First flush of toilet brown water came up thru tub. Several rooms had the same thing. We were given a new room which didn’t smell like first and no plumbing issues.

A very nice hotel in a somewhat secluded area just off I-75. The room was very clean and had all the amenities expected in a nice hotel. There were plenty of options for breakfast including waffles, eggs, yogurt, cereals, pastries, fruit juices, coffee etc.

I will start by writing that we were only here to sleep overnight to split a long trip. The check in was very nice, personable staff even though we came in late around 10p. We were welcomed and given options for a few rooms. The room was average, but we did not book expecting any fancy facility or updated rooms. The important thing is that there were no bugs! The carpet was definitely old, and as we walked around on it for a few minutes prepping for bed, our feet were gray. Simple fix, we put on slippers. The AC worked great, as we like to keep it cool at night. The bathroom was clean enough, i wouldnt have bathed vs a shower, but again we chalked that up to the older room vs lack of cleanliness. The beds/sheets were clean, but average quality. The room seemed to have some moisture in it, and that was confirmed when we saw some DampRid hanging in the room. Again, we weren't there to enjoy a long vacation, this is definitely a place to pass threw, convenient to the highway and area seems safe enough.
The continental breakfast was typical for Choice hotels: waffles, coffee, yogurt, oats, etc. It was clean and the staff were very welcoming! All in all, we have decided to use the same hotel on our trip back later this week, so that should be an indication that it was worth the rates and great for passing through town.
I want to reiterate that the check in/out staff member was wonderful! I didnt catch her name ,😔 but hope i will see her again later this week!

We stayed for 4 nights, wasn’t bad at all. The beds definitely weren’t queen size, more like a full. The pillows are very comfortable though. We didn’t see any bugs at all and it was pretty quiet. The front desk staff was amazing and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Not much around, but it was in a location I needed. Staff is prepared to mitigate the lack of food opportunities by stocking microwavable choices in the hotel lobby.

Good place, I’d stay again.
Staff was all extremely friendly and polite. Room was great for our one night stay. Breakfast was good too. There were some hairs in the bathroom but otherwise the room was clean. Area felt safe.

Expedia needs to correct the address, we drove around for over an hour and finally found it by accident. You have the town wrong, the front desk told me that they have told Expedia seversl times that the city name is wrong. They are not in Live Oak. Plase correct for next person, my experience is not the first time.

The area was surprisingly quiet once the usual checkin/checkout times were past. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were fairly clean. One detraction was the carpets, which were visibly stained and feet were black after walking barefoot. This is not an everyday cleanup issue at this point. But all in all, I would stay here again for an overnight or two (with shoes on).

Lots of traffic noise from nearby I-75. A number of items in the room were missing (security lock!), or defective (burnt out light bulb). Nice reception hosts. OK breakfast and good location for what we needed, even if noisy. Very much a 2 or at most 3 star place.

Honestly stayed here due to the other hotel we wanted to stay at was sold out. This is out of the way and not pretty but that being said the bed was comfortable and we slept well.
If you are looking for just a place to sleep with no frills this is the place.

Property is run down but tidy, room was old, cracks in the wall, stains on the floor and furniture, gap around the door but it was clean and the carpet was not sticky. Room was FREE of bugs (including bed bugs) and i checked thoroughly before unpacking. Tv was nice and had lots of channels including hbo. Bed was quite comfortable and sheets were fresh but i recommend you bring an extra pillow. Staff was friendly. Our biggest issue was the cloudy water which we assumed came from minerals or such. Opted for bottle water just to be safe. Would stay her again in a pinch.

Only if quiet doesn’t matter
The service on checking in was great. The breakfast on Thursday was okay but on Friday there was no meat and no one seemed to care or offer to bring more out.
It was quiet for the most part Thursday night but Friday night was a nightmare of loud parties in the rooms and arguing outside our room which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe.,

Hotel was a little dated but very clean. You can tell they try to maintain the property. The staff was friendly. Bed and pillows are what you would expect. Very quiet. The breakfast was very basic. We would definitely stay here again.

It's a nice hotel, but i will say this MAKE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK THE ADDRESS!! I thought i was checking into the one actually in town in front of the Walmart. Nope there’s 3 different ones and this one is off I75. So it's about 17 mins from town. Very quiet hotel, only downside was the toilet sounded like it was dying when flushed.

We have been here several times, and I know this is a busy time for them, but there was never any food at the breakfast buffet, and the floors in our room were filthy. Plus somehow we got booked twice for the same night. I immediately cancelled the extra room, as soon as I found at upon arrival. The hotel had no vacancy, so I know they would have been able to sell the extra booked room, yet we were still charged for the room, even though we were already staying in another room at the same hotel.

Spring Wing It Fling
This place is clean but it's an older facility. Water pressure is great and while there are no safety bars in the shower, the tub floor is very well coated and not slippery. Now the only issue I have is with the beds. If you want to sleep in a bounce house, this is your place! Roll over and you are apt to land on the floor. Pillows really sucked too. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend that you do either.

You just need to clean better. Pay attention to details. There were dirty towels behind the door in the bathroom and hair in the corners of the tile floor- in the tub/toilet area and sink area. I cleaned the sink and faucet with Lysol wipes because they were dirty. This place is old- that’s ok if it’s clean!

We actually didn’t know what to expect. It felt as if it’s out in the middle of nowhere which was great for us because we were so sleepy. We stayed one night. Check in was great. The property is in good condition. Everything was clean. It felt like a safe area. The man at the front desk told us that breakfast would be provided but we slept in and missed it. Would definitely stay here again.

Terrible Accommodations
Padlock on door was completely broken, y didn’t work- screen said “no service.” Room dark. Dried drip of something on wall beside bed, and noisy from highway nearby that absolutely could not sleep. Even heard our neighbors talking. Terrible and totally disappointed- usually Quality Inns are nice but this one needs to be demolished.

I booked as a quick overnight stop on my way home. I had little expectation of anything spectacular; just needed a clean, queit, safe place. When I booked, I didnt realize they stopped checking in at midnight. I called ahead to let them know it may be a little later than that when I would arrive. The front desk staff were very professional and accomodated my later arrival. When I arrived, they were very polite and got me in quickly. The first room they assigned me to had not been cleaned. When I opened door to room, I noticed the bed had been slept in. I went back to front desk to inform, and they were apologetic, even a little embarrassed, and immediately gave me another room with no hassle at all. The new room was very clean. Older facility, but things were slightly updated; new flooring, bedding, etc. Small fridge, microwave, coffee. I felt safe enough and slept well even though the interstate noise from I10 can be heard. There isnt much in the surrounding area; a couple of gas stations and a McDonald's nearby. It is kind of an out of the way place. Overall, not horrible at all for what I needed.

When we checked in we were greeted by a very unfriendly employee. After a painfully long check in process I asked about the pool hours and was told the health department had closed it down. The first room they gave us had a terrible odor and had water dripping from the ceiling. Also the AC was not working at all. When I went back to ask to be moved the employee acted like he was on the phone the whole time but said nothing! He never apologize or anything! Simply gave me two more keys tossed them at me and said "117". I will never stay here again and wouldn't recommend anyone else do so either. Customer service doesn't exist here.
