Had to check in at a little security window in a hallway. Computer was down and had to wait an hour to get our room. Balcony looks like it's about to fall off. Not safe at all. Room smells sour. Absolutely no amenities. Something in the room gave me an allergic reaction.

Absolutely disgusting property, sink was plugged up bathroom sink was broken, bathtub was full of chipped, paint, tiles were coming off, no door knob on the bathroom, many of the lights didn’t work, filthy, horrible pillows, absolutely disgusting

Dead bugs in my shower, no fan for bathroom, booked for 2 adults but only got 1 bath towel 1 wash cloth but for some reason 3 hand towels. Also no tissues in the tissue box

The morning staff was nice and helpful, the night shift person was not so great, just asked for ID, gave us our room card and told us our room number, nothing else. Their toilet was not cleaned. There was rust on the rim. Only gave us two small towels that didn’t look so clean or smelt clean. The bed sheets had stains on it before we even touched it. Soap bar was incredibly small and gross. But they had decent AC, the TV was also okay. If you’re extremely poor then this is the motel for you if you don’t mind being and feeling a little dirty but I honestly I wish I spent that extra 200-300 dollars on a
HOTEL instead of this crusty motel.

Not worth $80
Water was dripping in tub, no way to turn off. Floor near bed had a ton of water from under the bed. The mattress was on a slab of wood very uncomfortable. U could hear the person above you flush the toilet, breakfast was just cereal & house keeping knocked 2 hrs before check out. And no receipt was offered

The desk clerk was rude the light's don't work in room and the whole motel has no wifi and the clerk says it's my device and I can leave if im not happy sure at 10pm I checked and the motel doesn't have wifi must of not paid the bill

This is our second time staying at this location. First experience was good. Our second time was terrible though. The room was dirty, chunks of long hairs all over the floor, sink, and stuck all over the shower from previous guests. The water from the shower had to be turned on and off about 5 times in order for water to actually come out. We were left only 2 towels for 4 guests. I went to front desk in order to ask for more towels. Was told housekeeping is out on floor and ask them. Ran around the whole motel and they were nowhere in sight. At the end we couldn’t get assistance on extra towels.

I booked a handicap accessible room because I’m in a wheelchair. When I arrived they gave me a room that wasn’t handicap accessible. I asked to be switched to another room and they refused. I showed them the email I got after I booked the room that showed it was supposed to be handicap accessible, they still refused. I’m from 4 hours away and had absolutely no place to stay so I had to drive 4 hours back home and it completely ruined my trip.

The staff was very nice however the room smelled like cigarette smoke, the faucet knob on sink was broken, the buttons on the switches for lights on bed were broken, a big crack in ceiling, pillows are square & small, no quide for TV channels, shower knob very hard to turn, On the upside Staff did give extra pillows, towels that were needed. We understand building is being renovated when we got there wish we would of known before booking.

nasty and stinky
Check in and the room stunk of cigarette smoke. I could hardly breath smelled like someone had been smoking in there all day long. Went to front desk and was told that was one of their non-smoking rooms. He gave me another room right away this one also smelled of smoke but not as badly and I was too tired to fight it. This room was dark upon entering and the light switch was behind the door. I had to enter the room in the dark and search for the light. Did not know it was a bad neighborhood when I reserved and felt uncomfortable having to leave the door open til I found the light. Bathroom was filthy and sink had cigarette burns all around it. Ive stayed at many M6 and never had these problems. Pillows also smelled of smoke, a real shame for the name M6 Hotels. Won't stay at this one again, Desk personnel was friendly and obliging front desk area was really clean, too bad rooms weren't. Also room didn't have a phone but ad said they provided wake up calls

The rooms had no microwave or mini fridge the tv cable was out and there was a bar across the back blocking the HDMI port so I could not hook up my playstation.

The pricing was very reasonable, and the staff was nice but having some kind of mini fridge or microwave would’ve been helpful. The internet was very spotty sadly, but could probably be fixed with a range extender or something similar

Terrible experience
Very bad experience. First, the key to the room did not work. I had to walk back to the front desk. The room was at the farthest end of the hotel. There is no elevator in the hotel. The receptionist gave me another room. This second room faced a garbage dump that was already half full. Once I was in the room there was no single bath towel ready. I had to walk back to the front office desk to get bath the towels. I know you get what you pay at Motel 6, but this one has exceeded the terrible reputation that Motel 6 has.

First, there was no refrigerator in the room. Again, the vending machine was completely out all through my 3-day stay in the hotel and no effort was made to replace; I had to order everything from outside, including water. No toothpaste no lotion in the room. This is perhaps my worst experience.

The place was not clean and it was a horrible experience.The door to the room was not even and could see the sunlight. There were burn marks and stray hairs in the bathroom. We had to change rooms and the second one was just has bad has the first.

Room was not cleaned from previous occupancy with dog. Bathtub was filthy (I have photos) bed was a mattress on. Slab a not comfortable at all. I will ever stay there again I cannot recommend it to anyone. Cc

The room was filthy. Floor was so dirty. Bed was disgusting. Stained sheets, very thin blanket. Said there was cable which was a lie. Very few tv channels. No ice machine. Bathroom was horrible. Cigarettes stained tub. Very disgusting motel.

