Wack and waste of money , came for the waterpark and it was boring and expensive didnt even have a poolđ and they charge per day , it should be included with your stay in my opinion considering its boring and doesnt offer a lot , also stayed in a villa and the bathrooms were dirty couldn't even enjoy the jacuzzi because the hot water doesn't last and the tub wasn't as clean𤢠will not be coming back â

Nothing special, older property, Much to our disappointment the water park is geared towards small children and the hot tubs are not available off season-both were main selling points for us. Lunch counter served me raw food-I brought it to their attention and they made me another meal. I did not appreciate the 3 phone calls I received just after 0900 from the corporate office and front desk trying to sell me a time share and schedule my day. I think the check out time is probably the earliest of any hotel I have stayed at in my life. No night life. Believe me when I say you are very far from civilization. You cannot walk anywhere, there are no public transportation or ride share options. Very limited area for food and entertainment. The activities and food options on the grounds close down very early as well.

Bad experience.
1. At check in at 7:pm the gentleman forgot to enter the security number on the back of my card. The card declined, they made me feel stupid and stand at the side with no phone signal. I asked to swipe my card and put in a pin they had no way to let me do so. I offered to pay cash to be told they are a cashless property. I had to drive to a nearby town to get phone service to call my bank as they did not offer for me to use their phone.
2. At 8:45 we finally get to check in at the front desk (all activities on the property are now closed)
3. While telling them they entered my security code wrong as the bank told me, they continued to tell me they dont enter the number as the card declined again. I ask him to show me what he was entering to find out he was pressing enter through the security code part of the screen without entering it .(as almost two hours passed with me feeling stupid and looking stuidid like i didn't have the money)
3. He says i never had to enter it before.
That was his apology no money off no free water park no nothing 2 hours and 45 minutes with a child in a car in a lot.
4. The neighbors slammed there door all night long and during the day left there doors cracked open across from each other.
5. The heating/ cooing system was in the coorner of of room with a wall and everytime it went on it sounded louder than a freight train.
SAVE YOUR 200 PLUS A NIGHT SO NOT WORTH IT

Amazing!
Overall I was impressed with my stay! The presidential suite was amazing! The master shower was a little gross, it had mold on the caulking and it didnât look like it was clean. The floor itself in the suite made your socks super dirty, like they donât mop it. I could look past those things because the property itself was beautiful, the staff is super friendly! The water park is so much fun! I would recommend this place to anyone and will be staying here anytime I come back to visit my brother!

It was really good :) Everyone in the check in area was really kind and accommodating. I was really confused about the different "stay packages". Also the hallway into where our room was smelled horrible. Not sure why or what was causing it but it was so bad! Other than that and a noisy upstairs neighbor honestly everything was great. I appreciated the kitchen area alot.

Check In was very late after arriving at 4 pm like we were told to do. We had to wait 3 hours to have access to our room. The rooms were very outdated and the staff were not very accommodating. Pictures are very misleading. Too many bugs in the room and flies around the restaurant. I think housekeeping should also come if staying more than two nights.

I was pretty disappointed with our stay here. The pictures make it look so beautiful and fun. The outdoor pool was pretty small & crowded.
I dont like that they cram the villa you stay in full when the rest of them were empty. The floors are paper thin so all we heard all day & night was the people above us stomping around. In our room we had the closet where the water runs from the other rooms so heard water running for hours at all times of day and the ac units were right outside our window. Was definitely not a peaceful trip & we all barely got any sleep. The beds are super uncomfortable also. Also, the hot water only lasted 5 minutes which made using the Jacuzzi in the room kind of pointless.
The resort is completely cash less so come prepared!
*the water park was our favorite part!! Definitely worth the additional price. We didnt think it would be seeing as it was tiny but our kids spent hours there and had a blast!
The "arcade" consisted of like 6 games-mainly all claw games. But mini golf & the threatre were fun!
We decided to not finish out our stay and leave our last night there. We left about 11pm as we were all at that point sick of the noisy people above us and listening to the water run for hours. We wanted to get peaceful sleep. Overall, it wasnt a terrible trip but unsure if we woul d be open to visit again.

