Customer service was nonexistent. I stayed for 3 nights. Room had only two towels and two wash cloths and half a roll of toilet paper. I asked the night clerk for towels, wash cloths, and toilet paper on the second night of our stay. He refused to give me fresh towels, wash cloths and told me to use the facial tissue for toilet paper. Being an assistant guest services manager at a hotel this was unacceptable. Unless they have extensive customer service training for their guest service representatives, I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

The staff was friendly but not very welcoming i ended up uaving to switch rooms due to my first rooms (319) shower nozzle not working and being a no smoking hotel the hotel as a hole rooms included smelt like cigarettes and smoke

Remote didn't work the TV. Had to rearrange furniture to plug in the TV. After I told front desk That I wanted the room serviced no one came to dump trash, change towels or come up with any answers. Because of this I had ants in my room by Monday.

Very dated and smelly room...Notified the front desk upon checkin in...reluctantly was issued another room, but the key cards would not work...so got the first room back...Carpeting dirty and sticky...Had to put bath towels on the floor to walk on...smells musty...Ice machine not working, had to go to another floor to get ice...bathroom sink constantly dripping...Free breakfast is coffee and a muffin that you have to request at the desk...Will definitely deter others from staying here...An embarrassment to have family come and visit us in the hotel.

It wasnāt clean enough, no breakfast, and poor housekeeping. The bed linen had holes in it. The security locks on the door was loose. Old shower curtain and bathroom felt unclean.

Clean. Comfortable and less than $100
Decent mid priced hotel. Room was clean, furnishings were nice not worn out, 4 pillows on each bed and plenty of towels. We had a smoking room and it was fresh like when we walked in. I didn't use my Febreze (always have my febreze) Haven't had that experience very often with a smoking room. Staff was really nice. Nice shops close by too. šš

Disappointing return to the Show Me state!
The environment was uninteresting. The people were not friendly. It is close to the urban area and itās a high crime area. Just letting visitors know I use to live in St. Louis and my family still does. Not a place for family travel.

The staff was super friendly.
The first room we were in was not up to standard, broken tv, broken phone, broken lock on the door. We moved rooms and the TV was hit and miss with picture. The breakfast was closed due to covid, and we didn't see any substitution for that. The pool was closed due to covid.
There were no warnings or advice on things that would be a unavailable due to covid.
Overall just disappointed, but it was pretty clean and felt safe.

My stay was great and the staff were very friendly. The only problem that i had was the used cup that someone looked to drink coffee out of and placed it back with the unused cups. It had me thinking if housecleaning thoroughly cleaned the room.

The only problem of that I really seen my ears but there's a problem there's a plumbing problem here and they've had one of the boilers has been out one of the borders has gone out and the water is not getting warm enough to really the hot temperature

Ok in emergency situation
Upon arrival, staff apologized for bad smell, they were attempting to track down the source.
Hotel is dated, old carpet, comforter and sheet on bed seemed clean but both had holes in them.
The mattress was old as well, you can see on the sides.
Wall in the room discolored by ceilings, like was a leak of some sort
Maid left half bottle used lotion in the bathroom.

The first time I stayed here the roof was leaking . I got another room with no tv remote or microwave. The second time I walk into the room itās on heat @85 degrees. I turn on the air and not the carpet is wet. I donāt believe Iāll stay here again.

Outside of hotel looks great compared to others in the area, however the inside is not as well kept. Elevators stink and feel as though they may break any second. Hallways are filthy. There were possible bed bugs in the first room and the second room every furniture item was stained and very run down. Highly disappointed in this booking and I would not recommend at all.

Great hotel with great staff. They only clean rooms every other day or third day. Therefore a lower rating was given in that category. It wasn't a major issue. It just would have been good to know beforehand.

No one should pay $100 to stay here
It was horrible one of the curtains was missing so could not close curtains, no microwave, 3 bugs in the room, hard stale food at breakfast and no hot water for showers. I checked out a day early due to conditions. They did give a 25 percent discount but stay should have been free or at least 1 night.

We were in town one night to see our grandmother. This hotel got 3.9 stars and was very close to the nursing home so I booked it. I am very review driven on my booking decisions. 3.9 is ridiculous for this hotel. The chair had blood stains on it. I told the front desk and they got very defensive and told me it was the cleaning products they used... She was so incredibly rude and unapologetic about it. When you're in the hospitality field you should know that a little empathy can go a long way. The ceiling had water damage. The AC unit was filthy inside like it had never been cleaned since the hotel opened. The toilet was very dirty. Not to mention the matress which was absolutely disgusting. Then there were burn holes on the blanket as well as multiple hairs found in the bed. The hairs did not appear to be from the same person either. We had to get a sheet and blankets in order for us to feel comfortable enough sleeping on the bed. Luckily we brought our own pillows and didn't have to buy those too. After all of this, we woke up early to get ready to go to the nursing home only to find there was no hot water. I called the front desk and they told me they were walking around the hotel looking for some rooms had water warm enough to shower but were not hot. After almost 45 minutes she called and told me a room had warm water. ent to the new room to shower only to discover the water was not warm or even close to being warm and was barely trickling. We should've slept in the car.

