I like that it was super convenient. What I did t like was the Older Breakfast cook standing over us watching our every move like she was standing guard over the food. It was very uncomfortable and very unwelcoming. Now what I loved is that I was locked downstairs cause I forgot to take my room key in couldn’t just get back on the elevator. Front desk Young African American woman name starts with a “D” was super helpful and very nice as I was locked downstairs in my pajamas lol. I felt safe knowing she did her job and asked all the appropriate questions before allowing me up. Also the breakfast food was really good just the old lady watching your every move. All an all it was really great, I would stay again and I would recommend anyone to stay at this location when traveling.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here. They gave us a late check out cause we were staying here in clewiston for three months and our place wouldn’t be ready till after 2:00. Would very much recommend the tiki bar/restaurant.

Worth the money!
Very comfortable beds and pillows. Rooms were quite soundproof so it was nice to get good rest. Breakfast was delicious and filling! Though I checked out on time, I was able to stay and use the business center and Wi-Fi to finish up some work on my laptop.

Everything was perfect! I loved the window shades which allowed me to choose how dark I wanted the room to be! I love the room very dark while sleeping.
The bed was very comfortable! I could have stayed there all day.

Property is ok well kept. My problem was had to go to the front desk to get towels, garbage bags, etc. Did not clean the room until the second to last day. We stayed 5 days. Staff was very nice. Just kind of annoying to have to do the house keeping when we came back to the room.

Pool closes too early. Will not return.
Property was fine. Room was clean. But pool that closes at dusk is really weird. I love (need!) a soak at the end of a long day driving and I was informed of this odd policy without an apology or even a shred of understanding. Maybe disclose that ahead of time?

There was no stay they were overbooked thanks the hotel.com. They said they try to call me back which they never did I spent an hour and 45 minutes on the phone with hotels.com because it was over but I drove an hour and a half on my motorcycle to have a place to stay in the shower because I lost power due to the hurricane and I have no place to say thanks to hotels.com and you still charge me for the room

The room was modern and clean, staff was friendly and helpful, lots of options on the complimentary breakfast. But I found the shower floor to be slick, and nearly slipped when getting out of the shower. My husband would have liked a firmer pillow. I also felt the toilet paper should have been of better quality. All in all, I would stay here again....

This was a very clean and nice place. The allowed us to check in early to get ready. We were there visiting for my husbands Aunt & Uncles 32 wedding/annv. I wish we could have stayed one more night, but we had to go back to work.

Note bad stay, really pricey for the area. They have a lot of construction workers so they can charge what they want kind of sad. Nothing in this town besides Walmart and the lake room shouldn’t be 175 a night

Great room, awesome amenities, keurig, microwave, fridge... nice staff but we woke up with mini ants in our bed and all over the nightstand. We were given points for our next stay at a holiday inn hotel but no credit was available due to the booking being done on Expedia. They blamed the bugs on the rain and said they often exterminate.
Without the bugs this would be a 5 star review as the room was actually lovely.
