Walls are paper thin. Could hear the people next door just talking all night. TV is dated and the window leaked quite a bit causing the floor to be soaked in the immediate area. You could tell it had been an issue ignored for some time due to the damage on the wall just under it. Staff was friendly but flying solo so they had a tough night.

Just stayed for 1 night, pool was great, bed was super comfy and the room was huge. all great, the only downfall were the pillows. Every single one of them (even the extra from the closet) felt in our hands like they had some firmness to them, but once we laid our heads on them they went completely flat.

My only problem was not enough carts to take luggage to or from room. The desk did call maintenance to try and find them or get more. After about a 1/2 hour I went to desk and just broke down. My husband died 3 months ago and this was first time traveling without him. The 2 women came to my room with me and carried my things to car. This was exceptional customer service.

Could hear everything in adjacent rooms and in entire same corridor. Kids jumping up and down off bed after 9 pm. Breakfast should have been included with room rate and weekend stay. I'm a disappointed Hilton Honors person at the moment

I thought the staff was super friendly and made check in and check out very easy. Parking lot was great, lots of spots and near entrance. The room was just as pictured and very clean. I appreciate there was a tiny fridge to keep water and free coffee in the room. Overall very comfortable! Great deal for breakfast too, ended up paying for their continental breakfast because it was so convenient and they had a variety of choices. I highly recommend this location in Plymouth.

Staff was friendly upon arrival and the bed was comfortable. The room Had a few light bulbs out, a broken bedside light, the seal was broken on the window so it was foggy and there was cobwebs. Average at best.

Pleasant Stay
I was traveling with my husband, sister and brother-in-law. We had a pleasant stay. We liked that our rooms were right across from each other. The only down side was a wedding party on the same floor was a little noisy late at night but thankfully it didn’t last long.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were as expected. Check in and out was easy and efficient. The reception staff and cafe staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and gas stations. It is also a 5 minute drive to the historic sites of Plymouth. We would stay there again.

Front desk staff was great. There was no hand soap in our room, or body wash. Had to use shampoo to wash our hands, we left for a while and when we came back still nothing had been brought to the room.

Booked a room the evening before arrival and called in advance to them them i would not be checking in until the following morning, but needed the room to be available. Arrived early off the plane only to find out they had given my room to someone else, marked me as a no-show, but had a room with a smaller bed and no working AC available. Then they decided to still charge me for the night in that room I didn’t get. The manager also failed to follow up with me as I was assured she would do. Poor reliability, professionalism and service.

Only problem was the customer computer center was closed due to an inoperative computer. I did not bring a laptop computer since the hotel advertised having a computer available for guests. With no computer access, making our constantly changing travel plan changes was extremely difficult.

The staff were great. The facilities looked like they were worn out. The lights in our bathroom weren't working so we asked to have new lights bulbs. They came quickly and replaced the light bulbs. After they left we noticed you had to hit the wall to get all the lights to come on over the sink.

Misleading “spa”
If you could possibly take down the photo to that reflects that the hotel has a hot tub? This is misleading because it has a pool & has it labeled “pool & spa” but there is no hot tub this was misleading - my husband was looking forward to the use of the hot tub and was let down when there was not one like pictured

The location was great. Lots of places to eat and shop within easy walking distance. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We were traveling with a large dog and they made him feel very welcome. We would definitely stay there again.

Check in and out were very easy, staff kind and helpful. Comfortable, clean, quiet rooms and comfortable beds. Pool is small, good for kids but too small for adults to really swim. Location amid a number of shopping malls and big box stores but easy 2.5 drive to center of Plymouth. We'd stay here again.

We decided to book a night after our vacation to St. John was canceled by United. We went there to take the kids to the pool. It was kid friendly. Every employee was outstanding. In addition, the room was clean and comfortable. I would go back.

Pleasurable, Quick Stay
Check in staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially for someone working Christmas Eve night. Room was modern and clean. The bathroom was a little less than pristine with some poor plumbing in the shower (fixtures were coming off the wall a little / not sealed) and the light was out in the shower. Minor quibbles for a one night stay over Christmas. Bed and room were comfortable, functional and spacious. Location was super convenient to Route 3. Check out was very easy, again the morning desk staff was super friendly, especially working on Christmas morning. The only downer was that the coffee was dreadful, which was kind of a let down since nothing was open with it being Christmas morning, but it wouldn't be a detail that would keep us away next year.
We didn't check out the pool, but the gym was definitely on the higher end for a hotel gym with many options like cardio machines, free weights & benches, and even a box jump.

Centrally located among shops a few miles from Olde Plymouth. Comfy cozy room, all just remodelled! Good workout equipment with full weights; smaller pool. Super quiet and amazing hot water! Beautiful lobby with breakfast restaurant, now building a marketplace inside. This Hilton Garden is exceptional!

The staff in the kitchen were rude, loud abusive. The wait staff was very nice but it was difficult to get past the rude cook in the kitchen with her complaining about customers and her really loud voice.

Comfortable, our room was clean and quiet, nice lobby, we didn't eat breakfast (there is an additional fee) but there is always hot coffee and tea available in the lobby. Free car charging station was a plus for our vehicle.

I did not learn until we arrived that there were no amenities open at all. I simply voiced my disappointment about the fitness center being closed and the woman at the front desk immediately became aggressive and combative with her personality. She started insisting that it was advertised on the website. There was no mention of it on Expedia when I booked my trip. I went back to look and make sure, and there definitely was no mention. The pool was closed. The fitness center was closed. Internet did not work at all- the entire stay! I had to rent out a room at a local coffee shop to use as an office. Overall, just a terrible experience and I wish that I had stayed elsewhere.

We asked for an early check in which was accommodated. We had a long travel day and hoped to relax a bit. However, due to construction in the floor above our room we were unable to do so. The pool and work out room were not available which we were aware of and was not an issue. Otherwise, staff was great and hotel was clean.
