Nice looking restaurant. Otherwise, the hotel was well below standard. My first room the shower curtain must have been poorly affixed so my bathroom floor was flooded when I got out. That and I had to use shampoo since the soap dispenser empty. When I checked the dispensers in room #2, BOTH the shampoo and soap were empty. I ate at Matadora and the 2nd appetizer took about 45 minutes and was somehow overcooked....they did take it off the bill. The next morning I woke to a coffee machine that did not work. After all of this, they did not provide any compensation other than offering a free breakfast for which I could not stay. They could not, for whatever reason, provide a voucher. Really a bummer as I had high hopes.

Microwave in each room would improve this hotel immensely in terms of accommodations.

One thing we were not satisfied, it takes 12 min to get hot water in the shower, our room was never cleaned for 3 days.

From the outside it looks like a rundown place. Then you stepped inside and it looks a lot better. Some old features for sure but very clean and comfortable. The place definitely needs a little tlc pronto otherwise it will remain empty as it was this time. The surrounding areas were a bit sketchy and some undesirable activities were taking place in the parking lot but nothing that will make you too umcortable,just more aware of your surroundings. Keep your eyes open and park near the front of the entrance or in the parking garage.

The Hilton was the best stay I’ve had! It was absolutely beautiful inside. We got there and had one issue and they fixed it quickly! Staff was super polite and friendly. This is one of many reasons why the Hilton is the best of the best!

Best sleep ever
Beautiful hotel away from the city but with all of the glamour of a boutique hotel! This was THE BEST hotel bed I’ve ever slept on! EVER. The restaurant downstairs has great tapas! The drinks could be a bit better, but still great service from the bartenders.

The pool area is great, my son loved it. Lots of parking available and the area felt safe. One downside was that the toilet was extremely short. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a toilet so low to the ground before, very awkward.

Had issues with the shower but the staff showed up promptly to address the issue although it wasnt exactly resolved they were able to make a temporary fix but had to come for the same issue on the second morning but again temporarily fixed the issue.

Area inside and out were very clean. Most staff members were very friendly. Checked in late Thursday night, staff member was new and in training. The training staff member was unhelpful and uninformative. Charged me twice and said it was fine.

The room had bubble gum smashed into the carpet and the hallways were never cleaned the entire weekend we were there and when you went to leave the room in the mornings the staff were all congregating in the hallways and wouldn’t move to let you past basically had to push thru them

I’ve never been in a hotel that didn’t serve free breakfast so that was a thumbs down for me. Also my bed wasn’t made 2 days in a row an when I asked the staff why wasn’t my bed made an room cleaned. They said the only do housekeeping after a 4 day stay. Which is a bit disappointing. Overall my stay was average.

Estou passeando por varias cidades proximas a NY e me hospedei em 7 hoteis nesses 15 dias de viagem. Posso dizer com toda certeza que esse hotel foi o melhor de todos. Muito limpo, muito amplo o quarto, produtos de higiene de primeira qualidade, sacada no quarto, cafe da manha MARAVILHOSO com tudo à disposição e a vontade. Restaurante com musica ao vivo, ambientes integrados ( estilo PUB ) em volta do restaurante. Piscina aquecida muito boa, academia muito boa. Atendimento excelente da equipe toda do hotel. Estacionamento gratis e facil de estacionar, muito bem localizado e apenas 20 min de carro do centro de Boston.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and the dining options are very limited. The hotel restaurant is mediocre and the prices are very high for what you get. The menu is very limited as well (even though I like spanish tapas).
Overall, wouldn't stay there again unless my conference required me to.

Nice hotel, quiet.
We stay at Hiltons all the time. The check in was good but we had made an additional reservation to stay an extra night, the Front Desk Manager Ashley must have had a bad day because he was very short and not very cordial to say the least. We are the last folks in the world that would complain about anything to be honest but he was rude in his mannerisms and tone. Not sure why but whatever. It was noticed by some other folks around us in line as well so we know it wasnt us.

The facility is older and it’s starting to show around the edges.
The air conditioning unit was loud as heck and that intermittent kind that wakes you up when it kicks on. Had to turn it off eventually and in the morning found it had leaked out all over the carpet.
Had long pillows that look great on the bed but were not that comfortable.

