The towels were so dirty as if they had not been washed as well as the sheets! I asked if the room was Ada accessible and they said yes! We got to the room only to find out it was a stand up shower with no bars or anything to help as my girlfriend is an amputee. They didn’t even have handles for safety around the toilet. Also, there was people who were obviously on drugs and doing sketchy stuff all night long in the parking lot. We did not feel safe at all. It also smelled like smoke so bad our belongings snelled like it when we left! We didn’t feel safe at all! We woke up to someone at the door at 3 a.m. with a young child asking if we had anything for sale! I’m pretty sure they were searching for drugs for sale!

The complimentary continental breakfast was a joke, cold cereal, juice and yogurt, no bagels or toast or muffins woth spreads. The whole hotel reeked of marijuana despite being a smoke free facility. The rooms were clean though a bit outdated, like 70s decor. Overall, I was satisfied.

Good Place
A little noisy from the hiway and air coming in around Heater/AC but wasn’t cold in room. Nice and cozy. Definitely recommend this for value. Also indoor pool was out of service

Did the job, mostly
We got there late at night, like 1130pm, and there were a couple of shady folks in the lobby. The front desk clerk was distracted by his phone but greeted us and did his job. The WHOLE lobby smelled of marijuana, as did the hallway upstairs where our room was located. The hotel definitely needs an upgrade, though the rooms were warm and I slept through the night. The "breakfast" the next morning was awful coffee, a juice machine, cold cereal and yogurt. There were vessels for other things like PB, jelly, butter, pastries, bread for toast and even a toaster and microwave but none of those things were provided. We had to ask for spoons for the cereal. I was tired and still had 8 hours of driving ahead of us, so this did what it needed, gave me a warm place to sleep for the night, but I wouldn't stay there again.

Is not like the photos. Beds are awful. Pool wasnt available, bed was uncomfortable, the tv was so old it had lines in the screen like someone bashed it in, i wouldnt stay here if it was free. Smelled terrible. Disgusting hotel. Also the elevator sounded like a lawn mower, after we used it once in was out of order. Nasty filthy. Never again. Dont let the photos fool you

Get what you pay for.
Hotel is ok. Its old and musty. While not a smoking hotel it still has the smell. Its good for the price though. The pool is basically closed.

Going Backwards
Check in was good. Bed was comfortable. No cups to drink from or use when you brush your teeth. No in room coffee maker. Their display of what rhey call breakfast is horrible unless you just want juice, coffee, cereal and toast.
Maybe a few small muffins amd some sort of a warm combination breakfast thing. Only stay here because it's convenient for before or after a Chiefs game. They used to have in room coffee maker amd cups.

STAY AWAY!!!
Absolutely horrible!!! Will NEVER go back. They checked us out before 7am even though check out isn’t until
11am. Then they had the balls to argue with me and say “no unless you told us to check you out then you shouldn’t be” the bathroom was DISGUSTING! Clearly didn’t clean the toilet or shower in MONTHS. The hair dryer cord smoked when plugged in, no trash can liners, the carpet was disgusting, nothing had been cleaned at all and the room stunk so bad when we first checked in, had to go buy air fresheners. And there is apparently “reserved” parking but there is no sign saying that. Absolutely horrible experience and their “breakfast” was 3 stale muffins, bread, a dirty toaster, nasty coffee and juice. Also their elevator doesn’t have the certificate stating when it was last inspected either. Horrible owners, horrible experience. DO NOT GO!!!

The lobby stunk of weed. In the 1st room the top blanket was covered in what looked like oil stains. The front desk clerk did switch us to a clean room. There was only 1 towel no wash cloths, the front desk did give us 2 more. He was polite and helpful. When using the stairs to 3rd floor, stairs full of food and just generally look dirty.

Horrible place to stay
The hotel was not what was depicted. There was loud music playing all night. The window wouldn't lock so anyone could get in as room was on ground floor. The pool was closed. Looks like they are in the middle of redoing things smelled of fresh paint. People are living in the hotel. The bathroom repairs were not done correctly things not mounted right. I was afraid that the shower door was going to fall off when showering. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Worst hotel I have ever been to. Tried to add photos but was unable to.

