Property is old and in need of repair
Heater in my room did not work and we had to use a space heater for the night
Was not told about the heater upfront by night staff.
Morning staff said room was not to be rented unless motel was full.
Night staff could not give me a consideration because I had booked it though Expedia.
Would not stay there again.

260 was closed down so I had to stay. Prices went up within 1/2 hour. TV was not functioning but they came right up and fixed the problem. Heater was a little loud but it became good white noise. I got a good nights rest in a stressful travel situation!

The room we stayed in had a king bed, and it was spacious. The location was secluded although it was right next to the main highway. It was a quiet place, easy access to major thoroughfares in the community.

I was in town for a funeral and this place really put me in an even more depressed mood. The room's tv didn't work and there was still someone's hair all over the floor, i think dog hair. The heater hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. When it was on, it made my nose itch because of all the dust. I'm super bummer i paid so much for a pretty nasty hotel room. I would not suggest this place to anuome unfortunately.

The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Nice and quiet. I greatly appreciate the hotel, allowing me to check in early. I will definitely be staying again in the future.

Our last stay was terrible. This current stay was better. The front office staff were much friendlier. There is no room cleaning while you're there. No fresh towels or linen. Needed to go to office to request toilet paper. Was informed we need to request maid services if we want. Spoke directly with maid staff, showed them room number, still no service.

Pretty surroundings
Room was pretty comfortable. However there wasn't any kleenex. Also there was no ice bucket. Breakfast was very minimal.

Centrally Located to All Our Trails
Tried to stay on budget, chose more economical lodging. Hotel staff were friendly & professional. Lobby and room were very clean. Comfortable bed. Would stay here again.

Great location, price and room except for internet
Check-in was a mixed bag. The manager seemed somewhat confused over whether he could find our reservation and I was getting nervous, but he eventually found it.
Then it was odd that he had to walk us to the room; I think he was double-checking to make the room had been cleaned.
The room was amazing ... huge! It was also very quiet, which I really appreciated since we were along a main highway.
We could not get internet access for the first two nights. The first night, I tried to log in without success so I called the front desk. I let the phone ring about 30 times and no one answered so I waited a bit and tried again but still no answer. The next day I told the co-owner/manager about the problem. Her answer basically was that, since her kids had access just fine in their room at the office, the internet was working. Well, it was not reaching our room. So, for the first three days, the only internet access we had was on our phones. On the third day, they must have fixed something as the internet access was strong.
The pool and spa were very nice and clean; both were the perfect temperature.
Overall, this is a nice place at a great price and I would recommend it. Just make sure your room has internet access before you settle in for the night.

We got a standard, non-smoking room with 2 queen beds for our family of 3. It was a good size room. The bed and pillows were not comfortable for me but the other 2 people didn't seem to mind. The AC was loud but I guess it helped drown out the snoring. The pool seemed nice but we didn't use it but there were other guests using it. We walked across the parking lot to eat at Culver's and it was good.
The breakfast was okay (waffles, cereal, yogurt, bread w/jams, juices, coffee, muffins, bananas, apples) but still nice to grab something for our travel.
The person at the front desk was very nice.
I would stay here again but bring my own pillow. :)

I have to say this was the largest hotel room I have stayed in for quite a while. Pay the couple extra bucks and get the king suite it was huge, at the very end of the hall and basically separated and quiet. Very nice staff.

Average stay.
Very dirty floors, my son asked why his feet were so black. The towel rack came off as I took the towel off. The sheets had stains, but since I was staying with kids I decided to not complain. Otherwise I would of said something. The fridge was lopsided, the cabinet was coming apart, hole in the door. It was a big room, but needed TLC. Check in was fast, guy wasn't very friendly. Breakfast was okay, like most super 8. Would of liked oatmeal/bagels/boiled eggs. Had raisin brain/toast/yogurt and waffles. Pool was nice.

The room was not cleaned properly. The floor was very dirty. I went to the front desk with a dirty towel to show the desk the amount of dirt I was able to remove. Even after that, the floor was still dirty.
I waited more than fifteen minutes for someone to come to the front desk. When someone arrived, she was the next shift receptionist, reporting for her shift. The receptionist she was relieving never showed up. A housekeeping employe came to my room and asked if the floor was dirty, not offering to clean it.
She asked me to write down my complaint on a sheet of paper as the owner or manager was not available. I included on the report for the owner or manager to call me to discuss this issue. I did NOT receive a call from anyone.
I'm very disappointed in the condition of your hotel and service and request a refund for my one-day reservation.

Room was updated and the towels were brand new and soft. The only issue was the hard floors needed a good cleaning as my feet got dirty after my shower. Otherwise everything else was super clean and the front desk clerk was very nice. Breakfast had waffles and cereals, which was nice.

My window in my room would fall out when trying to open it. They never changed our sheets or gave us clean towels. Manager/owner would not let us enjoy our time together as a team by the pool without watching over us. We were there for 3 nights with our travel baseball team as other teams were to but he didn’t bother them at all.

