I didn't like anything about this place. Ice machine would not work. Towel racks were coming off the walls. Door would hardly close or open. Dogs and cats seemed to be in most rooms. Only one set of towels in the room. Bathroom was a total mess and needs to be redone especially the tub. In fact, so does this entire place. I will never stay at this hotel again and they should loose their Red Roof flag.

Keeps Going Downhill
This has been a favorite place to stay for several years but it is definitely in need of work. It is in a GREAT area just steps from International Drive and MANY great places to eat and MANY things to do. The rust around the bathroom doors is getting bad. I had to flag down someone who did not speak English to get some towels. Never saw maid service. I reserved the upgraded room with upgraded linens. I almost froze with that cheap blanket. Definitely not upgraded linens. The welcome package that comes with the upgraded room appears to just be a fixture on the counter as I got nothing. Not saying I won't come back but the place next door has far surpassed this Red Roof.

Very dirty!!!
The hotel had roaches, it was dirty, they never provided us with clean towels or came to the room. The bed sheets was dirty. It has a dogs paw print on it. So that tells me that the never cleaned the room before us entering it. Overall horrible experience. The pool was not even available. Very very bad. I’m not one to give bad ratings but had to on this one.

Not organized at all. Checked in and was given a room that was occupied. Then was given a room with no heat, toilet overflow when flushed, tub fills with water when taking a shower, and no microwave in room. Complained multiple times so family and I checked out early because we refused to stay another night. We requested a refund and was told that we couldn’t get it. Maintenance guy was the only one doing everything in his power to satisfy us. Horrible experience ever.

Horror show - STAY AWAY
Easily the worst stay in any property I’ve ever had. Check in was friendly and was my only interaction with staff, but the condition of the property could be measured in negative digits out of 10. I didn’t ask for another room as it was only a 2 night stay, but given the state of this room (see photos), I’d didn’t expect it to get much better. This would have been a horror show for a family with small children. Amenities were non-existent in the room (no hair dryer) but could have been available by request. The for-purchase snacks and beverages looked as though a trip to the gas station yielded about 2 dozen items and was. SPARSE.

I am very surprise these type of hotel/motel still exist, this place feels like fallen apart, lot of weirdo people live in, my room bath tub shower water flow speed is worst than faucet, tub drain will take 15 minutes, my feet is always wet in dirty water, on my 3rd night, 3rd floor hall way smells like stinking socks. My wife couldn't deal with it, she had me booked another hotel and checked out next day, I will never use this Red Roof Inn in my life, we had no real shower for 3 nights, notified front desk about, no one come to fix it.

The hallway smelled like dog. The lamp in the room we stayed in was all rusted. The ac barely worked.! The toilet paper on the toilet paper was almost all gone when we first got there.

Horrible stay. Check in to hotel. When we got into the room they gave me, the room AC was on 64. We tried to cut on the heater so it can warm up. As we were waiting on the room to warm up, we began checking for cleanliness and settling in for the night. As we began checking for cleanliness, the bathroom had someone else hair everywhere in the bathroom. The tub was disgusting as it has not been clean. We left to go get dinner. Come back the room is still freezing cold, the heater does not work. The moved us into a new room. Once again we began checking for cleanliness, Same as the other room, bath tub it’s full of dirt, has not been clean, Hair everywhere, toilet dirty. This has been the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at ever in special when the price was $169 for one night. Extremely upset and this is not worth the price.

I did not stay at this place.. Very disgustong!! Dirty,bed bugs,and rooms had dirty towels,and used soap left in rooms,used sheets with alot of stains and smelled like cat urine!!! I would never ever recommemd this place to anyone!! I want my refund!!!!!

The staff was nice when checking in and checking out. The room overall wasn't bad. The king bed was huge and comfy. We found a roach roaming the bathroom and the mount for the detachable showerhead was busted so it just kind of hung there when we took showers. Overall it wasn't a terrible stay.

My room had roaches on the wall and on the floor. The condition of the overall room was unsatisfactory and unclean. I have other complaints but I would not share it unless Red Roof would like to contact me. I would had requested for a room change however it was 1:00am in the morning when i arrived to the property.

Room was disgusting.. there are years of dirt and filth built up on every surface. Lots of marks on the. The hallway carpet smelled horrible and needed to be replaced years ago.

The first night of our stay, the beds were already dirty they were make up and ink stains in the sheets. The following day was my birthday, so we left for 10 hours. Before leaving I called to make sure that our sheets would be changed. Lo and behold when we got back the DIRTY sheets were still there. I called again and the front desk said they had no room service available and I would have to remove the sheets go downstairs get new sheets come back upstairs and change them ourselves. On top of it all the TV was not a smart TV so we had no Netflix no Hulu no YouTube just random ad filled television. You get what you pay for but I will never go back.

