Excellent hotel, Why stay anywhere else.
This is a fine hotel. Since this is an older hotel that has been completely remodeled, the walls are solid masonry no balloon framing. So quiet, you can sleep well at night. Great staff. Love the indoor pool.

Worth it
Loved the place overall. Very comfortable and staff were all kind and polite. Bar / restaurant closed at 10, not midnight. And their snack shop - $5 for Ramen? Dude.

Staff was great. Double beds are so small. We had to ask for a king size bed with a roll in because there was no way my husband and I could fit in one of the double beds. Hotel is outdated and could definitely use some updating. Otherwise our stay was fine. The hotel is quiet and my girls enjoyed the pool.

It was quiet. Ample parking, and easy access to highway we’re pluses. However, the bathroom was the size of a broom closet and the shower drain and toilet plunger were problems.

The property is conveniently located and benefits from having the facilities to service functions. Having said that, the rooms are showing the wear and tear of many years of service. They are in need of a complete renovation.

Better than just average business hotel, the hotel is nice and clean. The room was also vey clean although on a smaller side. Their buffet breakfast is very good.
The only reason I'm giving the hotel 4 stars is that its WiFi was slow. Occasionally, it became faster but then would slow down again. We contacted the front desk but they could not help us. I don't believe there was something wrong with our phones as both my wife and I had the same problem and we stayed at several hotels on this trip where WiFi worked just fine.

Check-in was fast and easy, and we each received a scrumptious warm cookie! The room was very attractive, and the bed very comfortable! The only negative was a bit of mold or mildew in the bathtub shower area around the fixtures. Everything else was spotless, attractive, comfortable.

Not what I expected !
Booked this hotel expecting to use the Hot Tub they showed on their web site. Went to pool to find out it was drained and roped off with no explanation. Told the people at front desk but they did not seem to be overly concerned.
Went for breakfast in the morning to find out I had to pay $16 for it. I am a Hilton club member but not Gold. Very disappointed with Hilton !

Check in was easy and smooth. Was given wrong room number and had to go back down to guest services for correct room information. House keeping came and knocked twice the following morning after being told we had late checkout, which was a little annoying.

Hotel room was disgusting. Upon arrival in my room, there was dried makeup all over the bathroom counter, urine on the toilet seat, and hair all over the shower. Makeup was also spilled on the bedside table, and had been smeared on the mirror in the bedroom. It looked like the room hadn’t been cleaned at all.
Hotel had a super outdated feel. Only positive was the location was convenient with lots of stores and restaurants around.

Room was nice but I noticed it wasn't very clean. The bathroom had long hair on the floor, there were spider webs in the corner of the room near the bed. I also noticed dust on the baseboards behind the sitting chair. The Employees were very nice during check in/out.

The staff was friendly and efficient and very professional. The room was nice and clean, but the beds were not very comfortable.
Breakfast buffet was very good.
Parking was very difficult. Had to park far away from the entrance since the majority of parking places were taken.

Hotel was very clean and staff was very nice. The hotel information is not up to date on the website. Restaurant is very limited on food available and hours open. Bar was open limited hours 6pm - 10pm. Website states opens at noon. TVs didn't work in the bar. Breakfast was expensive for continental breakfast ($14). Full buffet breakfast was $2 more.

Not a good experience for Doubletree standards
Despite requesting for change of towels and removal of trash no action was taken and bill wrongly included more charges which was reversed after calling them.

The staff were very nice, the room very clean. However, it was difficult to breathe at night due to low O2 levels. We turned on the air conditioner, which helped, but it dried out the air even more. Have you thought of adding central air to the rooms to assure a fresh supply of O2? The cookies were delicious.

Our stay at this hotel was great! It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Staff were friendly and check-in was easy. The location was good for just passing through and we felt very safe. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Nice Refresh
We were very happy with the Double Tree. Our room was refreshed between nights which makes such a difference. Our floor was nice and quiet. The other guests were considerate and not noisy.

Great spot

So I have stayed at this property before and booked through my Hilton app and it was fine, but this time they gave me a room that was like for their Expedia customers and the toilet ran constantly and the shower totally backed up into the tub covering my ankles after 5 mins

Old 80s rooms
1980s small rooms and bathrooms, no fridge in room, coffee in room was horrid, bathroom had hairs all over ceiling, no one answered front desk in the morning, two out of three treadmills were not working, other one didn’t incline. Place needs a good overhaul. Convenient location next to 495 and Route 9.
