The location was very convenient but the management and service was terrible. I booked a king bed and was provided a queen with a take it or leave it attitude by the owner/property manger. The room was adequate but the air condition unit had what looked like black mold, no soap bars and towels were only available by texting the property manager and picking up in the utility room. I will not be returning.

The negatives far outweigh the positives. Customer Service is non-existent. "Tom" can't be bothered by petty things like giving the customer the wrong room type, even tho I paid for a $315.00 per nite room, and received a lesser room. He claimed all the rooms are the same price and they are all booked up, so nothing can be done. Ahhh, the old bait and switch. His indifference made ALL the difference in this review. There's not much a customer can do when there's no onsite manager. This remote managing is the downfall of true customer service. Curiously, the parking lot was never ever full in the 5 nites we stayed. Now, I think I've been lied to, about the Full House.The hotel didn't have many operating outdoor lights at nite. Not good for safety. Being a former travel agent, I started chatting up my fellow resort guests. Eight out of ten were as unimpressed as my friend and I were. The other two got the room they ordered and had no complaints.
The positives: very lovely landscaping, the gardens are awesome and well cared for. The pier is a plus and gives a nice view. The pool area is maintained and clean. And the location is quiet. It's a shame, this place could be a real jewel.

Interrior was updated nicely but the floors need washing...we all needed a foot bath before going to bed. Exterior of building needed trash pick up and could use a good power wash..Grill was inoperable.

When I arrived at my unit the Wi-Fi and one of the tv’s was not working- I texted the property mgr Tom stating that I would be away most of the next day for it to be restored - received a text response “ok” - it was never repaired nor did I hear from him again - grounds are nice but service leaves a lot to be desired - incurred extra expense using my personal data plan -

Booked a room and paid up front but never received any information on how to check in or receive key. Attempted to contact property dozens of times via phone calls, email, and even messaging them on their social media accounts. Never heard back. I had to rebook somewhere else a few hours before we got to FL. Would not recommend booking with them!

Pleasant stay
We were happy with our stay. For a 2 star it was fantastic! The Deluxe cabin was spotless and new and the grounds are well kept. The bed was fine, thanks for not using those horrible polyester bed covers some other places use. There was a great view of the water. The pool is not heated but I had a very nice, chilly swim. It was a very clean and well kept pool. Close to restaurants. Two things I would add is some more towels and an additional night table and lamp beside the queen bed.

Stayed here with my mom and two children. We had a great stay and loved the view and the scenery. The pool was great and we really enjoyed the outdoor area. It felt like having your own backyard with a view. It was kid-friendly, but also very peaceful and quiet. I’ll stay here again

Florida getaway.

The hotel is very cozy. The room was very comfortable. Because it was very cold it was pretty empty so it felt very quiet and private. Beautiful views of the water! I would go again !

We enjoyed our stay. We had room 3 which was an accessible room with a tool in shower and hand rails. The kitchen was in good order with a full size fridge, oven and microwave so we were able to cook. The tv is huge, the downside being we had to watch it from the bed as there was no couch.
The landscaping was lovely with a nice lawn and palm trees. The pool is gated with plenty of lounge chairs. The hotel is on the water but with no beach. There is an area with upholstered furniture that’s quite comfortable. There’s also a gas heater with chairs around it that makes for a nice conversation area.
There’s an area in front that’s a big bar with several sets of tables and chairs but it’s not in operation. It’s a work in progress.
All in all if you are looking for a nice quiet place to stay near the town of Jensen Beach, I’d recommend it

Nice and clean
Nice and very clean. Missed having a hair dryer and iron. There was only one towel per guest and staying for 3 days it would have been nice with a few extra. Had a loud neighbor though this was no fault of the hotel, perhaps if there was staff there at all times it would have been different. Will use the hotel again and just bring along the items we missed having.

We purchased a 2 bedroom cottage and upon arrival we were told there was a problem with the reservations. We traveled with a group of 11 people and a newborn. Our son had to sleep in the bathroom because the room was a studio and he requires a separate room. We were promised a 2 bedroom cottage and got put in a studio hotel room. Never stay here!
No one was there to greet us. Our room was not ready. Other customers walked into our room stating it was theirs. I requested to see a manager and left messages no has called. When speaking to other guests I was doubled charged for my room. When comparing rooms we had identical rooms.

Horrible staff. No one answered the phone when I tried to check in Saturday night. Staff never responded to my texts. Staff never Responded to the messages I left with their answering service.
After waiting for two hours, I had to find others rooms for my family on a Saturday night. DONT STAY HERE!!!!

We showed up at 7 pm. There were no cars. There were no workers. Finally I found the office. Locked. Called the number on the door, waited on hold, reached a call center. She said to call the number I just called that went to her. Then she said she would call back. One hour later, nothing. We drove 30 mins to another hotel, and 3 weeks later after a dozen calls, Expedia won’t refund us. Do not go here!

We stayed 3 nights and were ready to leave after the first night. The manager is barely on the property. Tom (manager) was very rude and harassed me and my guest.
If we visit the area again we will definitely not be staying there. The only thing we liked was the fishing pier but it's not worth the money or experience.

The property is nice. The pool is clean, the grounds are maintained. Rooms are very spacious. Bedding was not as advertised. Sheets were not Egyptian cotton as stated and no 'pillow menu'. Which is supposed to give you choices however only thin hard pillows were provided. No one was on site. Said there was a 'lobby', could not find one. Light outside every room was very bright. No curtains, only blinds, so it made it impossible to block it and hard to sleep. AC was very loud when it kicked on and off and while running. Overall it was 'ok' but would not stay there again.

The grounds seemed to be newly renovated and extremely clean. It was a very enjoyable stay. Each time I spoke with staff they were very nice and accommodating. I am a local but can't wait to go back for a weekend.
The only draw back for me is there need to be black out curtains because the exterior lights shine in the room all night even with the blinds closed.

Overall, our stay was very nice. Only feedback I would offer is the lack of anyone in the main office. To speak to anyone we had to call the main number.
