but this was a big, ad and unresolved issue.

Avoid at all cost!!
Check in was easy; however, the room was far from clean. There was stains all over the covers, the pillows, the floor and the phone. We did not even feel comfortable staying the night so we left and booked a different hotel room. Avoid at all cost!

Remove this hotel
Remove this hotel. It was filthy.Everything was old,stained,and smelled.The sheets were the old psychiatric ward hospital sheets from the 1970’s. Microwave was filthy.We only stayed because it was late & we were there for Military Graduation. We slept on towels on top of the bed. Worse room I’ve ever been in.

The worse place ever. I couldn’t even sleep because of the dusty and mattress wet, smell horrible and dirt. all over phlegm marks filthy sheets, Hair all over of the place and dusty worse than a farm house. I didn’t left to don’t lose the money and because I was very tired driving for 12 hours. I still feeling bad for my with and kid.

Asked for non smoking room and gave me sheets and quilts with cigarettes burns on it. Seems like they would keep those separate from the smoking rooms. Also room 223 mattress is sooooo squeaky even for just sitting so imagine when i try to do grown people stuff on it.

We had no hot water the first 3 nights. The third night we had nasty dirty water apitting out of the faucet. The pool filtration system must not have been working. The water was turning green with oily resedue.

My stay was terrible. I do not recommend this hotel. The conditions were terrible, when i first arrived there was no hot water til the day after, there was no fire alarm in my room, the air conditioner vents were broken (thankfully the AC worked fine), the doors paint was terrible falling off, the towels had black stains and they had holes in them as well as the bed sheets. The pillows were TINY, HORRIBLE. I asked for clean towels and they would only give me 2 more when there was 3 of us in the room. The breakfast had very little variety. The neighborhood was unsafe as well and the parking spots were tight. The hotel is also in back of a gas station. They also tried charging me 25$ per night for the dog fee when the website states 20$. Extremely disappointed with my stay here.

Only had 2 rags and towels in our room but overall it was good and we really enjoed the pool especially the kids and have to pay 100$ deposit also but you get it back the morning after they check your room

I would have given us a one star at the beginning. Because it's one of the people we're really rude at the reception desk, but the rest of the people were really nice, so it made me choose the episode either. They also had to kick somebody out of a couple rooms and was very vulgar and taken off her clothes in front of my kids. I really did not like that, Heather. And that was not bad today. I've been at worst, but not with my kids.

the swimming pool was dirty, the breakfast was not a Continental breakfast. the staff was not nice about early check-in. and the plumbing in the room was terrible.the staff didn't bother to care about the customer's needs.i'll never stay at this location again,,

I arrived around 6pm. My room wasn't cleaned yet. I had to wait an hour and then was put in a different room. The room i booked wasn't a pet room. So i had to pay $20 more a night for a different room. Plus $20 more a night for my dog.

Its super cheap and worth the price. Just bare minimum hotel. Ckean enough. You get 1 towel per guest. 1 room key total. Breakfast was very basic lots gone by 7. 4 small pillows. Lights flicker. Tv small. Kinda hard to find. Bed very loud. Walls thin. But like i said its cheap and a fine place not scary or anything.

Our room was fine and check in was easy. Only issue was that when we arrived back at the hotel for our second night, they had deactivated our key. Again, staff got it resolved quickly and we were back in our room, however no explanation was given as to why we ran into that issue

Totally not accommodating. I have a cat with me. Chose this hotel because they were pet friendly. Thoroughly dressed down for not calling the hotel and telling them I needed the pet-friendly room. Unprofessional and rude. Asked for a late check out. Was told they couldn’t because housekeeping would get mad. Everything for which I asked was shot down immediately. I’ll stay elsewhere from now on. Just not helpful and doesn’t care about customers.

This was the filthiest room I’ve ever been in! The outlets were coming off of the walls! The paint was peeling off of the doors and walls! All of the bedding and linen was stained and had burn holes all over! The floors hadn’t been cleaned for a very long time! I took pictures to send to Quality inns Corporate office! Absolutely horrible! There were no more rooms available in the area, or I would have gone elsewhere!

Check-in was easy, quick.. $20 per pet charge - breakfast of pancakes and yogurt offered... at least THIS time I was not hit with an additional $90 "pet charge" on TOP of the room charge as I was at the Baymont in the same area on my way north. I will NEVER stay at the "Baymont" again the quality of the stay was far from the $157 cost of staying there! Quality Inn was MUCH better!!! Definitely recommend the Quality Inn if traveling with multiple pets!!
The floors were of pergo type which makes it easier to keep clean, though I recommend having a blanket or pet bed if you're like me and do not believe pets belong on the furniture / beds. Breakfast has gone downhil on ALL properties that advertise

Rude Front Desk!
The Front desk workers are rude! They charge $100 deposit! They refuse to provide receipts after stay. They refuse to release the deposit in 5 days. Horrible and rude customer service.