There was no hot water. The receptionist claimed maintenance was waiting on a part to fix the hot water. I had to take a cold shower and it was 35 degrees outside. Also The phones in my room did work

This is our second time staying in this hotel. Our stay was comfortable and the staff was pleasant. We enjoyed the breakfast, although it was very simple, there was variety. The eggs and breakfast meat was different each day.

Hotel was just ok. Very outdated. The toilet kept making noises throughout the night. Ac/heat was loud. Some lights didnāt work. Walls were so thin I heard the people next door having sex.
Breakfast was included, I didnāt eat it though.

Check in was great service fast and the young man kept a smile on his face. On my invoice check out was 12noon. Housekeeper came to my room about 11:15 open the door im half naked asking me was i going to check out.. whattt i ask i thought check out at 12 that is what on my invoice. She said no and mumble derogatory words slammed door. I felt violated. I won't stay there again. Also told mt charge of room was 89. 00 with tax it was 100.00 and change. That didn't match my receipt from front desk and what was taken from my account. Many hotels i stay in this bull never happen.

Very Nice Stay in Northern St. Louis

Hotel is convenient location for my stay. Reasonably clean; however, air-conditioners have had a hard year. . . and hard to keep clean, so air is rather stale.
Some entrance doors would not work with my key--I think the problem was with the door itself.
Breakfast was more than adequate and better than most other two star hotels . . an attendant was keeping items stocked.

The hotel was just as expected. A basic, no frills place to rest overnight. It's nothing fancy but the staff was nice.
The only issues we had was the toilet made a loud noise after it was flushed and the elevators kept locking up with people inside. Although those small issues wouldn't bar me from staying there again.

Dee Dawn checked us in and she was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. Miss D "Deborah" was great at her job of keeping the breakfast stocked. Pam who works the desk is very helpful. Saw her give directions and tell people how to get to a car wash, etc.

Overall it was a good stay. Great value. Room had a super small tad smokey aroma which was odd for a non-smoking room but plenty of outlets around the bed. Comfortable king size bed. AC was iffy...prolly needs recharged. It pumped out cool air but not cool enough to drop the room into the 60ās like I like. It was close like 70 degrees in the room.
Shower head is short which is common and Iām a really tall guy (6ā-5ā) so Iām used to it. Nice bathroom and shower...looked recently updated. Main room carpet looked old but it was comfortable to walk on.
Typical continental breakfast with some hot options: sausage patties, scrambled eggs, and waffles. Plenty of supplies and helpful breakfast staff.

Cigarette butt's at side door everywhere! No outside lighting at this entrance, safety HAZARD.
Staff at front desk check in had attitude.

I typically stay here often, but that has to change- the rooms arenāt as clean as they used to be or SHOULD BE. It just doesnāt seem freshly clean (in the last 2 times I stayed this year), the towels arenāt fresh, the water pressure is terrible. Iād rather pay the extra $$ and be somewhere that feels like they sanitize and ensure cleanliness for each guest.

The staff was great we where able to check in early as a courtesy which was a plus seeing as I have been driving for 5 hours. Besides the Staff everything else was mediocre at best the floor we stayed on smelled of weed. Thank goodness our room didnāt. If your only staying one night and trying to save a buck then this is your place.

Arrived at the hotel around 10p. At check in I gave my card for "incidentals". The clerk was friendly and told me how to get to my room.. Walking down the halls it smelled of smoke and foul odor. I knew I should've turned around before entering the room. We were on the 4th floor. Used the bathroom and noticed a used face towel hanging in the shower. We went to bed. Woke up, waited 10 minutes for the water to turn warm in the sink to wash our face and brush our teeth. Turned the water on in the tub to shower and the water pressure was so low the water barely came out the showerhead so we couldn't shower With that being said my room was not cleaned thoroughly. The mirrors were even dirty. And I paid $85. Never again.

Great Location - Bad Guests!
This is a nice hotel in a good location for my purpose. The hotel staff were very pleasant and friendly.
The issue I have is not with the hotel itself or the staff - it was other guests! I had a room on the 3rd floor. There are 4 floors total. The guest on the 4th floor smoked a lot of weed and the hotel reeked of weed smoke. Further, one guest placed dirty baby diapers in the trash bin next to the elevator so the entire 3rd floor reeked of dirty baby diapers! Lastly, the guests take the luggage charts and keep them in the rooms. They need to put locator sensors on the luggage carts (like they do for grocery carts) so that they can be retrieved for other guests to use.
My only complaint for the hotel was the bed - the queen beds were too firm. I felt like I was sleeping on a rock, covered by a sheet.
