This hotel could use some TLC. You could hear everything in the rooms next to you. It would have been nice for them to tell us when we checked in that there was no tv service at all.

Walls are thin.
Place was nice and clean. The walls are very thin. Could hear the neighbors tv all night. Didn’t get any sleep cause of it.

We were in town for a funeral, 1 night stay. Very clean, quiet, pleasant staff. Breakfast was provided and was great! Rooms and bed very comfortable.

Two night stay, nothing special about the location but hotel was very impressive; it was clean, it was well maintained, they had a good breakfast, the front desk was friendly and the daily housekeeping was exceptional. A pleasant experience.

Good value
A good value for the price point. Amber was very friendly and helpful at the front desk. The walls are not quite as soundproofed as a Hilton or Marriott chain facility but we put on white noise on our phone and made it work. Would stay again.

It was clean and cold A/C. Breakfast was ok. Had a small ant problem in bathroom. But all in all a great little place to crash after a family event.

I generally love me some Best Western. This hotel is located in a safe area and the front desk was efficient and friendly upon check-in. Unfortunately, I don't think I would choose this hotel again as the overall stay did not meet the expectation in regard to the price. Seriously, the price is steep in comparison to the nearby options all along 95 and yet the stay was average at best. I thought this meant quality but....
We were placed in a room very close to the front desk and elevator so yeah it was not quiet and sleeping with the dings, voices, and noises was challenging. The room and linens were clean and with obvious care which is great. The bed was decent but the pillows ugh.. totally a no-go. The bathroom left lots to be desired the tub itself being old and the water coming out with a weird yellow tinge. Drink and snack machines were minimal, basic options, not well stocked. The breakfast was just ok... Again, I would expect this at a cheap hotel but for 199/night plus taxes and fees. This, my friends, is not a quality hotel. If I were you I would keep driving if you are looking to pay for for a relaxing comfortable stay with a breakfast you can look forward to.

We stayed for 4th of July. I called a few days in advance to ask about my daughter (19) checking us in because I would not be in town until a lot later, I spoke to Cheryl and she was very nice and helpful. Our AC in the room didn’t work at first, the front desk staff came up and tried to fix it for my kids (around 6) which helped some but the room didn’t cool down much and was still warm until the next morning. My kids went to watch the fireworks with their friends and one of their vehicles was messed with (paint scratched off the hood and a table stolen out of the bed). However, this isn’t on the hotel it’s self, I’m sure the paint was from fireworks and the table shouldn’t have been left in the bed of the truck. We also left something in the room and the front desk called within 15 minutes of check out to let us know which was really nice. Overall 9/10 it was clean and the staff was very nice.

The staff was very friendly, the room was super clean, and this was probably the most quiet hotel I have ever stayed in. I will likely be in the area again next year for the same music festival, and I will absolutely book another room in this hotel

We arrived after midnight, had to wait to get let in.Staff was extremely friendly and nice. We checked into our room, only to see the shower rod was falling off the wall. I took pictures and went down to let them know. They did offer to change our room. It was late, so i didn't want to go through that. When we settled down, we could hear the person in the next room snoring (over our TV). So walls are thin. When we checked out, they let me know the note about the shower was there. Very nice staff.

Good for a Night
Staff were friendly. There was a terrible odor in the lobby and hallways of what smelled like food cooking. It really was bad. The room was clean and comfortable for a one-night stay. We didn’t try the breakfast, as it was over at 9:30, which was too early to be up and ready after traveling for several hours. We probably wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

Beautiful clean room. Reception was excellent. Next door came to inform us the walls are very thin and even though my husband and eye were just talking normal apparently they could hete every word. Then in the middle of the night when we called by the front desk
To say neighbors were complaining about our noise. We were sound asleep!! Not so happy

Modern clean and secure hotel. Had tub in the room. Ran water to flush before use and it was very clean. We enjoyed the room much although it was in need of many little repairs and the lighting is poor.
Front desk super friendly and helpful. Breakfast good quality food with real eggs and nice homey touches. Just a nice place with friendly people.

