Overall stay
Needs some remodeling updating. Lots of corners cut with repairs. Staff was helpful. Everything was clean. Room cleaning every day was great. My toilet wouldn't flush correctly. Need better exhaust bathroom fans or mine didn't work.

We booked a two night stay and ended up needing to extend our trip night by night a couple times. Everyone that helped us at the front desk was extremely friendly, so thanks again!
Beds were comfy, bathrooms were nice, and it's exactly what you need out of a hotel like this. Being able to walk to Publix was a huge perk, too.

Wish rooms had darken curtains. Light from parking lot and surrounding store had lots of lights outside. Good from a safety standpoint. But sleeping not!

The hotel was close to an event we were going to and had several dining notions around that were walkable. Hotel was clean and I even saw someone cleaning the inside and outside of the elevator. Beds were comfy as well. Would stay again.

El desayuno es muy bueno, tienen bastante variedad y el personal que lo atiende brinda excelente atencion a los huespedes.
Encantada de haber elegido este hotel, tiene buena ubicacion y cerca de establecimientos y de las playas y por supuesto volveria a ir.

Staff were nice and friendly. Room had a must odor, and the bathroom shower head was visibly rusty. Night stand lights didn’t work and the internet speed was so slow that I finally disconnected it.

This hotel is no good at all i went with my kids and wife and the ac wasnt working they changed me rooms at 1am and my friends had the same problem as well. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Rooms were small and not a lot of places to hang or put items in bathroom. Room meant for 1-2 people, not 3.
No water dispenser in lobby. No easy to access trash cans in lobby.

I’ve stayed at this location a number of times and have found it to be clean and updated.

Interrupted stay
When arriving I had two reservations for some reason, the attendant said she would cancel one but when I went to check out it was still there.
On the first night of the stay, someone with a keycard entered the room and stated hey there is someone already in here. They left after we said hello. The next morning returning from breakfast our keycards no longer work.
On day two when returning to the room the keycard was also not working.
The property was also overpriced in my opinion for what we got for a room

The hotel was clean and we had a quick check in. We had to switch rooms because someone left their barking service dog in the room. The hotel was quick to get us a new room but were unable to provide a receipt at check out for me because it was booked by third party. Many days later I'm assuming I was billed correctly. Everything else was good and I would recommend.

This was probably the most noisy hotel i have ever stayed at. Children running up and down the hallway screaming in upwards of 11p. I was checking out the next day at 530a so you can imagine how disturbed i was not being able to sleep. Very disappointed. Dr Charles Williams

excellent experience, starting with the person at the front desk who attended me, he was super friendly, the process was super fast, the room was super clean, the bathroom too, there is breakfast every day included and it was varied and very delicious. I have no complaints all very well.

This was by far one of the best hotels I've stayed at in awhile. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were very soft. The cleanliness of the property and rooms were excellent. The staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was updated but looked still worn, scratches on the walls, rust in the sink and the bathroom smelled. The beds were very comfortable but that was the only positive aspect. One of the front desk ladies did not wear a mask, we are still in a pandemic!

Phenomenal 5 Star Historic Stay
We traveled to help my mom make arrangements for my dad’s death. It was so nice to arrive to clean and comfy room where my family could rest for night. The amazing and exceptional customer at the front desk and breakfast is top notch. Phenomenal 5 star historic hotel.

The front desk service was great. The lobby reception area was not impressive. The room was clean, had adequate lights, and power outlets. One bed was very noisy and in need of repair. The shower water pressure was weak and there was no hot water.

Could not stay at hotel due to family emergency the day of booking so we paid 222.00 for nothing no options to change dates that late. Very disappointed in these times there should be more understanding. We saved for this get away and lost a lot if hard earned money due to this emergency

Great hotel stay!
This was a nice hotel with a heated pool. The front desk staff were very nice. The breakfast was pre-made breakfast sandwiches, muffins, fruits, yogurt, and biscuits and gravy on the weekend. Great location near lots of stores and restaurants! The king suite was very spacious and beds very comfy. We will stay here again!

We loved this hotel. It was clean, modern yet homey, and had a beautiful tropical courtyard with pool. We wish the hot tub had been open, but COVID. The breakfast was excellent especially on Sunday. The staff was warm, welcoming, and very helpful. The location was ideal including the fact that down the block was a beautiful, safe, residential neighborhood so my husband and I could get great couple mile walks in evening or morning. We highly recommend this hotel.