The front desk clerk could have been friendlier. Had the same one at check out that I had for check in and still the same non-smiling welcoming personality. Room was disgusting. I will never recommend or return to this hotel.

TV Service Not Working in Rooms
TV didn't work in room. Apparently some of the TVs have Roku and some aren't compatible with it. The TV programming service at the hotel is through Roku so rooms with TVs that don't work with Roku have no programming. They don't know at the front desk which rooms have working TVs through Roku and which do not. So, if TV is important to you, pick a different hotel.

No towels included. Had to pick the rug up off of the floor and use that to dry off after shower. No one answered phone at front desk. After several tries, left for the days work and asked desk clerk to request towel service for room. Next day, still no towels.

The room was filthy from the sink, mirror and bathtub to the floors. Cold water handle was broken as was the door handle to the bathroom. Wall damage in various spots that were horribly patched. I was so disappointed that I checked after the first night and checked into another hotel for the next four nights.

If you just sleep, it’s ok!
This hotel accepts pet. Which is good for pet owner. However the owner of a dog they leave dogs in the room , the dog barks anytime whoever walk through their room and smell not comfortable on hallway. Shower is too weak.

Don’t waste your money!
I chose this hotel based on the last Red Roof Plus we stayed in and I will never do that again! Luckily, we had been traveling for over 15 hours so we were exhausted when we arrived in the middle of the night. The room had a broken AC unit that sounded like an airplane each time it came on, which I finally had to cut off because it was keeping me up. The room needed a lot of repairs including the toilet lid had a huge crack, the walls had holes and paint chipping everywhere and the bathtub was peeling as well as had hair still in it. After only a couple of hours sleep, we left to continue on our Disney vacation. Unfortunately, the lack of sleep was not a good way to start!

Thank goodness it wasn't cold outside!
Heater/AC did not work. Lukewarm water for a shower. no garbage can. Door on bathroom would not close. Hole in wall. Toilet paper holder was ready to fall off the wall. Neighbors dogs were barking at midnight. Overall would not recommend.

The rooms were not updated, there were pieces of the wall peeling off, the AC unit had a piece of the boarder hanging & the curtain rod was half way on the wall. Thankfully we were not there long but I would not return.

3rd world country room
This was the absolutely WORST hotel I have ever been in. I should have left, but couldn't afford to loose the$100 for the night. My condition of my room (see photos) was as if I was in a 3rd world country and the pot smell was everywhere. I barely slept and there was music and loud voices nearly all night.

The building is in dire need of MAJOR renovation! Main entry/exit/Emergency exit door on 3rd floor broken and would not open. Ripped up carpet in hallway. The doors have been painted over so many timed they're flaking. The room has gotten the landlords makeover, fresh paint over holes in the wall. The TV remote didnt work . The water pressure was non-existant! Electric outlets loose and can move away from the wall...
Totally not worth the price.

There was no remote to the tv. After calling the front desk, the staff was attentive and they did send someone immediately to try and fix but problem was never resolved after multiple tv's and remotes were tried. Therefore, we had no working tv. The bathroom floor was disgusting and there was a crushed wall beside the bed.

Don’t Stay at Ref Roof inn
Stay three nights never again the best thing about the hotel was the people who work there. No water pressure in the entire hotel, algae and green all around the pool trim. Dirty floors through the walk-through area. Only one roll of toilet paper given for three days.

This hotel room was falling apart. The rust was everywhere from the counters to the door frames. The bathroom door wouldn’t even close and was all chipped and rusted. There was a massive water leak which we suspect was coming from a huge “patch” on the wall which wasn’t patched, there was clearly a huge hole and indention. The pillow cases had nasty stains. Water pressure was minimal. Overall this hotel has no customer service as they did not want to provide me my money back for the night I had to stay since I had no where else to go. I canceled the first night as it was disgusting and unsafe. It felt humid and moldy in the room. The photos they advertise is not what you should expect!

I have never left a review, but for this place I have to. DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is a filthy nightmare. Going up to the room the stairwell has a strong odor of urine. The room itself has crumbling walls, rusted light fixtures, holes in the 1 chair in the room, stained sheets, wrinkled as they had been previously slept in. The bathroom looks like something out of a horror movie. The shower head had been ripped off the wall and was wrapped around the cutting rod, show light was burnt out, zero water pressure.
I asked to change rooms due to the state of our room, they gave me another room and it was worse than the room I have just described. Police rolling through the parking lot all night long. For charging over $100 a night this place is a joke and I would have slept in my car and felt better.
TO THE MANAGERS, try to stay in one of your own rooms for the night and see if you would ever bring your family to stay there. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
PUT A TON OF MONEY I TO THIS LOCATION OR DO EVERYONE A FAVOR AND CLOSE DOWN FOREVER!!!!