Refrigerator broken, breakfast horrible
Well if the refrigerator worked it would have been "alright", with a broken fridge and the owner/manager "pretending" he didn't know (complete lie) was disappointing...breakfast is one of the worst in the nation....but I slept fine...people were enjoying the pool...it is a Super 8, but they could get a new fridge in there...I read in a previous review the EXACT SAME PROBLEM...so obviously they are just being cheap and lying about not knowing the fridges don't work...

Great location, we were a bit apprehensive just based on reviews for other hotels in the area but we had a great stay. Very quite, we checked in at about 9pm on a Saturday and the front desk clerk couldn’t have been more positive/welcoming. Will keep in mind for future stays

Far from good.
First time on a Super 8 and hopefully the last one. First impression was good, room was clean and in good condition and no carpet (nice!). But once you start looking around you understand everything is really old and not well maintained.
Breakfast is terrible for the lack of better words, just toast, a big pot of margarine and jam (not individual ones), no butter or cream cheese. Bananas and apples and that's all.
Good luck.
Oh and I saw a cockroach :-(

Haven’t been here in a while but went and there was what sounded like a party going on and all the hotel was invited . Banding loud in the room right next door loud to shake the walls . Yelling and fighting . Thank goodness my kids were in deep sleep tired out from the busy day we had . This hotel is usually peaceful and good but this night was pretty crazy . Hotel staff was really sweet and nice though.

We called to see if we could check in about an hour early and was told we could check in anytime. We drove over to the hotel and checked in and then was told if the door to our room was open they were still working on it and we would have to wait till it was cleaned, It was clean by normal check in time. The room was standard and clean. We went down the next morning and a truck full of barking dogs were parked at the end of the stairs and the windows were down and the dogs were barking like crazy. The truck was there all morning. We went for breakfast at 745 and there was nothing left. We asked the front end person if we could get some waffle mix made and he said he would make some. He went on to have a 10 minute gossip fest with the employee that was leaving then came over to make the waffle mix without washing his hands. The food area was dirty, the trash was overflowing and like I said almost nothing left for breakfast.

Love the jacuzzi!
We stayed one night to rest on our way home. The bed was comfortable however could use heavy comforter for warmth. The did have a small heater to warm the bathroom that we used to warm the sheets.
The heater did the rest to make the room to our comfort level. The jacuzzi was wonderful! Breakfast was adequate wish they had gluten-free items a little more healthy. All overall I would stay there again.

price was right. Housekeeping was terrible. We stayed 4 nights and had ONLY one visit from housekeeping (to clean room and change bedcovers, provide towels, clean bathroom, new toiletries), and we had to CALL to ask for this one service. We expected daily housekeeping as most hotels offer, but we had one visit and we had to ask for it. floors were very dirty

Loved how close it was to everything. I don’t like the way they advertised free breakfast and they should have said continental breakfast. I would have easily missed the breakfast time went in and was disappointed. Could have stayed at the casino and walked to the local food restaurants and got a hearty breakfast. Front staff were amazing… literally a doorbell away. The key/checkout drop off was convenient. Love the little small town. Will stay again but plan breakfast differently ☺️

Killed several German roaches in room 215. We did not stay the second night because of that.

Family get away
The outside doesn’t seem to updated, inside is a nice room, comfortable bed and all you need for a decent nights rest. Our favorite part was the beautiful pool/spa combo, an actual jacuzzi spa was most unexpected! Our only complaints were the air sounded like it was in its last leg, it was annoyingly LOUD and the windows didn’t offer much proofing from noises. Lastly, the bathtub could’ve been cleaner but it wasn’t awful… Other than that it was a great visit

I know it is not the Ritz or a 4 seasons, overall the room was clean enough, but the property itself and the loudness of the room, we ended up trying to get some sleep and then by 2am decided it wasn't worth it, and drove home. It was for a one night stay for a concert in town, all the other hotels were sold out. We should have just saved the money and drove home immediately after the concert. There were stacks of mattresses outside of the office, and I was told it was to upgrade the mattresses. Ours must have still been on the list to upgrade, because it was terrible. All I could think about was bed bug infestation. Also the mini fridge and ac rattled and shook the entire time so it sounded like two competing broken chainsaws the entire time.

This place has been newly remodeled which was amazing. The problem is, I walked around barefoot for 5 minutes and my feet were black for how dirty the floors were. I asked them to mop, when I went back it was the same. Also the continental breakfast could have used boiled eggs and a protein

Love the waterfall by the pool. The lady who checked us in was very nice like always. Bathroom is super tiny and there wasn’t enough parking, I had park in the Culver’s parking lot and carry my stuff and child to the room

There was a cigarette burn in the bedspread. Lampshade had stains and a hole in it. Bottom sheet didn't completely cover the mattress. Air conditioner was loud and blew directly onto one side of the bed.
Breakfast was minimal.

I requested the queen suite room because we had 3 adult women and we all wanted a separate bed plus extra space for getting ready for our event we attended.
Upon entering the suite it was noticeable that the furniture was old and beat up. The loveseat that is a hidabed and the third bed had a paper thin mattress and no bedding or pillows. The list goes on and on, not enough towels, on top of that the rooms are very expensive over 250.00 a night. Very disappointed.
