We were on the 36th floor in a 2 bedroom condo with the most wonderful view of Waikiki Beach. When we arrived the staff was welcoming, personally showed us our room, and provided us with a gift and lei greeting. Very Nice - I wish we had more time there (our flights were delayed so we lost a day and a half). Thank you for a wonderful stay

Amazing Service
The customer service is what makes this hotel special. as soon as we arrived and until we left we couldn’t fault the staff at all. The only thing to let this hotel down would be that the rooms are tired/old, windows are noisey and beds extremely hard.

Had a wonderful stay at Aston Waikiki Beach Tower. We had the 2 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront view room and the views were incredible. In the front you have the ocean and the side and back were mountains. You could also see the Diamond Head Crater. The kitchen was fully equipped - stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Full size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. And daily housekeeping. Perfect!

We booked our Hawaii trip through Expedia, which included hotel and flights. We poured over the reviews for the Aston, and finally just pulled the trigger in booking it for the week after Christmas. We opted out of a car rental because we did a little bit of research and we realized that we were 20 mins away from the airport so we opted to Uber instead. We are a family of six with two parents and four children ranging from ages 7 to 22, two of which are adults. We booked a two bedroom suite with a full kitchen living room pull out bed in the living room… And full ocean view. Upon arrival we were greeted by the front desk clerks who checked us in early and offered us cold drinks, cold towels, as well as Hawaiian necklaces and a souvenir bag filled with reusable water bottles, water toys for the kids and sunscreen kit. Our rooms were big, and our balcony stretched out across the living room and dining area and access to the patio and clear unobstructed view of the ocean! Our stay was amazing and we can’t wait to go back. The only cons that we can say we found were that the children were unable to use the pool area because it was closed at the time, and there were some issues with the elevators while we were there during our stay, but nothing so major that it ruined our trip. Housekeeping checked in with us every day. Restaurants, stores and beach are all within walking distance!

Very friendly staff and great valet parking. The room was very spacious and comfortable. I gave 3 stars due to the very dated decor and lack of outdoor entertainment space and overall lack of frills. We arrived to be told the pool and outdoor bbq area were closed. I wish they had told us ahead of time as we would have stayed somewhere else. Overall a good stay with kids but not enough frills for the price we paid. Expected a bit more for our money.

The pool is not functional for the next few months, but the rooms were laid out beautifully, with a family it is hard to beat a full sized frog and washer dryer. the view was amazing and it was very central to the Kuhio beach area. We did resort passes to two pools. The Waikiki beach Marriott resort and spa (book through ResortPass.com) was great except the 3yo thought the pool was cold. We also did the Hyatt Centric a few blocks away. They didn’t include parking but were much cheaper because it was a large hot tub that was bath temperature 3’9” deep and two wading areas both below your knees (perfect for the 3 yo but boring floor the 8 yo or above).
The hotel had a free Redbox like setup and the Ukelele lesson was fun.
I would return here. Everything worked seamlessly.

Our stay was perfect. Condo was beautiful, comfortable, quiet, clean and modern. Location couldn’t be better, full ocean view, right across the street from Waikiki Beach. Very walkable with local transportation, great shopping, many restaurants and grocery stores close by. Staff was superb. Very welcoming, friendly and always available. They went out of their way to help us celebrate a very special occasion. We highly recommend staying here.

I can't say enough about how this property made our vacation even better. We had everything we wanted to do right outside of the hotel. The beach was across, all of our shopping was close including multiple ABC stores. The family and especially the kids loved it.

Although, I have stayed at many hotels in Waikiki over the years, this was my first time staying at the Waikiki Aston. The staff were fantastic, very helpful and courteous. We got to the hotel earlier than expected, and we were able to leave our baggage in the courtesy lounge and use the pool facilities while we waited. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beach was right across the street. We could everywhere from were we were. We had a wonderful time and made even better by the staff and the hotel itself. We defiantly will stay there again. Loved it.

Staff were friendly, accommodating and inviting. We stayed on the 15th floor (2 bedroom condo) and had an awesome view. When you step out of the hotel there is a McDonalds and Eggs and Things food option. The beach is right across the street. I was able to have a rental car with valet service. The hotel does charge $45 daily fee-what it includes I didn't know. Other hotels charge that for the car park alone. I would stay here again. Website is accurate.

Beautiful property right in the heart of Waikiki. Front desk staff, valet personnel and cleaning staff were all cordial and welcoming. Our oceanfront view 2 bedroom condo was perfect! Great ocean view, fully stocked kitchen, modern and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return very soon.