The room was clean and well appointed and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I stayed here because it was pet friendly and I was in town for a dog show. The pet fee was reasonable. Please people, if you travel with a pet, be courteous and clean up after your pet! It is getting more and more difficult to find pet friendly hotels for a reasonable fee. It is up to all of us to respect the property and other guests.

It was an ok property considering we weren’t going to be in the room long anyways, but the mini fridge was loud all night and I think their were bed bugs or some sort of mites because the next morning we woke up with bites all over us. We even checked the beds soon as we got in and sprayed them down with Lysol. The property wasn't in the best condition but not the absolute worst.

It was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I know Quality inn is not a luxury hotel and I’m not expecting that. But we checked into our room and it smelled terribly of cigarette smoke and the smoke detector was tampered with and missing batteries.
My fiancé went down to the front desk to ask if we could switch rooms and the lady behind the desk apologized. She said she had a note that the tenant in the room the night before smoked in the room and the smoke detector behind the TV went off. My fiancé had to leave for lunch meeting but called me and said I would be able to switch rooms if it’s bothering me.
I laid down for about 10min and the smell of cigarette smoke was giving me a headache. This is a non-smoking room.
I decided to go down to the front and ask to switch rooms, but now a man was behind the counter and the lady was gone. The man was extremely rude to me. He didn’t believe me when I told him the room smelled of smoke and he came up to the wrong with me. He said, “Oh no, this is just how our sanitizer spray smells. All of our rooms will smell like this.”
First off, why does your sanitizing spray smell like cigarettes?
Secondly, why are you telling me that the room doesn’t smell like cigarette smoke? I know what cigarette smoke smells like. Just move me to

The room wasn’t clean! Floor wasn’t swept, food & crumbs from previous party, the shower was disgusting it needs to be scrubbed with a cleaner to remove the scum off the walls, mini fridge needs to wiped off inside & out. Vents in air conditioning unit to be changed the room smells like stale smoke! The room door needs to be cleaned, the drawers need to be cleaned as well as wiping down the spots on the walls. The food spot is cleaned just the pancakes are super small.

Don’t recommend.
The room was far from clean. I wiped everything down with Clorox wipes. I didn’t take a shower because I figured I was cleaner not taking one. Lots of broken stuff. Holes in walls and broken door jamb and door. Tv wouldn’t come one.

For the price it was okay, I was there during the week & it was quite & had a restful sleep. I think they need to do better with scrubbing the edges of the bathroom & corners but again I’m very picky with cleanliness.

It should have been clearer. Requested the rooms on the first floor they gave us rooms on the second floor that were not handicapped accessible. When I informed them that we needed rooms on the first floor the clerk said they were sold out and that they only had rooms on the second floor. And no elevator.

Rusty lamps malfunction time clock which makes scratching ,scraping noise every 5 minutes
And the staffs are not friendly I had to pay security deposit before I was given a room and I was told its going to be refunded in 14 days meanwhile I was there when about 11 gusts were served and was not asked for a deposit

The person at the front desk was NOT nice at all, didn't need to be working the front desk. They required a 100 dollar deposit....really....it's not a THAT kind of hotel to be requiring that. The pool was out of order....green as hell. Old mattresses was seen just thrown in a pile in a corner of the business. The room itself was actually nice, except the floors were sticky. Was told we were "too loud" in our room in front of several customers when we had to reset the keys...but we heard him shots. I will NEVER stay there again. I do not recommend to anyone.

We were very disappointed. I was trying to save a few bucks and wow what a mistake. The room smelled like mold/dog urine! The bathroom ceilings were covered in mold and also some above the beds. The beds were springy and very uncomfortable. The staff was friendly and water pressure was on point. So there are their 2 stars. Will never be staying in a Quality Inn again. Spend the extra $50 for a cleaner, fresher smelling, and comfortable bed! Stayed at a Hampton Inn the following night, highly recommend!

This place was filthy. My feet got black walking around on the floor. The spreads had cigarette burns on them and the beds were super hard. I killed a few roaches and the shower had hairs in it. And no wash clothes in room. Just to name a few. I will NEVER STAY at this place again and NEVER Recommend it either. And i had an emergency and had to check out the next morning and I purchased a insurance for that reason and now i dont get my refund from you or them. Thats so wrong.

The staff was nice. When we got there the computers were down so she had to find a random room to put us in. The room we got smelled like smoke and cigarettes as well as cigarette burn holes on the sheets. I booked a nonsmoking room with a king size bed also. We got a full or queen size bed.

Llegamos muy tarde en la noche, sin embargo nos recibieron con una sonrisa muy amable. La habitación estuvo bien, pero con fuerte olor a cigarro, pedimos otra habitación y la prepararon paea nosotros. Todo bien, pero el olor continuaba...abandonamos ese sitio...es muy difícil estar allí para las personas no fumadoras.
