Family Meet but no Greet!
Great hotel. Loved cookies and water at check in. Breakfast was awesome. Rooms are being redone so in great shape. Did notice already a couple of stains on comforter.

You can tell there is some construction going on, but it was never actively going on when I was there and was no bother. Just looks like they are trying to improve the overall hotel. Really nice rooms, quiet, comfortable

On May 5, I booked a room for 1 night, but I accidently booked for May 18 instead of May 8. My card was charged $161.44 and another $3.64 to change the date. I arrived at the Hampton Inn and found out the date was never changed!!!!! I had to spend another $170.00 for the one night. I need your charges to be refunded quickly to my account.

WARNING: Remodel in progress.
Any hotel undergoing a major renovation should be required to inform guests before creating a reservation. Will be a great place around November 2023 but currently is a disaster area of noise and dust. Was not worth anywhere the price paid.

The staff was friendly. There was construction going on in the lobby/1st floor. Pool was closed which i did not know about until i got there. The bathroom in my room needed to be updated. The breakfast was great except some of the fruit had past its freshness. Pineapple tasted almost ferminted.

First off, the staff was great. However: 1) parking lot too dark; 2) entry door by our room was locked but someone propped open the stairwell door there; 3) vending machines not working.

The hotel was ok. Stayed one night. I was aware of the pool being closed but did not know they were doing a lot of renovations. Sign in front door said use back entrance. You needed a key card for that. Ended up finding a door on the side of the building that was unlocked. Front desk wasn’t very friendly at check in. The room was very warm. The shower was dirty inside. Positive is the hotel was located close to a lot of things.

Very clean, and breakfast was very good. TV controls were hard to use (no guide online, had to use an app to see what channels were what). Bathroom bathtub had an issue with the valve that you pull to get the shower to work.

The checkin was extremely fast and easy. The rooms were clean and the facilities were well kept. We stayed during a remodel. The place was quiet and where they moved breakfast felt like a restaurant! Hot breakfast was delicous.

The staff were great! Polite and personable in every interaction. The room was old, had a funny smell and had me questioning the cleanliness. Our TV wouldn't work, we opened the remote to check the batteries and they were corroded. The hotel has signs stating it is doing updates and I hope they are because they are overdue. We were only scheduled to stay one night, if we were scheduled to stay any longer I would have looked into changing hotels.

Excellent experience
We attended our grandson’s birthday party and were in town for an overnight stay. Excellent hotel & great staff. Room was very nice, quiet, clean, bed was very comfortable with 4 pillows. Shower had plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Hot breakfast’s was excellent with something for everyone. We could not of hoped for a more enjoyable trip. Thank you and your staff for the excellent experience!!

Not impressed
The guests next to us were rowdy very late into the night. The beds and pillows were terribly uncomfortable. The shower was old and gross and there wasn’t any bar soap except for the one at the sink.
With the rating indicated on Hotels.com we feel like we were tricked as it was definitely not an 8 more like a 3.

All good but the pool…
Everything was great. The only true complaint I had was the pool and hot tub. There was way too much chlorine to the point we only stayed in for another 20 minutes. The smell was too strong the pool was cloudy from it.

Not the same experience
I have stayed at the location before(years ago) and I remember my experience being better. Alexis at the front desk was welcoming and down to earth. The bathtub has some red/orange residue near the drain. The corners/crevices in the bathroom wasn’t as clean as it could have been. The bed knocked/rocked if you sat on it too hard, which I didn’t like at all. Alexis informed me that they would possibly be updating in the Fall, so maybe some of these things will be addressed.

Less than desirable hotel
I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. There was quite a bit of mold in and around the shower. The shower floor was dirty. The bathroom floor was disgusting in between the tiles. Over the three nights I was there the room never got cleaned once. I had to ask to have my garbage changed and dirty towels taken. I had to go to the front desk to get my own towels as well. Then I was told that on multi night stays they only clean your room if you ask them to the night before. What?!! I was not imformed of this at check in. The air conditioning somewhat worked but the room was quite humid. Yuck. The hot tub water was green and the pool water was very cloudy and had almost an oily film on top of it. The ceiling in the pool area was also peeling. This hotel needs lots of updates. Staff was also not very friendly. The ladies at check in were good, but the guy at the desk when I checked out barely said anything to me and never asked how my stay was. When I asked who I could talk to about some issues he handed me a business card not saying one word. Will not chose this hotel again and will most likely stay away from other Hampton Inns as well.

