Love the hotel and amenities. The staff was polite but the stay became a nightmare due to valet parking issues. There was only two men on duty at night and the parking was full because cars were everywhere. We were stuck in line to get into the hotel for over an hour before we told valet to ask the cars ahead of us to move so we could leave the property and park at another hotel. Once we came back hours later we couldn’t even get into the property according to security unless we owned a penthouse suite so we had to park at mgm self parking and walk 20 minutes in 30 degree weather with food that went bad because of the time it took and the cold weather. The next day we had to carry all of our luggage 20 minutes to the car parked at mgm self parking which we had to pay for

I paid for a "strip view" but it was more of a glimpse. My room waa spacious, on the 20th floor. The walk to the casino and food court in the MGM Grand was tooooo far. I prefer to be closer to the activities.

First, we were not able to check in on time because there's no more valet parking available. I decided to come back at a later time. When we came back later at night to check in, they said there's no available room at the moment, and we have to wait for an hour and a half for an available room. Did they overbooked? We don"t know. I have my 81 year old mother with me, who also have to wait. Then finally after a looong wait, we were able to have our room. They waived the resort fee and gave us $150.00 food and beverage coupon.
At the room, there are no slippers so I have to call reception, concierge, room service to ask for 2 pairs of slippers. No one's answering and I'm getting redirected to the concierge. They said they only have 2 people available since it's too busy at the moment. What??? Unimaginable.
The next day, we have to pick up our car from valet. And it took a long time for our car to arrive. We were late for our appointment because of that.
I have been to a lot of hotels. And this is the worst hotel I have ever been! We will
EVER AGAIN go to MGM Signature!

Parking lot full at Signature so we had to park at MGM for overnight and it was a long walk back to the hotel plus next morning to walk back to pick up our car. Need to polish up rooms as cabinets are not closing.

Very limited Daily valet. No allowance to drop off for what we brought. So we parked self parking zone at MGM Grands and carried baggage from with kids. Construction at next room. Little noise by drilling, tiling, and nailing. Wifi internet was not working for one night.
Anyhow front desk helped us to resolve a lot.

A Disappointing Experience at The Signature at MGM
W recently stayed at The Signature at MGM Grand, and despite the initially promising appearance of the room, our overall experience left much to be desired.
Upon entering the room, we were met with disappointment as visible dust coated various surfaces. It was evident that the room had not been adequately wiped down before our arrival.
The shampoo container was another letdown; it was completely empty. While these issues were bothersome, they might have been overlooked had it not been for the infuriating parking situation.
Initially informed that only complimentary valet parking was available, we reluctantly accepted the inconvenience. However, our patience was tested on the first night when we returned to the hotel at 7 pm, only to discover that the valet service was full. We were directed to self-park at another facility outside the premise.
To make matters worse, the valet attendant attempted to exploit the situation by insinuating that a larger tip could secure us a parking spot. We ended up paying..
The following day brought yet another parking surprise – the valet area was completely blocked off, with no service or staff available at the reception desk.
In summary, our 3-night stay at this hotel was marred by daily parking frustrations and a lack of customer service.to address our concerns or assist with planning our stay, the overall experience was disheartening. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this hotel and will not be returning for future visits.

This will likely be my final visit to this hotel. The front service desk representatives demonstrated unprofessionalism and rudeness. Firstly, they checked us into a disability room. Secondly, when we asked about the cancellation policy due to their treatment during a room service inquiry, one representative refused information and responded rudely. Lastly, the valet situation was unpleasant - it consistently filled up before 6 pm, and the hotel failed to inform us about the parking issues, leaving us waiting in the vehicle queue for over 30 minutes, only to be directed to drive to the MGM Grand for self-parking and then walk to Signature. This occurred multiple times without any warning or apology. Expedia's customer service wasn't helpful when contacted. Overall, the staff and service were terrible and awful.

Horrible - Don't Stay There
The streets around The Signatures were barricaded at night and the hotel was landlocked. I drove around for over an hour. I had to park at the MGM self-park, walk to the casino, through the casino, find the corridor that led to The Signatures, walk down the corridors to find the elevator. I have a medical condition that could have been a big problem. The bed was too hard. The bathroom was the only shining light. I won't stay there again.

I love this property so much! Comfy beds and pillows, glass balconies, large jetted tub! I didn’t love the view when I checked into my room, front desk gladly gave me a different room with a perfect view of the strip and the Sphere! Mesmerizing. So quiet and clean without gaming in these towers. I love it!

Attention from the staff was very poor. We asked for drinking glasses for water multiple times and they simply never even bothered on helping. Housekeeping sometimes wouldn’t come in and even if our stay was enjoyable we were hoping for a little more care from the staff in the hotel. Toilet paper was very cheap also.

Beautiful rooms with in room features that most don’t have at these prices. The room is large, with a kitchenette that includes a medium size refrigerator, 2 burner stove and a sink with a disposal. The bathroom has a jacuzzi, a separate shower, 2 sinks, a separate room for the toilet with a phone, and a small tv.
The vehicle entrance is secured by a large gate and a security office. Once in, there is valet parking only. Once the valet parking is full, 500 stalls, you’ll need to self park in the MGM Grand. There’s a corridor that links the 2 hotels with a moving walkway. But it’s still about a 20 minute walk.