This property's standout feature is its exceptional location. Just opposite the entrance, Waikiki Beach is a mere 5-minute walk away. Within 10 minutes to the left, you'll find the Zoo, while to the right, you can explore shopping, restaurants, and food malls. Surrounding the area are numerous ABC stores, staying open till 11 pm for added convenience.
As a family of five, we opted for the 2 Bedroom Oceanfront suite, which impressed us with its spaciousness and stunning 27th-floor views. The property offers a unique experience geared towards beach lovers, departing from the typical hotel style.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and incredibly accommodating, especially when we requested extra items like beach towels. The room was clean, modern, and fully equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay.
The pool on the 4th floor is relatively small, but with the beach so close, we found ourselves rarely using it. While staying in Waikiki, a car is unnecessary, but the location makes it convenient if you plan to hire one for easy highway access. A short 30-minute drive led us to the picturesque paradise of Lanikai Beach.
In summary, if you desire a stay with ample options for both daytime and nighttime activities, I highly recommend this hotel. It's an excellent choice for beach enthusiasts and offers a variety of conveniences for a memorable experience.

We had a two bedroom suite and when we arrived was upgraded to the ocean front view from just ocean view. The suite was spacious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The in room washer and dryer was great. We would definitely stay again.

The front desk staff were so friendly, and accomodating. The valet parking attendant was amazing. We had a mess of bags after a day of the beach and shopping and he was very helpful. The place was very nice amd well equipped.. We had an incredible view and the llocation was perfect for being able to walk to my favorite restaurant, Marugame Udon, swim at the beach, and enjoy the nightlife.

The property was well maintained and in great condition. The place was fully equipped, and all the little extras were exceptional and made our stay so very comfortable. The elevators were nice, and the hallways were quiet. The place felt very safe. The staff were all very nice and quick to respond to our needs. They were very attentive and helpful. My only suggestion for improvement would be in regard to the outside noise level in the guest bedroom. With the beach bandstand just steps away, the noise went on until all hours of the morning making it hard to sleep. Having more insulation around the guest bedroom window would have been a huge improvement.

Great place to stay with young kids! When the kids go to bed at 7pm, there is an amazing patio to sit and watch an unobstructed view of the water and surfers (we booked the premium oceanfront room). Everyone working there was just so nice and friendly! Great location across from the kid friendly side of the Waikiki beach!

We received an excellent service and it was a wonderful accommodation. Valet parking was so helpful. We took advantage of the pool, jacuzzi and pool table. The beach was so close and dining options were easy to get to. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a lower floor since wind get make some noise on higher level. We enjoyed staying at this location very much.

The Aston Waikiki Beach Tower is a beachfront property and every suite features an awesome ocean view, oh yeah!
The suite comes with a well equipped kitchen, great for our family of 4. There are plenty of restaurants steps away too, for those who would rather not lounge around in their pjs, relaxing..for their meals 😉
Plenty of shops within walking distance and a free beachfront
Hula show most nights.
The staff is attentive, and very pleasant. We will definitely stay here again 😃

The best part of this hotel is their valet parking and valet staff! They were top notch excluding some but most of the young valets are very courteous and respectful. Ellissa, the front desk was nice. If you go toOahu make sure you book this hotel. It is right across the beach, McDonald’s is right in front of it. The ABC store is a few steps away. Get the 2 bedroom suite ocean front. Might as well splurge and get the best view!! Definitely coming back.

Our Hawaii trip was outstanding! Aston Waikiki Beach Tower had a fantastic view, comfortable, clean, and customer service was excellent. We had free valet parking in the hotel garage. This hotel was prime location, walking distance to everything in Waikiki. We will be coming back.

This hotel is amazing in every sense. We were on the 36th floor and the view was unbeatable. The location is right across from the beach. The staff were very friendly, including the cleaners and valet. The property is clean and well maintained and the staff are attentive to any requests you may have. Excellent stay... Beautiful views from our 29th floor room. If you're traveling to Hawaii and really think you have to stay in Honolulu (you don't, the first thing you should always do is immediately leave the airport and go somewhere, anywhere, besides Honolulu!) then this is the place.
Wonderful sense of arrival, friendly staff, great amenities.... This is a place you could live in for a while. Having Toto toilets with washlets makes this a 5 star property for me, all hotels and homes should have Toto toilets. Was disappointed to see that they still use tiny shampoo soap and conditioner bottles... Those should be illegal, and I always prefer full size bottles or wall mount dispensers... Please change to those.
Just an incredible property, with really nice staff and amazing views.... Loved it!

The property is clean and cross walk to the beach. The only thing that I don’t like is room maids. They’re 2 people, 1 clean bed and bathroom, 1 clean kitchen, but in the week that I stay they either to forget to put paper towels, coffee or soap. The soap is not enough for families to use even you need to take a bat one a day. Of course you going to the beach you need extra for it.

Perfect location. Beautiful view. Great service except for 1 grumpy valet attendant. Small pool. Nice fitness facility. Worn carpet and furniture in the unit, but no biggie. No exhaust fan in the bathroom bugged me, but quickly forgot about it. Full size kitchen was awesome. The pillows were my biggest gripe. Nice stay for the family.