The elevator was so slow, I took the stairs. The other was out of order. This property is prettier on the outside than the inside, which looks dated, dark, and needs a painting. Rooms felt old.

What a stay.
The hotel dodnt honor my reservations i made with you guys depsite the money already being taken out. I then had to make a new reservation just so i could stay somrwhere for the night so i ended up being double charged and treated poorly through out the experience.

We really enjoyed our stay here and we will definitely be back. The room was a little outdated, but the pool and hot tub were great and had excellent hours. The free hot breakfast was also really good. We had a suite with a jetted tub, and it was a great room/hotel for the price!

Room was musty on first open of door. Very basic set up as always. Tv was small. Nothing on walls so very echo on sound. Doors slam shut so that’s always a nice feature to hear all night. Bathroom was outdated. Black mold on ceiling above shower from old leak on second floor. Paint was peeling and tub was dirty and rusty. Breakfast was decent. Waffle makers,eggs sausage, breads and the typical stuff. Expected a little better for 100$ a night. I’ll go somewhere else next time.

The staff at the hotel was very helpful upon checking in. The breakfast was decent. There were many options to choose from. The hot tub did not have hot water. The water was nearly the same temperature as the pool. The hotel overall could use a deep cleaning and some upgrades.

$284.00 for 2 nights NOT WORTH IT.
There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Cobwebs were on the walls and the bathroom floor had dirt a half inch thick all the way around the edge. The bathtub looked very dirty on the bottom but it was stained. They was going to move us to another room and that room had an odor of wet must carpet. It was gross. Not once did they offer us a discount. I guess we were to respectful about it.

I am a frequent customer at Hampton Inn and had 2 different rooms in 2 different weeks. Both rooms were a bit disappointing, this last one was the worst. I had to beg for washclothes, ask for hangers, the shower curtain had mold on it, which they fixed the same day, one bed was off the base and the base stuck out and hit me in the leg, and it took 3 requests and a request for a new room to fix that and it was a safety issue. Finally, the toilet paper holder was bad and I would have to chase the roll because it fell off. 3 requests for that as well and it never did get fixed, although this last one was an inconvenience. In both rooms the hair driers didn't quite work right and I had bad hair the entire trip. Everyone was very kind and apologetic at the front desk but it didn't fix the issues. This site needs a major overhaul of its facilities.

Sofa in king suite had several stain spots, bed was hard and uncomfortable and toilet kept running. Wallpaper in bathroom needed repair. Breakfast food was good but slow to refill empty dishes and all tables to eat at hadn’t been cleaned

Disappointing Stay
We decided to do a stay-cation with our kids since we can't get away for a "real" vacation. Our time at the hotel was just okay, but really on the disappointing side. We requested 2 rooms in advance (adjoining) since we are a larger family. Upon arrival we were told that adjoining rooms weren't available. We would have canceled if we would have known this. Splitting our group into two wasn't what we had in mind. My husband and I had to split up kids and go our separate ways once it got close to bed time. The room I was in was very outdated and worn out. There were stains and a burn hole in the sofa, the carpet was fraying in the living room area, and the bedroom. The furniture needs to be replaced badly and was not comfortable at all- very worn. The ceiling in the bedroom looked like it had recently had major water damage and the ceiling was peeling off. The wallpaper in the bathroom was also peeling off. We have never stayed in a Hampton Inn that was in this condition. The kids had fun swimming and obviously weren't bothered by all the things my husband and I were. We're a busy family and aren't able to get away like we would like to, so this was really disappointing.

I usually love Hampton inn for the beds and this one did not disappoint. I did feel bad for the staff though because the place was overrun by a little league team and their families who left big messes in their paths. The pool was overcrowded with jumping and screaming unsupervised kids, so I got up early the next morning to do my water exercises in peace. Unfortunately the pool area hadn’t been cleaned and the pool water was so cloudy and dirty I couldn’t use it. Breakfast also ran out and the area looked like a hurricane hit it. This is not the fault of the staff, they did their best to keep up. Perhaps next time a large group is coming you might want to increase staffing to keep up