An outside entrance motel in cold weather is a bad situation. If the door lock doesn't work or there is a 1/2 inch crack in the door so that it's drafty, that's not good either. At least the sink & tub wasn't stopped up. Overall, you get what you pay for here compared to other hotels.

I did not like my Experience @ Motel 6 @ all. It stunk of Marijuana in the Lobby my Husband got accousted n blamed 4 taking $3from a huge African American. There were locks 🔒on the doors saying keep them locked for our own Safety. Burnt mark on the Counter. The Tub was awful n paint peeled off. Electric socket was Broken. Mattress was stained and Spring was poking out. Sketchy persons were coming in and . And from another door there was dents in it like someone took a Baseball Bat to it. Some staff are not friendly 🙄 but the second day were two people good. Plug in electric are not working. Have left paper in the room how to connect to Motel wifi. A representative will show the room to the customer.

The place was quite reasonable in terms of cost but offered the bare minimal in terms of amenities. No remote for the tv, no refrigerator, clock. Towels look old (I had my own) rather clean the place with their towels. I’d stay again for the price I paid

I’ve paid less for a nights stay where the floors aren’t dirty and sticky, and I could also have coffee in my room in the morning if I chose. I also took a shower and had no shampoo or conditioner for my hair. This place is a dump!

Worst experience EVER! First room had no running water and smelled like mildew. Staff moved me to another room. Smelled horrible, not sanitary, holes in the walls, and even worse while we were gone rats torn up our belongings and ate our food. Hotel refused to reimburse me or refund my stay. I was told to either check out or deal with it. After calling the police and begging them for hours, mind you this is now like 5am, I was told they would only refund my last night stay. Not only the headache and frustration it put on our vacation but also the $100 worth of damages done to my belongings! They are horrible! DONT NOT STAY HERE! I WOULDNT EVEN RECOMMEND THIS TRASH TO MY WORST ENEMY! THANK YOU FOR RUINING MY VACATION!

This is your basic hotel for a quick overnight stay. Its clean and located in safe area. Nothing special so please stop thinking you gonna get a 5 star hotel for low rates. I stay here once a year for 1 week.

Not happy at all
After being on the road over 10 hrs straight, my husband and I were very tired. I had reservations at this motel. The ratings were average so I was cautious but I knew that some things would be subpar. What I didn't expect was EVERYTHING would be bad. First of all, construction was working on the street so it was really hard to get into the lot. When I checked in, the key didn't work with the room. I was given a key to an occupied room. Upon entrance to a different room, it smelled horrible. It smelled like smoke. I looked at the bed and the sheets that seemed like cigarette holes in them as well as varying degrees of stains on them. My husband went and got better bedding from them but not that much since it had stains on those too. My husband cleaned the headboard that had old straws and paper, the walls were peeling bad and stained with something red, the toilet was installed crooked and flushing it always felt like it would overflow. The shower curtain was filthy and I could smell it was dingy. The sink stopper was disconnected and in the drain were broken pieces of soap. There wasn't a fridge or microwave. The door was really thin and there was no seal to make sure it's closed. The lock was weak.No good tv channels, they were all basic and local.We originally were going to stay about 5 days but we left after 2 days. If possible, ask to see a room before booking it. If they don't show you then don't put anything down until you've inspected it. I wouldn't refer anyone here.

It was disgusting!!!! The bath tub had no enamel left on it. Someone sqeezed caulking between counter and base and it was coming out!!! There was a phone in the room but it didn't work. Half the lights didn't work. We booked for two nights but only stayed one! We feel we should get reimbursed for the second night!! The shape of the bed was terrible. Will be telling anyone who will listen to never stay there and not go through expedia, you should do your homework about these places!!!

This was the absolute basic you could get. The pics I viewed did not match what we walked into. The ceiling is peeling, there’s a large table/desk but no chair, there are only enough towels for one person, despite there being 2 beds, there are holes in the walls, in lamp shades, the furniture is way banged up, and there are no tv channels. Tv goes to 99, but you only get local channels, and anything else just had “direct tv” bouncing on it. Also, no wifi password was given, but it’s definite asked for.

When i arrived i was told they had overbooked and since my plane got in late they had already given it away. I asked how could that happened since i reserved it with my credit card. Antonio apologized and said the motel had overbooked long before i arrived.

Please do not go by the photos shown. Rooms are not even close to what photos show. Caulk by sink is cracked, yellow and with mold all around. Everything is stained. Sheets and towels. Bathroom door had a big hole from one side to the other and was covered with a ball of toilet paper. Entrance and bathroom doors do not close properly. Tv didn't work in either room either as I had to change. I had to also go and purchase a sheet to cover the bed and pillow. No blanket was available either. Pillows have been washed so much that it was just a ball of cotton. The walls and edgings were extremely dirty and stained. The room next door had guests smoking mariguana and the smell was extremely strong and I had my little ones with me. Faucet was broken and had to push it really hard to be able to open it and brush our teeth. It was not what I expected at all. Thankfully we were only there to sleep and nothing more. But again, I had to go and purchase sheets and blankets to cover entire bed and be able to lay. It was a family emergency and last minute trip so really had no other choice.

Really on of the worst hotels I've stayed in for a while. It had no microwave or fridge. The first night the light went in and out was off for over 30mins. The air unit didn't work. The head boards was falling of the wall. The beds squeak and old and dirty. Very overpriced for the condition