A less than welcome teception
We have stayed at this Hilton many times but still have a less than positive check in experience with staff that are not welcoming. This time we were saved by the manager coming to help get a satisfactory. Room. We still find the policy of no housekeeping disappointing.

The hotel is clean and fairly modern. But there are no amenities near the hotel. Outside the restaurant hours there are no dining options and coffee place in the hotel or nearby. The closest coffee place is a 10-15 walk from the hotel.

We chose this hotel because it was fairly close to BOS airport and was decently priced. Our flight arrived very late, so we basically slept and left the next morning. No free breakfast, but a restaurant off the lobby offers breakfast for purchase. Our room was modern, clean, quiet, and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

They had to change my room once I was getting ready for bed I see these dirty sheets, then when they moved us to a different room the bathroom was full or hair and ceiling falling apart. When we approached them about what was going on, manager was very rude and unfriendly!!!!! One of worst experiences I’ve had an any hotel.

Did not live up to the Hilton name. Front desk staff were efficient but not friendly. Bathroom was in poor condition. Bathtub drained slowly and did not keep up with the shower (even after maintenance staff worked on it). Toilet tank refilled very slowly. After maintenance staff worked on it, the refill valve would not shut off properly. Many floor tiles were missing grout and some were loose.

Pool closed oddly early at 8pm. Seems like a bit too restrictive as the sign on the wall said 10pm and was manually changed. With no lifeguard to staff, seems like something that could be easily adjusted. If noise is the concern, the bar in the pool area was open much later with a game on and people were yelling until at least 11pm.
Breakfast wasn't open until 7am, which seems late. We had to be up and out by 6:30am and breakfast was included but not even continental out at that time.

Always a great stay! Second time here and I always enjoy the stay. The only two down sides is not all rooms have complementary breakfast and their is no sidewalk if you want to walk. Besides that everything was wonderful and the staff are 10/10 on service.

The pool closing at 8 pm is absurd when half the rooms face the loot restaurant/bar area, which is open until 11:30 pm. Not a good hotel for families.

The drain stopper in the bathroom sink did not work.
The sink drain was partially clogged and would not drain properly. The shower curtain would not stay closed. One of the towel hooks in the bathroom was ripped out of the wall and should have been replaced. All of these things indicate that no one inspects the room properly after guests check out (or the cleaning people just don't report what they see).

Rooms and customer service need improvement
The hotel lobby area was nice, but the check in was not very friendly. I said hello, we are checking in, and she responded with ID and credit card. No other words except she gave the room number and said where the elevator was. The room was ok but was disappointed in the condition of the bathroom. The toilet didn't flush properly. A maintenance person came up and plunged it for a few seconds and said, "have a good night." In the morning it was still not working right. There was dark red staining in the tub. Housekeeping came up and she said the stains wouldn't come up and I could touch it myself to see. The wallpaper between the toilet and the bathtub was coming off the wall and there was black stuff underneath it. Also, all of the wallpaper could have used a cleaning. The bathroom had a strange smell, especially when I turned on the shower. Will not stay there again until they say they have fixed all maintenance and cleaning issues. Surprising issues for a Hilton!

The toilet made a screaming /alarm noise and was shaking. Not kidding. I had to devote two hours to dealing with people coming in and out of our room and waiting to get a new room. The bedding was visibly soiled. Carpet was not clean. The lobby was nice.

It was in a very strange location. Not very central to things, but at least there were some restaurants around. My first floor room seemed like I was baby in the corner. Why are there dressers in a hotel? So impractical!

At least a week before our stay, I called to request a feather free room and a refrigerator. When we got to our room, there was a feather pillow on the bedding and a down comforter, I am allergic. We had to wait for housekeeping to come and change the bedding. The paint was peeling on the ceiling above my bed. The soap dish was ripped out of the wall in the tub area, just hanging there. The shower curtain was also broken and sagged, causing water to go all over the bathroom floor when showering. When we went down to enjoy the pool with our young child, the pool was freezing. Another guest informed us that the pool heater was broken. This is why I picked this hotel, it had a nice pool for us to enjoy. The ice machine was broken. We then checked reviews and it was a complaint months ago. We will not pick this location again when we have to stay for doctor’s visits.