The shower was terrible. No pressure or hot water. There was a fight at 2 am with a guy and girl. Police were called. Very disturbing. Very noisy as it’s close to interstate. Wouldn’t stay again.

Scary
This hotel is old and run down. I doubt the carpeting in the stairways has been vacuumed any time recently. Shower was awful; at least there was hot water. I prayed the sheets were really clean. It is very close to highway and very noisy. Would never stay here again.

When we walked into the hotel we were welcomed with a strong aroma of marijuanna. It was clear the worker was smoking it in the check in area (smoke free hotel). The room was not clean, dead bug in the bathroom, stuff in sink and on toilet, mold in shower.

Disgusting hotel with angry staff
The room was filthy dirty and the bed was not made appropriately, the men working there were having a gay fight and didn’t have time to get a spoon for my coffee, and the breakfast was a joke, I will never stay here again, I got bit by something in the room and my arm is swollen twice it’s size.

Wife sent complaint to customer service. We did not stay and went to different motel and i expect a full refund. Sheets were wrinkly and spotted. Even toilet seat was dirty. Mattresse pad was torn and lumpy. Hallways needed vacuuming. Place was terrible so we left.

Less than pleasing.
It was a very small room. Carpets looked filthy and had a funny smell. The breakfast that was advertised was great if you were a todddler. Aside from the drunk gentlemen that we followed down the hallway and car alrms going off all night, the stay was fine. I don’t think I'd recommend it.

Over night stop passing thru town
Rooms were fair as this is an older hotel & needs to be updated. We had a king bed but floor space was very limited. A very basic room but still lacking standard room amenities. It worked for a nights stop on the trip but will go elsewhere next time. We didn't have breakfast but looked in when leaving & very basic on options offered. I give it a fair & will pass next time.

The front desk staff was very friendly. The room had all standard amenities. They were not very clean though. The air conditioner had some kind of food melted in the vents and there were ants all around. The beds were nicely made and comfortable, but one bed’s top cover had black hands prints. For one night it was fine but would not stay more than that. The only convince is that it is right next to the interstate.

There was no hand soap in our room. We had to ask for toilet paper. The TV remote was held together with scotch tape. The whole hotel reeked of weed day and night as soon as you walk through the door you got blasted with it !!!!! The comforters are simply thick sheets. It was horrible and definitely not worth the money or any money !!!!!

Interesting breakfast
This hotel offers 3 kinds of cereal, muffins, toast, juice, and eggs (I discovered on the last day of trip) but do not have knives or forks to eat with. Only spoons. Butter and peanut butter but no jelly. Odd choices.

When leaving to travel again, we were going to have breakfast. The breakfast consisted of the pre-made egg in the fridge and Bread for toast. No yogart no cereal. Very disappointing

The worst!
This particular hotel was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The staff was rude, the room was not as described, and there was no breakfast provided even though it is advertised. The room was prepaid and the staff was not going ro let us stay because tbey said we were not the name on the reservation (we were on the reservation). Sleeping on a park bench probably would have been a better experience.

Disappointing
This was a spartan experience. Breakfast consisted of juice, coffee (no creamer), white bread for toast, and cold cereal. Old hotel, poorly updated and poorly kept.

The desk staff wasn’t friendly when we checked in which is fine, they did their job and that was good enough. Just not welcoming at all. The carpets in the halls were dirty. Our room had stains on the walls and damage to the paint, trim & walls throughout. My daughter found a hair on her bed and we killed a few ants (sugar ants possibly).

Staff was not very happy and inviting. Breakfast was very skimpy. We had to ask for towels and we’re staying 7 nights. Swimming pool was very good but again we had to go to the desk for towels. Room wasn’t as clean as we expected. Refrigerator was so frosted in freezer that we could put very little in that space.

We booked a room that stated there were sleeping arrangements for 5. Requested a roll away bed and there are none available for being forced to sleep 3 to a bed for the evening. We were short on towels and went down to request more and they only had 2 available in the entire hotel.

Worse Hotel
Worse hotel. Linen was dirty room looked like no one had even attempted to clean it. Blood stains smoke holes in linen. Front desk said they where out of linen and rooms. and I kid you not chips and cheerios in the AC unit. Go anywhere else I mean anywhere.

