This place was perfectly located to everything downtown. Easy to get to Publix for what you need. The hotel was clean, felt safe, and the beds are so comfortable. The breakfast was yummy and fresh.

I chose this BW for lodging because it was affordable and close to my son's house. We have stayed in a much nicer hotel for the same price but it was a half hour away. The property is updated and in good condition. The breakfast buffet was nice with hot options and as good as any free hotel breakfast. We did see police and a patrol car at the hotel twice but we're never aware of what the situation may have been.

The staff was very friendly and checked me in quickly. The room and bathroom was very clean. The bed was very nice and comfortable. The only minor thing was the train whistle once or twice during the night. Parking was easy right outside the stairs. Area seemed safe and well lit.

Great stay, liked the dog friendly price and room. Only had 2 complaints. The food in the breakfast was very limited and nothing for gluten allergies other than some fruit.
Also, (out of hotel’s control) but the train going by a few times through the night nearby is very loud just want people to know that ahead of time

Impressive upgrade
I’m happy to see it has been restored to a better quality than what it was originally. It’s a good price and a great value for the money especially liked the new lighting in the rear of the hotel for security reasons.

The updated rooms were comfortable and clean.
The outside of the property was a bit outdated and hopefully you will plan to touch that up. It is not a big no for us. Just something that was a small negative.

Great stay. Stayed here during covid and they continued same level of attention and cleanliness. Staff all friendly and smile when you walk by. Front staff was knowledgeable and attentive too. Room was clean and well maintained. Location is very convenient to everything.

Ryan at the front desk was tremendous. Courteous, professional, and polite. He conducted the fastest check-in I've ever experienced! Efficient, attention to detail and knowledgeable.
Not Ryan's fault, but someone could have let me know a train would be interrupting my sleep throughout the night. Other than that, all good.

All Around a Good place
All things considered, it was a good stay. I would recommend it. My only problem was personal. If you cant sleep on a 'hard' uncomfortable bed, seek another lodging.
My back was killing me the entire next day.

My boyfriend and I were traveling straight thru from key west to MCO airport. After 5hrs of driving until 1am, we decided to book best western via Expedia. I without thinking booked for the now present day (1am) with a check in time of 4pm for following afternoon. We needed a room that moment. I went in to talk to the receptionist and she REFUSED to accommodate us in changing the reservation. She wanted us to buy an additional night to stay at present time. I explained we were tired, driving 5hrs, and had a 6am flight, and that we just bought the room literally 5 minutes before walking in. Still, she REFUSED us in our worst time.
The manager was just as unkind of the situation.
Will NEVER BOOK THIS PLACE AGAIN.
Btw….we slept in our car and showered at LOVES truck stop. We are both working adults in the electrical industry….can’t believe best Western influenced our final moments. Also btw…there were no other vacant hotels in the area or we would’ve booked elsewhere. Terrible because we only needed a couple hours of sleep and showers.

There was a train somewhere close. It woke me up but only long enough to recognize what it was. Stuck me as funny not annoying.

Tiny bathrooms. Non English speaking cleaners made getting amenities difficult. However the bed was deliciously comfortable. Thanks for a great night of sleep!

Ryan as guest services showed great customer service and was very informative. Breakfast was delicious. The only thing I didn't approve of was how there wasn't enough wash cloths and towels. The bed lining had spots on the sheets as well.

Pleasant and friendly staff. Our room was clean slight smokey smell. Quiet place parking was close to rooms no elevators. Pool area looked nice and clean. Seating for breakfast had inside and outside tables. This place had a small bar with tap beers.

The room was OK but was more a motel situation which I wasn't expecting. My room was all the way around to the back of the property and opened into the parking lot. Just didn't feel super safe when getting back to my room late at night.

Hotel was clean and decent. My issue is that I booked through 3rd party and was told could switch days as I work out of town stuff gets switched a lot. So I paid for a room only used it a couple hours because couldn’t switch days is the only reason I used it checked out with in a couple hours. So now Monday have to book another room

A mistake
. I would like to preface this by saying I made the error of selecting a smoking room . We arrived at hotel and called hotels.com and spoke face to face asking to be placed into a non smoking room .They were not very accommodating in providing us which a room better suited for us. and the customer service was not much to be desired . We asked for assistance to freshen the room out to make it more hospitable to a non smoking family . They offered a quick spray across the A/C ventilation system which provided no comfort to my kids or my wife .

Quick overnight
We attended a wedding in the area and didn't want to have to drive the hour an a half home. The check in was quick and easy. The property and room were very clean, almost brand new feeling. The bed was super comfy, it we had been staying longer the mini fridge and microwave would have worked out great.
It wasn't a dealbreaker but the train blowing a horn at around 10:30pm was a bit startling. It happened a couple times but it wasn't that bad.
Breakfast was ok downstairs but we decided to skip it to check out one of the plentiful breakfast spots around town. We ate at the Berry Fresh Cafe and it was great. I would highly recommend it.

Shared a room with wife and 2 kids. 2 queen beds on the second floor. Room was nice and clean when we first came and was serviced after our first night. Breakfast was a good addition to our stay and the pool was lovely. Must recommend staying here if in Stuart or the surrounding area. Service was great as well!

Holel was clean with a great hot breakfast of eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, and waffles. The free shampoo and conditioner were actually good quality instead of the cheap crappy stuff. Pool and grounds were beautiful. Josh, the front desk attendant was so frendly and checked us in quickly. The sweet lady working in the breakfast area, who I forgot to get her name, kept the eating area well stocked and clean. Loved this hotel and wished we could have stayed longer.