Roaches were rampant (not palmetto bugs,actual roaches) the tub and shower were not cleaned. During our stay, a bullet was shot thru the glass window near the lobby entrance and a woman spent the night with all her belongings on the walkway near the front of the hotel.

Horrible experience, never again
Horrible experience. Arrived at the hotel and the room smelled of mildew and looked as if someone was living there previously. The bathroom mirror, tub, and sink were dirty, stained and filled with stickers. We tried asking for a refund and were told we could be moved to another room but couldn’t receive a refund. We ended up checking back out of the hotel a few hours later and left. A complete waste of time and money.

I like that the property was very convenient to the tourist areas. However, the room was filthy and unclean. The floors needed to be swept and mop. The bathroom looks like someone previously came in and comb hair due to strands everywhere.

Crap hotel
The pictures on hotels.com ARE NOT what the hotel looks like. It is old, run down and smelly. Cops always present. The paint on the ceiling was peeling off. There was a hole in the wall. Looks like they tried to “update” by covering everything with paint. The only good thing is the location. I would not recommend this place.

Checked in for a 2 night stay, paid deposit, dropped off luggage and went straight to the parks for Halloween horror nights. Came back at 1am exhausted and fell into bed. The following morning woke up to cockroaches crawling all over our luggage. Turned on shower, no water came out, blood and vomit on the bathroom walls. The 1st and 2nd floor had outdoor access to rooms, 3rd floor had to go through locked fire doors to go inside to access room. 3 of the 4 doors to 3rd floor broken. The only working fire door led to a small outdoor deck to an ELEVATOR, That could not be accessed in case of fire. On the way to the desk from our 3rd floor room, passed the vending machines, also crawling with cockroaches. We captured one that crawled out of our in room coffee pot to take to the front desk. We were immediacy dismissed, the front desk clerk shrugged and threw it in the garbage. Was told to call corporate customer service, who offered us a refund only for the 1 night stayed, and a free membership to a “motel” we wouldn’t stay in again even if we had no where to go. No manager on premises until the day after we should have checked out, 18 yr old desk clerk was in charge of whether we could be refunded. There were bullet holes through the window of the front lobby, the swimming pool
Water was green. The lack of concern from staff was alarming, and refund was never received, as well as deposit never refunded. We checked out and found better

Moldy, damp everywhere including feel wet damp matress, floor, bathroom, rotten bath tub, rust and damaged from wet, air moisture and red inn need roof, in room humidifier and remodeling everything.
Dogs need to be on leash all the times, every room need to have own microwave rather than share microwave in lobby room.

Theres a bullet hole in one of the windows in front of the elevator. Theres a lot of tiny roaches in the room. Water faucet wasn't working properly. Hallways reek of cigarettes and weed. Gotta do better guus.

Not as nice as in the photos
The first room I checked into was horrendous, there were stains on the bed, rust stains on the lampshades, the remote had tape on it and there were stains on the furniture and that was just at first glimpse, I didn't even enter the room. I went back to the front desk to get another room (the front desk staff was nice) and was provided a new room. I went to the next room and the remote was missing, the toilet was broken... I found that out when I stepped into the bathroom and there were human feces in the toilet and I couldn't flush it. I went back down to the front desk to tell the agent why I needed another room, they apologized and walked me to 3 different rooms so that I could pick one. I finally saw a room that was ok..if you can say ok. The room was the less of all evils...room had no toiletries, no towels and saw some roaches that I had to kill. After driving for a couple of hours and it being so late, I took it the way it was and tried to make the best of it. I stayed a total of 5 nights... On my nights I had to call the front desk on a couple of occasions; one due to another guest playing loud music at 3 AM for over an hour. The front desk had security stop (after having to call 2x) but that was a nightly event that occurred. The hotel was not a place I would ever recommend and will never stay again. I wouldn't even give it a rating as I can't give them a 0 rating.

I was put in a room that hadnt been cleaned. The towels were dirty the tv had been unplugged and there was no remote. The phone didnt work. I called thr number listed but got a recording saying they were closed. I went back to front desk but the night clerk was gone. The security guard said hed tell the front desk. I waited in the room. He never showed. I fell asleep inva dirty bed because I was exhausted . Next morning told frontbdek. They gave me a numberbandba website

Worst hotel I've been to on I-drive
Hotel said it had a gym, it didn't. Key cards would always lose charge to open up my door, AND the water wouldn't work in my room, even after I was told by staff they would fix it. Wouldn't recommend this place

Disgusting and Falsely Advertised
We checked in and within minutes of stepping into our room went back to the desk to checkout. We should have a refund processing and are awaiting to hear from someone regarding that. Room was filthy and damaged beyond anything I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Door would not even close all the way due to damages. Photos advertised on Hotels.com should be updated to say the least , truthfully this place needs to be shut down.
