I stay with you a lot because I have had lots of good experiences at this hotel. This time had a few bumps. The remodel was unexpected and the mattress in room 150 needs to be replaced.
On the positive - As usual - The service from your staff was excellent. The jacuzzi hot and terrific. Food was great. I actually like the location of room 150 for its easy access to the jacuzzi. So hopefully you’ll put a firmer not overworn mattress in when I return another time. I won’t review on hotels.com for this. I really do enjoy your hotel. Just hope your remodel goes well and you get new mattresses in all the rooms.

Property is undergoing renovation. We did not know this when we made our reservation. Heating system loud. Bathroom light strobed. We won't return until renovations are complete.

It was very pleasant store. Only bad thing was the rain because I can down for my birthday weekend. And got rained out. We made the best of it. And the room was good.. I appreciate the stay.

We liked it be close to the Grand Blvd shops and restaurants. We didn’t like the fact that they only clean rooms every other day and wasn’t told this when we booked. Locked us out of our room when we were told we could stay additional night without moving rooms. No free coffee set up in foyer like most hotels

The property was clean, and spacious, with remarkable soundproofing of the rooms. I gave the facility a 3 for two reasons: no safe in the room. A safe for cameras and other items would be advantageous. Secondly, the only free coffee in the morning were the packs in the room. These were not replenished, whether one stayed one night or seven.

Stay was absolutely amazing. Very clean and good channels to watch on tv. We traveled in from NOLA and was still able to watch the Saints game. Only issue wish the hot tub was bigger and stayed on longer.

I have been traveling for business nationally and internationally for 50 years and have never had or seen a bug in my room. One day when I returned to the room there was a 1" cockroach greeting me.
When I checked in the desk lady said how many night's and I said Tues., Wed.,and Thurs. Thurs. I received 4 call's from your property, being in meetings I was able to return one, with no answer and left a message. When I returned to the hotel I found out that they had checked me out and my room was, of course, still occupied with my stuff. Expedia may have screwed up the stays but I definitely told your desk lady the three day's.
When I checked out this morning I was given a receipt for Thurs. but nothing was available for Tues. or Wed. I made the reservation through Expedia but have always received a receipt from a hotel. The whole stay was just a mess.
On top of everything you have no coffee in the lobby.

Staff at Wyndham Courtyard are very dishonest!
About one hour before check in time. I received a call from someone named Robbie who told me I was being relocated to another hotel (Laquinta) “down the street” because someone let a tub overflow causing flooding. I went along with this suspicious story and took the room at another hotel. Upon checking in, I quizzed the clerk as to why we were moved. And she told me they just overbooked.
First of all I despise being lied to. Just be up front and honest. No worse quality than a liar, except that if a thief.
Second, we had two rooms but the lie about the rooms in the hotel only included one of our rooms. If this story were true would t if have been both?
Third, the cost of the hotel remained the same, however when I checked online the hotel that we were moved to, was about $40 less per night, and no adjustment given to the price. Causing me to spend more for a lesser hotel.
I was extremely disappointed in this situation. I travel quite often and will not be staying in ANY of these hotels in the future!

Upon my arrival my room was not ready for occupancy the young lady at the front desk did not disappoint she upgraded our room and gave exceptional customer service. I am definitely going back.

First of all when I came in my room it smelled like a boys highschool lockeroom . The spa didn’t work the whole time I was there and the bar/ dinner place wasn’t open enough . 7$ for a bottle of water is crazy . U have to wait a long time for the elevator bc it’s only one

This Courtyard was a great place for 4 weary travelers. It has a small, but nice hot tub in the pool area. It is in a great location and close to everything. The front desk personnel were very pleasant to work with, even though I am hard of hearing. I would recommend for anyone except vacationers who want to be closer to the beach.

Not impressed. We stayed 2 years ago and felt like it was nicer then. Rooms smell of wet musty towels. Only clean your room every other day. Elevator sounded broken. Fine other than that.

This was a well kept hotel. It was convenient and not over crowded like many of the properties in the area. We never had to search for parking. Never heard a peep from any other guests. Never had more than 1 other family at the pool when we were. Would definitely recommend the suite for a family with kids.

Property is superb. The only complaint is there could be a update with hotel. It's definitely needed but well worth a three night stay. Shower pressure is amazing, beds are comfy and the front desk is top notch including housekeepers

Staff was nice yet uncoorperative when I communicated my issue with their scent causing me to have a migraine - front desk staff told me they had just changed their scent (literally pumped through a diffuser machine) the previous day to something called Black Orchid. Due to this heavy scent, I had a full migraine requiring medication, lay in the bed all day and forced me to spend another unwanted night at the hotel incurring cost and time. I asked to see the ingredients of this fragrance to share with my doctor or a product label and they would not show me. The Starbucks coffee cafe doesn't open until 5pm (no morning Starbucks FYI) so this really isn't as advertised. The location is good, right off a main road. The gym is tiny but clean. The entire property is full of artificial chemical scent strongest in the lobby and hallways. I'd upgrade to a property that uses natural or "clean" products. Otherwise clean and quiet. Housekeeping very good.

When I read the reviews I expected to be closer to the beach if not on the beach. Getting help from the staff at the desk was pretty hard. I had extended my stay by one day, and though I told the desk, my key card still expired. I was not able to get help from the desk to join rewards club nor get help with my next reservation.

Staff and rooms great. Elevator not working - made for a long walk to the room. Ice machine room - no ice or vending - which was fine with us as our room was right outside. Happy hour selection - wine offered - not good; food -not bad.

My stay was ok…
The hotel itself was clean. Our room was clean, however there was only one elevator operating the entire time I was there, (5 days, 5 nights). The other elevator was out of order and the ice machines on my side of the hotel was out of order. The first night, a fire alarm went off shortly after midnight, twice, about 10 minutes apart with no clear instruction on whether or not we had to evacuate. The following morning we asked as to what happened and were promptly dismissed with them tell me to not worry about it, it was nothing. There was no bed turnover service for the 5 nights there, apparently they do it every 6 days and should you need towels, make sure you ask or you won’t get them. They did stop by my room to collect trash every other day which was fine. The proximity to everything is great but you need a car to get around for sure. I would stay here again however make sure both elevators are working or you’ll be waiting an eternity on your floor.