At this property, I will never stay again whatever they promised as far as parking is absolutely disgusting. Unreal. There is no valet the valet that they have here is only when they are not booked to the top. Otherwise they make you go and park a mile to a mile and a half away and the MGM grand and not even if you have to check out, you still have to walk to pick up your own car this is unreal. I’ve had the worst experience in my life in Las Vegas. As far as parking or staffing in this property. I wish I could get all my money back because this was the worst of the worst.

It was very nice. Lady St tower one desk was kind of rude. But all other staff was very nice and helpful. Loved the room and balcony. Only things the room could of used was coffee cups,table ware and some papers.

Although at the time of visit they were setting up for the F1 race we were still able to navigate our way to the strip and found ourselves pretty close to all the things we wanted to see. Best part of our stay was definitely the jetted tub.

The property is in a great location. There was easy access to casinos, dining, and shows. We downloaded the MGM rewards app making check-in a breeze. The room was clean and had a great view of the strip. Security guards were visible around the property making us feel safe.

Leaves something to be desired!
Been to Vegas over 12 times. First, stay at MGM Grand Signature Suites. The general appearance is very nice. Location is off the strip, so be prepared for lots of long walks, not good at night, but you can transit via the MGM Grand itself - A long walk. Only one small place for counter-based breakfast or lunch that opens at 7 AM. Alternatives require walking back to main hotel. Housekeeping left something to be desired. No drinking or bathroom cups are left, despite requests -- though $10 bottles of water are available. One of two bath sinks was stopped up and no repairs were made despite several requests to housekeeping. Toilet floor not washed second day of stay.

It's a beautiful hotel with amazing amenities, however the customer service at the front desk was seriously lacking. Anytime I asked for information about the hotel (e.g. restaurants, shopping, etc.) I was told they didn't have the information or to visit another front desk. The valets were top-notch, though. I received the best hospitality from that team.

Clean but frustrating
It took forever to get checked in. It was disappointing that there was not dishes, silverware and pots and pans.
I stayed there because the suites have kitchenettes in them. Also, the lack of room service was irritating. I did love the cleanliness and the huge bathtub!
However, when I went to leave, the valets could not find my car. It took over 20 min to finally find locate it.

My only gripe is that I came back to the hotel late (it's Vegas!) and the valet was closed. I had to take my vehicle to the neighboring tower for parking, but was able to get it back easily at my tower.

some of the rugs has spots and they did not look clean, the toilet was so low that a person with knee or back problem will have problem sitting down and getting up , maybe it would be easy for a young person but not for a elderly person

MGM Signature has almost everything you want in hotel and hardly anything you don't. Refrigerators that work well and are not filled with expensive items that cannot be removed, friendly and responsive staff and access to the MGM Grand pool areas. We will be back.

The most difficulty we had was all the surrounding construction work. Many of the streets were blocked off & the GPS was not aware of the temporary "no U-turn signs". So transportation was troublesome.

You have to walk a long way to the strip. They need a shuttle bus. We had a 1 bedroom suite, it is very large. There were no supplies in the kitchen.

This hotel is not located on the strip. This hotel doesn’t have a casino inside the hotel, but there is one in the other mgm which is connected. You can walk to the strip from inside the building or outside if you need the fresh air. My room was very comfortable and spacious. House keeping cleans your room everyday. Valet is the best they are very nice and respectful. This is a very nice hotel to stay in.

The room was nice. Great view and spacious. The pool at the facility next door seemed to be hosting a party when we arrived and the noise was extremely loud. At night the noise from the elevators can keep you awake of you are a light sleeper. There is an automatic check out system in front of the front desk in the lobby, it does not work and the front desk staff seem to think it is amusing to watch guests try to check out using the system, get frustrated, and finally approach them to check out. Front desk people at checkout were not courteous and checking in to the hotel initially took a great deal of time. Front desk staff seemed to be having a great deal of difficulty with standard tasks. We liked the hotel but the word "hospitality" needs to be ingrained in the psyke of front desk staff.

The rooms at this hotel are quite spacious, but the overall hotel itself is a bit older. If you're planning on staying at the resort and not doing much walking, then it's great. However, if you plan on exploring the strip, it's a bit far and you might need transportation. I did have an issue with the AC not working, which made the room feel very muggy. This indicates that they haven't serviced the HVAC system in a while. They did try to accommodate me by switching rooms, but the AC was still not working properly. As someone who has been to Vegas multiple times and stayed in various hotels, I would rate this one a 3 out of 5.

Clean quiet property. Room was clean, hallway was clean. Staff very friendly. Walk the moving sidewalk to get to MGM Grand. No need to go outside to enter MGM Grand. You can use both pools. Deposit is $100 daily. Resort fee $132.00 for 3 days. No casino (short walk to MGM Grand). I would definitely stay at The Signature MGM again.