Overall everything was fine, however, the hair dryer did not work, and the water pressure was extremely low. The breakfast choices were fine, and the food was good.
The toilet in the bathroom was very low to the floor, an unusual height, and the beds were extremely high. Even though the beds were neatly made, they were so tightly tucked that it was an effort to get in. I think this would be very difficult for someone with disabilities.

It’s ok but would stay again.
Check in for two rooms took about 45 minutes total. The very nice lady was new so I stayed patiently waiting for her to get it done. After her taking the second phone call I was prepared to keep her from answering another call until I was checked in but fortunately no more calls came in. Breakfast wasn’t anything special or even close but it serves it purposes and at least they have hot food options. We travel the state extensively for work and the hotel served its purpose for a 3 night stay. The whirlpool tub in the room was a wonderful added bonus. For a Best Western it was great. I also always did feel very safe there.

Consistently Amazing!
They say this place is a “no frills” hotel, but I think it’s on par with any Marriott or Hilton I’ve been to as far as cleanliness and attentiveness are concerned. The beds are super comfortable! The front desk staff are amongst the most pleasant people I’ve encountered in my life! The housekeeping staff are very friendly as well and make you feel welcome. My only gripes are that they should serve coffee in the lobby all day long & the breakfast selection is limited; but there are many places to eat nearby!
I’ve stayed at this hotel dozens of times in the past 15 years and will be back many times more! Sorry for not reviewing sooner!

Arrived with my 80 year old mother at 10pm to check-in. Only to find out that they wouldnt let us stay because she has an emotiinal support animal ... an 8 pound lap dog. No mention of not being pet friendly and in my hundreds of hotel stays, this is the first place ive been to that doesnt iw small pets.on top of that, after they cancelled my reservation, they turned around and charged me. Hope to get that fixed.

Check in with Cheryl was fantastic! She went above & beyond to answer my questions & went as far as printing out a map for us. She was super sweet & so apologetic when our room key didn’t work. The room was very humid (felt wet) & the pillows a little wonky, but we cranked the air & we were so tired, the pillows didn’t matter (still comfy). The shower was spa-like & the shampoo smelled amazing!

The hotel was centrally located. Convenient to highways, shopping, the coast and St. Augustine. Negative - the dining choices close to the hotel for dining (other than breakfast) were very limited. Mostly fast food. There were several great choices for breakfast though. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again when in the area.

Things were tidy. There was plenty of towels and the room had both heat & AC. There were even three packets of complimentary coffee! Staff were quite friendly and helpful.
This is not a high end hotel, but it was VERY nice for what I paid, and quite spacious. The walls are a touch thin, and so I could hear my "neighbors", who woke early. But that did not mess with my sleep too much. The shower did well on water pressure and hot water.
Edgewater is not the pinnacle of society, but within two blocks are all the necessities, including a Chic Fil A, and a Dunkin. A Winn Dixie, Bealls Outlet and Walgreens or CVS-- I forget which. There is also a liquor store and a Chinese take-out, too. All in the same plaza New Smyrna is REALLY CLOSE BY, with a movie theater, tire shop, and Irish pub along the way.

A Great Place To Stay!
The hotel was clean and in good repair. Every area in the hotel was pleasing to the eye. The staff was phenomenal in their knowledge of their work. And courteous, kind, and efficient. Breakfast had lots of choices and the quality was very good. An excellent place to stay!

The Best “Best Western”
This hotel is so nice and clean, staff is super friendly and helpful. Everything is in working condition. They even had hand sanitizer around the hotel to use.

The night clerk was very nice, the staff we interacted with was nice. Facility is pretty clean. The refrigerator in the room made noise all night which made it hard for me to sleep and the light in the bathroom that came on with the fan strobed (flashed) so badly we couldn't use it and since it is part of the exhaust fan that was a problem. Hard to adjust room temp as well. Property was ok and clean but not spectacular.
