We always stay at this hotel when we travel to Brooksville. The rooms are clean and comfortable with plenty of car parking. A good range of hot and cold options are included for breakfast

Very comfortable bed, spacious room and bathroom. Breakfast area was clean, well stocked and delicious. The motel was quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

We stayed overnight and found the front desk lady Reena to be very pleasant and helpful on check in. The room was very nice and the free breakfast had many choices including hot cinnamon rolls, oatmeal and cheese omelets with sausage prepared by Yanitza. I would stay here again and recommend to travelers to Florida.

We did not require full cleaning service daily but the cleaning staff came in and tidied the beds and left plenty of towels and supplies for our party of five daily. That was a big plus! Front desk employees were always cheerful. The pool left something to be desired and was a bit buggy. Breakfast after a couple of days became redundant with the same choices daily. The pancake maker was broken. The room seemed damp in the evening and the public restrooms on the first floor were out of service for renovations. Overall, this place was decent and reasonably priced. Some simple tweaks could make it great.

There were a couple problems with my room. I DID NOT reserve a handicapped room but they said I did. The shades in the room did not go up so I never saw daylight.

The lobby was under construction, and it was a mess. I went back to the Expedia listing, thinking I had missed the warning about the work. There still wasn’t any alert for travelers. The breakfast, offered with the stay, was surrounded by the mess. There was lots of noise and workers everywhere. Even the desk clerk had to wear a dust mask. We were very disappointed.

The property was under renovation which was not mentioned when I booked my stay. You couldn't go in the lobby, they were removing the tiles with shovels(very noisy). Would not stay there again.

The staff was great, very accommodating and the breakfast was lovely! I would absolutely stay there again. Rooms were spacious and included a microwave & minifridge, which for a family is pretty great!

We only stayed one night. This hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly, courteous . We were offered suggestions for dinner and shopping. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were wonderful. We had to disappointing stays on out vacation. This was a pleasant surprise.

Desk manager was very unfriendly. They charge 4x the normal rate for incidentals.. Mgr refused to give me a receipt for the huge incidental hold at check out. Very run down dirty hotel..i travel for a living and have recently stayed in over 20 of these..this was by far the worst one..tv only had very basic channels..not as advertised..very sketchy looking guests and staff. I would avoid this one like the plague..terrible!!

Clean but some problems
The room was very clean and the front desk person was very courteous. However there were a few problems with our room - the pull out couch was so incredibly rickety my 12 year old felt the springs poking through and it squeaked very loud. Also the TV didn’t work. The hotel is under renovation so those or some things they should fix

Booked a jetted tub room however the tub didnt work. Hotel is under construction. Breakfast left me leaving hungry. Very disappointed.

Excellent stay !
This property was perfect. The man that checked us in was so polite. The hotel was Clean inside and out. Room was perfect. Free breakfast that included hot items, cereals, breads, coffee and fruit. It was super close to stores and restaurants also. Couldn’t ask for a better hotel.

Everything was good except for the fact that I had booked this property 4 months in advance for two rooms for two couples and requested that we have side-by-side rooms. Not only did we not get that, we weren't even put on the same floor. I was told that they don't assign the rooms until the same day and that she tried really hard always to have the rooms together. Well if she tried that hard, she sure didn't do too well. Policy should change so that when a request like that is made, it can be accommodated. We stayed 14 nights on a road trip in different hotels, and all were able to accommodate the request of having the rooms close together except this hotel. So, if you are booking multiple rooms, don't expect to be close to each other because it seems they will go out of there way to separate you. She had the audacity to tell me that it wouldn't have mattered if I had booked 2 years in advance. Something very wrong with that policy.

The tp holder was slanted so tp kept falling off and the shower gel was empty they brought up a bottle labeled shower gel but was refilled with conditioner? The pool is best from 9-2 because building creates shade pm... Over all looking forward to coming back.

Disappointed.
When booking room, I was under the impression it had a couch. I thought all rooms were suites based on price and occupancy. Bathroom finishes were not good. Shower valve leaked. Tile work looked like a amateur did it. Pool water wasn't clean.

The front desk was a very pleasant gentleman, the breakfast had very good variety and the room was clean and big. The matress was extremely comfortable and the sheets had very good quality fabric. Same as always these days. I stay in 2 or 3 different hotels a month and it's always housekeeping that's severely lacking. They pretty much make the bed and change the towels. They don't vac. or dust anymore