The restaurants on the property were great. The staff were wonderful. When you get to your room the appearance does not reflect what you see when you walk in the hotel. The bathroom was dingy, shower needed a cleaning to get the soap scum lifted. We had our shower curtin replaced bc there was a stain on it. The sink drain stopper was missing. The hair dryer was gross. We stayed for 5 nights and two of the days were interrupted by maintenance bargining into our room to check.on a smoke detecor that was not going off. No communication was made between staff I guess. We would stay there again? No

The pace has outdoor and indoor parking lot. It is easy to use the parking lot. That is only thing I like. They do not clen your room daily. Even you request the front desk, they said "They will do" but,, they do not clean your room. They do not repose your quest. It looks like they do not want to work there. I purchased room including breakfast. But, They charge $3 for one Omelette. Ads on expedia should include that information like this "They are selling Omelette for $3.00". The room has broken safe. I ask to fix it. They fix once I left from the room. By the way, I stayed the hotel for 3 nights. I always carry my personal valuable items with me. I do not recommend this hotel.

Cons:
1. Front desk guy didn’t provide clear information and caused misunderstanding.
2. No microwave oven in the room. Had to go to a common area by the front desk to use it.
3. Very old vending and AC/ heating system. The AC in our room didn’t work (sending out hot air in summer). The hotel had to send someone to shut down the heat so the cold air can come out.

Not close to BOS, but would stay again.
Overall, it was a great hotel and we're glad we stayed there. As a family, we were placed in a balcony directly over the bar (we were told there were no rooms over the pool), but the bar closed at 10:30, so we should be fine. Update: the bar was still going strong at 11:30 and later. We had sound machines in the room, so it wasn't unbearable.
The AC in the room wasn't able to keep up, so we did get warm, although it never got bad enough to go to the front desk at midnight.
The restaurant was really great. Plenty of options (kids burger was the same size as a regular burger, so you probably could split some plates for younger kids). Breakfast was super nice.
Although it seemed close to the airport mileage wise (12 miles)...it took over 50 minutes to get there in the morning leaving around 8am.

Will never stay at a Hilton again. We requested someome to come clean the room, and they said they don't provide that service. I told them the garbage cans in our room were overfilled and their answer was "nothing we can do". Person at front desk said unless you stay 5 days we don't provide any room service. How is this possible? Worst place we have ever stayed at!

The overall atmosphere walking into the hotel was great, it was beautiful! I loved that you could look out your window and see the whole hotel, pool and all. The rooms were very clean and nicely put together. The pool was like warm bath water, perfect! Would definitely stay again!

I do not recommend this hotel for any event. The staff was rude and did not show any hospitality. After hours of traveling to Boston, getting a rental car, and driving to the hotel I had to wait on the staff to finish their personal conversation and laugh before I could check in. The toilet in my room was broken so I asked to be switched and they told me they were booked so they are not able to transfer me to another room. They had to work on the toilet each day that I was there because the toilet was broken; the room should not have been rented out in that condition. They also do not clean the rooms daily which I was unaware of so after 10 hours of sitting at a conference, I came back to a room without any clean towels. I called the front desk to request towels and they told me they would bring them up but never did. Overall, it was a terrible stay.

I would stay here again but there are areas that weren’t great. Ie, rooms with balconies overlook the atrium, either the pool or restaurant side. We were told the pool rooms would be quieter than the restaurant but you could sit on the balcony and hear dishes and conversation easily from the restaurant because of the echoey atrium design. The restaurant had live music playing which carried up to our 4th floor but it was good music and it did end at 10:30. Families playing and talking at the pool also could be heard clearly. The pool closes at 9. Our room was clean and decorated nicely. It was nice to have a balcony. Our room was at the end of the balcony room at a corner so we could literally see the bed of our neighbor at the corner which was about 8 feet from us. Thankfully the man who got into bed with his shades wide open was wearing PJs and doing nothing more than sleeping and that was when we went into the room for the night and closed our shades! The shower had two moldy spots but was clean but it did drain slowly, very slowly. This was a one night stay for us so not worth a complaint. We slept well but the storage room is was next to our room, at 7:30 the maids were pulling carts out and talking. I made coffee on the fantastic coffee maker and took it out onto the balcony where I could hear the breakfast dishes and someone’s morning news on their TV also very clearly. It’s located well with eateries a block away, 11 miles to Boston made it convenient and it felt safe.