The floors were dirty , and the water park price should be included in the hotel stay it was an additional $19.95 a person .. needs a little TLC but overall not bad for pricing the front desk needs better communication but everyone else was amazing house keeping and the pool staff in the water park were great just the front desk were very rude and didnât want to work

We went there mainly to use their amenity which was the water park. On arrival guest services questioned why we were there. We told several people we were there to use the water park. On Monday we signed up to view a 90 min timeshare on Tuesday so we could use the money to defer the cost of the water park. Only to be told afterward that the water park was closed Tuesday and wed. We were so heartbroken since we had brought our son and his family to enjoy it. so please rely on your site the water park is closed on those days.

When booking I requested extra blankets..We had to call at 10.30 p.m to get some. The jacuzzi was disgusting and my eldest son cleaned it so it could be used. The potholes to the pool will put your struts to their limits. And what got my goose is we ALWAYS clean our rooms before we leave and piled up our towels there in the wash. All dishes washed put back, trash taken out to the bin and yet they charged my card over eleven dollars. I could not believe that. We didn't even stay to try the breakfast in the morning. I am not sure wth the 11 bucks was for but if they charged me for cleaning the room so sorry. If they are missing a spoon or fork or washcloth they need to count again.

Very disappointing
Check in attendant was not very welcoming. Room needed to be updated⌠overpriced considering the amenities. Game room was the size of a closet, activities were not very good, additional cost for waterpark. Considering the cost of the room and the deposit, admission should be included. Refrigerator did not get cold and toilet was very noisy and sounded like running water constantly. I became a member of the Holiday Inn vacation club in Orlando. Wanted to take a quick trip using a credit I had and was very disappointed in this location considering the Orlando location was great. I will not waste my club points or spend money at this location in the future.

Misleading information
The room was just as pictured, clean and comfortable. The heated indoor pool was nice. But, the photos of the water park are misleading. The water park was not open during the week, and would have required purchasing tickets for admission (during open hours on the weekend). This was not made clear on the website.

The property was nice minus the bugs we killed the entire stay. The indoor water park is overpriced for what they offer. The wifi kept going on/off the entire stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room phone didnât work. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool more than the water park. Overall it was descent.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We were in the Presidential Grand Villa. It was a spacious 2 bedroom condo with all the amenties one would need while away from home. The property was clean and the staff attentive. They served Thanksgiving dinner and had activitues lined up each day.

Family of four. Ages: 4, 8; 38, 45. We will definitely be back. The amenities were more than we could fit into one weekend. The rooms have full kitchens, wish I would have known this for packing but next time we will be better prepared. My whole family wants to stay at least a week next time we go. Pools were great and well maintained. Super helpful staff. Steveâs Bakery recommended. Hacienda Real A must visit.

Was unaware that this was a timeshare resort. Allowed them to talk us into a meeting for free passes to the water park. They said maximum 90 minutes after 2.5 hours left with passed and a tour charge on my card that I was told wouldnât happen. Took my for children to the water park when it was supposed to open and it was closed for maintenance. Understand they gave me the passes 2.5 hours earlier. Customer service and sales staff were outride rude. Services and other staff were great. The facility was beautiful..

This property has a lot of OLD things which was very bad. Toilet ran all night, jacuzzi tub took forever to drain, old mirrors that look horrible. Furniture and appliances are very old and need upgrading ASAP. My stay may me decide not to become an owner it was not a good experience this time.

This is a great location if looking for a vacation. As a traveler just looking for a hotel room, it was not a good fit. Only stayed because it is so close to the kart track 1 mile away, however even the cheapest room is not cheap.
The buildings are a very odd design. Room was ok, but I expected more for $200/night.
You would think for what they are charging and all have on the property they would be able to fix the giant (and multiple) large potholes and sinkholes in their roads and parking areas.
Side note, bring a hot spot! There is ZERO phone service over much of the property and their WiFi is real hit or miss.

