Great Place to stay!!!
We had am amazing stay at the Yuma Hampton Inn. We were greeted warmly and the person at the front desk ensured that our Hilton Honors number was added to our reservation. The location was convenient to I-8 and to a number of local restaurants. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was great! We'll definitely be stopping here again the next time we are in Yuma

The hotel did not provide us with hand soap. They stated that they were out and were waiting for a shipment. They only provided bath towels for 2 with no hand towels or wash cloths. I reserved for 3. The pull out couch had a very dirty and stained mattress. It was disgusting. We had to let the front desk know a night before if we needed room cleaning and towels. Will not stay here ever again!

Only thing I didn’t like is they don’t clean your room unless you request. I requested and still didn’t get our room clean and we had to go to front desk to get clean towels.

The location of the property was great due to us traveling for several days. The room was nice but not $265 nice. The pet fee was $75! The mattress was not comfortable and seemed broken down around the edges. There was a hole in the side of the couch and the couch pillows were very used and mushy. The refrigerator was tiny and did not have a freezer. I would have thought we would get a kitchen for the price! It was okay but not equal to the price.

Great hotel with good breakfast. However this “pet friendly” hotel comes with a $75 pet fee and a ridiculous list of pet rules. An annoying gouge to an otherwise good hotel.

Yeah, for $300.00 the room was large. Very uncomfortable and cheap living room furniture, TV was blocked by dining table and “kitchen” was super tiny. Noisy air con, traffic noise, no sound proofing and for $300.00, I won’t go there again. It’s definitely an aging hotel!

We’ve stayed a few times in Yuma but this was our favorite. Every staff member was friendly and super helpful. The lobby was clean and comfortable. The rooms were excellent and good size. This is our go-to from now on out there. I highly recommend it!

It's gorgeous. And it's in the middle of everything, yet just enough off the main strip that it remained quiet and peaceful. We didn't even notice a breakfast place literally next door because of the placement of trees, etc... until our last day!

One bedroom King Suite
We stayed in a king suite room which was in great shape and clean. They ran out of shower towels the last night and would not have clean ones until the next day after our check out. That was the only hitch in the stay

The staff at this Hampton Hotel was amazing! Marcel and his reception staff made us feel more like family than just visitors. Veronica and the kitchen staff were always friendly, helpful and always had smiles for us. We love this hotel and will always patronize it when visiting in Yuma, AZ.

Rooms need updating. Carpets in room worn and dirty. Do they wash the top comforters? Not sure. One of the beds made a loud wood cracking noise every time you moved. Air conditioner was really loud.

2 night stay for a family weekend. Booked queen and king suites. Suites were roomy. Front desk staff were not friendly and barely acknowledged us. Waited 1-1/2 hours after check in time for our rooms to be ready. Jacuzzi was lukewarm, not useable. No towels at the pool. One of our queen beds had no fitted sheet. Had to make our own bed once we received the sheets. Noisy location.

I stay there with my group every year on September 1st for dove hunting. We're coming from Vegas, and it is literally on the road, the first hotel we come to. It's across the street from restaurants, shopping and even a movie theater and gas stations. The staff is always wonderful. My daughter-in-law worked for Hampton Inn for 13 years, and shared with me their strict adherence to high standards and customer service. They haven't failed me yet in Yuma.

The Manager let us check in early and was very helpful with us. Our room was nice and clean. After a few minutes of checking in the room the Manager still called to see if everythjng was good in our room. The staff housekeeper lady was really helpfull with things we needed in our room and also kept replenishing our daily snacks. We were very pleased with this hotel and will stay here again.

Everything was clean and attractive.
Beds were comfy. We had to ask for the wifi password. I wish the pool had been open later. We got in just before 10, so the kids didnt get to swim. The breakfast offerings were good, though i only had time to grab coffee and a banana. I enjoyed the coffee station in the lobby. A fold up room divider would be nice in a room with several lodgers. That way, one could change clothes without having to use the bathroom.