Bad stay
The rooms where not very clean one had a used razor left by the past guest and the other had a used toilet paper wad inside the new one. When it was brought up to the front desk they just said we will check it out like they didnt believe it was true i even showed them pictures, but they didn't seem to care. Over all i will not be staying here again and wouldn't recommend for people with children as it also smelled of weed and it is smoke-free.

We were placed in an uncleaned room to start- once corrected, we landed in our second room. It was clean, but had no shampoo or soaps in bathroom, we did find a single squeeze pack of shampoo by the sink. Bed was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was all sugar and carbs. Enjoy for the price.

The room was nasty not clean at all. There was not a handle on that bathroom sink. There was a used pampon wrapper in the corning of the bathroom. If I could have got my money back I would have my wife sleep on plastic in the bed because she was worried they was not changed. Worst hotel stay ever.

Horrible place to stay. Dirty bedsheets with stains. And hair. Front lobby smells like Indian curry food. The guy on the front desk was so rude, he was eating while he was talking with us.
He wont let anybody talk and kept raising his voice on other customers too.

The floor we stayed on had a thick pot smell all night long; woke up with a massive headache because of it. Comforter was ripped, bed skirt was ripped. Back of remote was missing. Didn’t see any bugs of any kind so there’s a plus. The outside of the building is showing it’s extreme age as is the inside, but you get what you pay for!

Faucet knob missing
The knob on the bathroom faucet was missing so it was harder to turn on the water. We weren't told what time breakfast was to begin, and at 6:00 there wasn't anyone in the breakfast room making preparations.

There is no service in the service industry. The check in agent stayed on her phone during check-in. The entire stairwell and hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. The carpet was nasty and the room smelled of cigarettes. The morning desk clerk never looked up nor offered greeting or assistance at breakfast. Breakfast area consisted of slices of loaf bread and pre packaged gas station omelet things. I had to search cabinets for a coffee cup to administer from an instant coffee maker which was horrible. A smattering of powdered creamer packets lay on the counter. So no don't advertise that breakfast is included. We tried 5 hotels in those same brand during our vacation and 1 only 1 of them-in orem- was acceptable. So Wyndham's name on the la quinta and quality inn brand has done nothing to improve the service. It is unacceptable across the board.

Bring your own towels!!
Don’t expect for this hotel to have enough towels for each person in your party. Second night I had to ask for towels as housekeeping had only left one towel and one washcloth for our party of 4. The only thing they had clean were pool towels. Third night same problem except they didn’t have any clean towels. Had to go buy towels at Walmart. The hotel overall is in bad shape. Shower door didn’t close. Water everywhere. Phone in room did not work to even ring the front desk. Breakfast was toast and cereal. This hotel needs a new manager.

Thought we would try it. Felt very dirty inside the building. Room was pretty run down, bed uncomfortable. Had a bunch of homeless hanging out in the parking lot at night. When we went outside the next morning passenger mirror was folded in and about 50 cigarette buts next to the car. Didnt feel safe there.

Okay value for the price.
Older property. Needs renovation. Room smelled musty because A/C as off during the day. Bed was comfortable. Shower head didn’t flow very well. Free breakfast was lame and bread was stale. But the price was fair and it was convenient to I-70.

The one and only ice maker was broken. The pool was nasty, the floor covered in hair. Our toilet was clogged upon arrival. The doors and walls were literally coated in something someone spilled. We didn’t even have a trash can in our room or bathroom. Let’s not even talk about the smell.

The customer service at night was rude. My bed sheets were dirty. I was missing a washcloth in my room. My A/C decided not to work half the night. Half of the outlets in the room weren't working. The breakfast was subpar.

The pool was clean and well maintained but very small and the hotel room itself was not as pictured on site. It was a little dirty and ran down. Housekeeping did not bring us more towels when requested nor did they come in to change the bedding or remove the trash during our 5-day stay. Felt a little unsafe at night as many people were hanging out in the back of the hotel parking lot.

Worst room ever
This was absolutely THE WORST hotel room I've ever been in. Dirty isn't even enough to describe it. It was disgusting. Plus, the guy that checked us in was VERY rude. In my opinion, this place should be shut down. Just thinking about it makes me queasy. The pictures speak for themselves.