So overall, I would give the rooms a 3.5/5. Upon arriving, we were asked if we wanted to participate in a presentation and then for doing so, we received $200.00 in cash, but I was âtoo poorâ to participate in the presentation bc I did not make a certain amount of money!! So that was a disappointment straight away bc I couldnât receive the offer! Then when we got to our rooms, they had a really weird smell to them!! We ended up buying 2 candles for each room to try and rid the smell and that was even even after spraying with febreeze!! We later found out that our neighbors were possibly smoking weed next to us and thatâs why the rooms smelled the way they did!! For some that may not be a big deal, but for us it wasnât what we wanted the kids inhaling!! Also, the tub had a bunch of dirt in it! I wanted to use the jets in the tub but we filled it up later and it had so many floaties in it!! There was also quite a bit of dirt on the floor that I swept up from each room!! We then had an incident with the neighbors and we didnât feel comfortable staying there anymore! However, they did move us to rooms across the way and the rooms we moved to were much nicer!! The new ones were a 4.5 out of 5! But due to the inconvenience of having to move everything, we lost 2 hours of time that was precious to us and consequently we were not able to enjoy all the amenities we wanted to!! Butttt, there were a ton of amenities so that is a plus!! So all In all, the stay was decent!

Resort was nice a nice set-up clean environment unfortunately I ran into a few issues with the customer service at the waterpark they look very unwelcome mean and made me and my family feel a little bit uncomfortable it was my first time there so you have to purchase wristbands for the water part to answer which was no problem I told the young lady that I get to water park passes once I put my kids on a swimming suit while changing my kids until they swim trunks my wife was harassed about getting the water park passes to the point that you didn't want to get in the water anymore felt like the issue with racial profile and was very uncomfortable and unwelcoming.

I absolutely loved the way the rooms were set up it made us feel at home the kitchen and bathrooms were equipped with everything we could need really appreciated having the patio and barbecue area the couches were so comfortable we enjoyed lounging around watching television the beds were the most comfortable beds weâve slept in at a hotel in a while

The property is huge! It's nice but nothing out of the ordinary. The lodging was clean but overall could definitely use some maintenance. The waterpark is pretty basic and a separate extra charge per person per day. The pool area could definitely stand some polishing up. I opted out of the timeshare presentation because I didnt want to obligate 90 minutes out of my one and a half days getaway so I didnât get the activity rundown. I was misinformed over the phone in regards to my room size. I returned to the registration desk and Cassie went out of her way to help me. She went above and beyond to assist me and it was greatly appreciated. I can't say enough about her. Its actually due to Cassie that i enjoyed my stay. The property is definitely in the middle of no where and a good distance from stores and restaurants. Over all it was relaxing.

well first off the amenities were not open not due to covid just cause. secondly my sheets were dirty they had random hairs on all three beds. the sheets were brought about 2 hours later but i had to put them on the beds myself. i was told the amenities open for the summer so i made reservations for the summer. only to fid the waterpark is not open daily. when i tried to reschedule my stay so we could enjoy the water park i was charged $200. The rep told me the information is not on the public website but if you were a member you would be able to see a special website that gives the info. you should have called the resort for dates and times the waterpark was open. I've stayed at a lot of hotels with waterpark great wolf, my olympus, kalahari, the one in minnesota etc they all have hours for the water park not specific days. who in 2021 calls hotels unless they have to. why wouldn't the info be made available to everyone. So I'm out $200 i was not able to even get the room that i wanted. and basically they are saying if you were born in the 70'S you would know to call not use the internet for information.

Aside from no signal on the propertyâŚ.There was a lot to do on the property from golf, Canoeing, hiking, swimming, even horseback riding. Too bad I had to figure this out for myself since Jose at the front desk was more worried about signing me up and trying to push us into a timeshare meeting.

First stay for our family, and it wonât be the last. So much cleaner than the great wolf, or other Dell resorts. Half the price, and just the perfect amount of amenities for our kids. You are in the middle of nowhere, so bring your own food. The resort has grills and they give you a full kitchen. The pizza place down the road, and the resort grill has good enough options. Great getaway just an hour away

The overall trio was amazing. We had a bbq and they charged $30 for the use of the grill. Nobody never mentioned to me that there would be a charge for the grill
