The floor didn’t seem like it was moped, and the bathroom could use a deep clean in the toilet, the shower tub and grout.

ROACHES, we got there in the early morning hours, dog tired from driving 12hrs. We killed 2 roaches immediately and one the next morning. If we hadn't been so tired we would have gone elsewhere, I am praying we didn't didn't bring any home.

Comfortable and great location
The room was reasonably priced . I was traveling alone and was surprised that there were no restaurants close by . The bed was very comfortable , the front desk was very accommodating and friendly . The shower needs updating .. the shower curtain was not clean and the tub could have used a bit more scrubbing . But overall , I was pleased .

Very clean rooms. Close to restaurants and shops. Walmart across the street. My second time here and I specifically returned because the last experience was very good. It remains so and that was a year ago.

Nice Stay
The hotel is clean and the staff is nice. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfy. My only complaint was the people above us were very loud, stomping, and sounded as if a toddler/small child was running around all night. The first night, we slept great. The second night, not much sleep at all.
Will definitely stay there again.

They had a ton of roaches. Switched room and still had a ton of them. Front deck clerk blamed it on other guest from "The other day". Never again. Would have canceled on the 2nd room but didnt notice the other bugs u til we checked out.

It is closed to Starbucks. I need to have a lot of upkeep done to it. Not sure when it went from Super Inn, to Quality Inn, so maybe remodeling is coming with the new owners.

Nothing, i didnt stay. MOLD in the HVAC and refrigerator. Toilet leaked non stop on floor, shower leaked non stop, shower water would only be boiling hot, could not change, bed sheets not washed, cleaning lady, opened door while do not disturb sign was up and would not leave our room after i asked twice. Roaches by door because not sealed, paint pealing and holes in walls.

I think this is an up and coming property that did the bare minimum to try and upgrade. There was no phone or remote in the room upon arrival with no premium cable channels, again just basic. The property is noisy and a big dumpster is the view. Continental breakfast is not worth the time stay sleep! On the plus no roaches, friendly staff and they have smoking rooms.

There was nothing I liked. Nowhere within walking distance to eat unless you like gas station sushi. The bathroom was digusting. I was scared to even lay down in the bed and was tempted to just take a pillow out to my car.

They didn’t have the room available that I had reserved. Instead gave us a room with a broken bed and a door that didn’t have a dead bolt that worked.

This hotel is being renovated. The staff was extremely courteous. Shortly after we got into the room a staff member stopped by to see if the room was to our liking. The beds and pillows (I'm big on pillow comfort) were comfortable. Got an excellent night's sleep. There was some road noise, as the hotel is close to, and faces, the road. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is horrible my tv’s didn’t work, and there were roaches crawling on the bed and all over the room. I had to leave and go to another hotel. And they didn’t want to give me my money back.

Reminded me where you would hide if on the run
WiFi was not available. Had to call front desk for a remote for the TV. While searching for said remote found two dirty socks on the nightstand. Toilet hardly flushed and seat was loose, I wore shower shoes in the shower and did not sleep under the covers - the place needs a serious overhaul. Strange thing is I’ve spent time sleeping in holes in the ground in Afghanistan and this place made me uncomfortable. The people were friendly but I do not recommend staying here.

Nothing was right
After waiting for 10 minutes at 6:00 pm for someone to check me in, the first "non-smoking" room odor nearly knocked me out when I opened the door. They gave me another room, which smelled better. But it had no towels, 2 flat pillows for a king size bed, no internet, no working TV, and crumbs all over the place. Do yourself a favor and stay at a nicer place.

I like that the property is simple to get around and parking is a breeze. Its very clean outside and free of trash and debris.Also i love that nearby the hotel are stores and resturants within walking distance but i drove my car.

Super Inn is a dump!
this was a dump! half of lights inop, black mold in shower, no cups. people keep coming in and out all night next door. Extremely overpriced at $90! without some compensation, I will not use your service again. Why is this on your site?