The Motel was near the Interstate highway and convenient.
The Continental breakfast was the poorest I have EVER experienced! No milk for dry cereal one morning. No napkins, ever. No eggs or Danish one morning. 44 minutes late to bring out the Very Scant breakfast of pre-made omelet eggs, cheap yogurt, bread for toasting. Third World countries offer more.

The bathroom was very tiny. The coffee pot had used coffee pod still in it. The bed spread had a yellow stain on it and the blanket had a hole in it.

Well, if you are looking for a place to lay your head for the night, you might be ok. If you are looking for a great place to stay, move on. The staff were not very friendly, the building needed a fresh coat of paint and the carpets cleaned. The pool area was tiny but also, not clean and the grout was falling apart in the poolside. Room was pretty beat up and the didn’t even have a blow dryer for the wife. When asked, they didn’t know what a blow dryer was at the front desk!

We booked the hotel one night for UMKC graduation. The room right above us was allowing their kids or whoever to jump off the bed and land on the floor, hit walls, constantly opening dawers and doors, and they were screaming. The toilet above us was also extremely loud, we would wake up and hear every time they flushed the toilet. Neither of us slept well that night.

The check in staff was friendly and efficient. That’s where the good starts and stops. The room smelled bad, especially around the bathroom & sink area. The sink had no stopper and there was something disgusting stuck in it. Either the walls are thin or the neighbors, which many appeared to live there, were loud or both. The blankets on the bed were thin as were the worn out towels. The parking lot on the pool side, which also was the only space available, was filthy with litter, beer cans and nasty ash trays which hadn’t been emptied in who knows how long, that were right beside the entrance. The room had areas with layers on top of layers of dust and though the room was reserved for two, only one regular and one decaf coffee packs were provided. The only reason we stayed was it was late, non-refundable , a holiday weekend and we were leaving early in the morning. As nasty as everything else was, we didn’t dare eat the breakfast.

Hot night
The stay was ok. 100 degrees outside and the air conditioner was cool but the fan wouldnt work. I went down told the front desk and they would send someone up. 2 hours later i found him. They said they were full and couldn't change rooms. I asked for a fan and thought i was getting one but he never showed so i went to Wal-Mart and bought 2. A little cooperation would have went a long way. Other than that it was ok.

Very disappointing
Check in was smooth. However, it went downhill from there. The wasn't a chair for the desk (I needed to do some work while in town) but they did eventually bring me one. The trim around the shower door was a mess & I'm surprised it didn't leak water. There was a burn hole in the blanket (non-smoking room). I nearly went & purchased my own pillow. The ones they provided were very flat & almost like no pillow at all. The post COVID breakfast is a joke. The first morning I went down & they had 2 or 3 slices of wheat bread & about the same of white bread. At least there was a toaster. The only thing they had to put on it was butter. The highlight was the frozen egg patties to microwave. But oddly you had to use a knife or spoon to eat them with. No forks!! The second day was slightly better, there was some cereal & a few muffins but after the family ahead of me was done, there were no more muffins so back to the toast & eggs. Still no forks!! The icing on the cake was the next to last night the smoke alarm started screeching intermittently & then flashing red. I quickly scrambled up from the bed & headed to the hallway to find it was only ours going off. I tried contacting the front desk but no answer. I finally went down to the desk to be told to just disconnect the smoke alarm! We popped the battery cover open & the battery had expired in Dec 2020. The clerk was able to come up with one & we replaced it. I stayed here doing COVID & it was OK but we won't stay here again.

Websites, including Wyndam, indicated this is a pet friendly hotel with a fee. After we booked and arrived, they said they do NOT take dogs; dogs must stay in vehicles. Our room faced the highway & was very noisy. Breakfast only continental & 2 of the cereals were empty. We didn't bother with breakfast. Even if we didn't have a dog, we would never stay here again.

Didn't even stay! Highly DO NOT recommend this property. It is very ran down and not updated at all. The outside of the building is horrible. There were people around everywhere and we didn't feel safe. After we went to the event we came to town for, we left and drove 2 hours home instead of staying in this hotel. -1/10 rating.

When I arrived the entire motel smelled like musty smoke. The room looked nothing like the pictures and smelled awful. I did not even stay. I took the key back to the desk and left. I don’t mind out of date but clean is a must.
