Had an issue at check in my room wasn’t ready
And they wanted me to wait , I talked to the manager and got another room in a higher floor not what I wanted but it was ok. For the time I waited and inconvenienced the manager offer me credit for lunch the next day. But when I went to get the lunch the next day there was no credit the lady at the front desk gave me the run Around and wasn’t able to get a hold of him “ shocker “ so I was lied to and plus paid for a $40 breakfast also x2 that I didn’t use and they didn’t give me the money back. So I will never go back to this hotel and I’ll make sure that my grotof friends and family won’t either. Very unprofessional and if you offer the customer something back it up don’t lie just to try to bring down the situation. I was basically lied to.
Very disappointed being a military veteran and being treated like that.

Overall, it is a nice hotel. The pool and room weren't as big as imagined, and they had no shuttle to the airport. However, it was clean, comfortable, and close to the Dolphin Mall.

The first night during my stay, there was no hot water. We were not informed that there was no hot water during check-in. It was only after I complained the next morning that I was told they were having a property-wide problem with the hot water. It was fixed the next day, but it is something that should have been disclosed at check-in.

The staff is extremely friendly and very accommodating. The front desk staff is top notch. Conrad is the reason why I continue to book at this Intercontinental. I travel weekly for business and when I come to Miami Doral I make sure to book at Intercontinental. The breakfast, happy hour and food selection is great. The staff greets you by name(particularly Conrad) and actually remembers your face and name.

I liked the location and that is quiet. Also liked that it has ample parking and its safe. But the room smelled funky. I'm still trying to figure out what it smelled like.Also the toilet is verycold and very l9w. And you have to press and hold a side button very uncomfortable. It didn't smell clean at all.

This is the worst ever experience i ever had with any hotel in united states. This is definitely not up to the standards of a 4.5 star hotel. The bathroom is a total night mare, all the walls are covered with mould and the bath tub is fully damaged and some sort of sheet is put to cover the damage. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

We barely slept! AC kept going off and on all night and it was pretty warm in our room. We were then woken up in the morning from the neighbors snoring and alarm. Not sure how I can hear the person next doors alarms and snoring. We just wanted to sleep well.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. The best part was the pool access is 24 hrs so we were able to do late night swimming.

Very good hotel
This is our 4th stay here. They do not have a shuttle to MIA. We have been very pleased with them and stayed in other Intercontinental hotels because of our positive experiene here.

I am extremely disappointed with this experience. The room’s fixtures and furnishings were very dated. The lobby and exterior were well maintained and inviting which made the room feel that much more deceptive. We did not have a chance to dine in the hotel’s restaurant but did order room service and it was extremely overpriced and just was not tasty… $13 for a few strips of bacon!?!? We had to go to the desk for towels, ice and standard toiletries like soap. I wouldn’t recommend. It’s not anywhere close to being what my former experiences have been with Intercontinental Hotels.

The lobby and property is nice. The restaurant was good. My room didn’t smell good. The bed sheets were stained yellow and one of the towels was full of dirt as if used to clean furniture folded and put in the bathroom. I also was not asked about my car at checkin and found a warning note on my car (and many other cars) the next morning that it would be towed. Expected a better experience from this hotel.

Airplanes fly over your head and it is noisy. You cannot stay at the pool without being annoyed by that.

It was a stellar world class experience staying at this resort. Clean quiet and comfortable with many amenities which included a wonderful staff and management. Special thanks go out to Julio & Lynette. And the bell services person, Antonio was exceptional. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

I loved the hotel but had an issue with housekeeping not washing and replacing dirty cups and glasses. The also did not replace the milk and coffee everyday. Other than that, the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Best Staycation Ever.
The accommodations were amazing. This hotel has a nice area by the pool where you can sit and relax, talk, or just seat by the pool. The lobby also has nice quiet areas. The room was clean, comfortable and great temperature control. The breakfast is highly recommended great variety of food and the service staff was nice, polite and very professional. I highly recommend this hotel for your future stay.

The manager told me he would comp the parking since we were part of the wedding group but registered at the hotel after the wedding group had filled up & we were charged each day for the parking so I have to notify them that they should reimburse us for the parking

I want to highlight the extremely kind treatment of Front Office Conrad Baguisa, who showed me the different offers that the Hotel has, and in fact, for that reason, today, I made a new reservation on February 21 of next year. Ac in our room was not working, he got to our hotel room at 11 pm and the ac was not working, call staff and they send maintance personal. Got it fix momentarily, we went to sleep and around 2 am the ac stop working again, the staff didn’t have us another room just say sorry and they can’t do nothing about it, very disappointed
