We have already shared this but will do again. We parked out in front of the hotel, were told to leave our keys while we registered. Went to find out room was not ready. We had luggage that needed to be locked in a special area. My husband accompanied the staff. When we went our to move the car is was past 15 minutes and we were charged for valet parking. NO ONE told us that anything over 15 minutes would be charged as valet. Very disappointing.

We paid for a room with a king bed, with a view of the pool. And the room was with a Queen bed. we asked at the front desk and they told us that "is the same". 😂 Nothing to discuss

fantastic Disney vacation at the Hyatt. on off days wa stayed at the hyatt and there was so much to do amazing pool. boats golf all three mini pitch and putt and 18 first two included in resort fee. bikes rock climbing wall ect

The property itself was great. my family had a wonderful time, what I did not like was the hidden parking fee. Noone tells you this upfront so to get hit with a $30 a day charge would be a reason for me not to come back. I also would recommend that in the buffet that they list the items that are out. I had got my daughter a chocolate muffin and it contained nuts. She is allergic to hazelnut & had a reaction because it looked like a regular chocolate muffin.

Stayed here with the family including our 3 pets for New Year’s Eve. FANTASTIC hotel, cannot say enough. Phenomenal customer service and hospitality, very clean, great rooms, great dining options, fire pits, and the grounds were beautiful. Very big resort full of activities. Food was delicious. Great resort for pets, lots of walking areas, hotel is very pet friendly and will put you on a pet friendly floor. One of my pups had an accident in one of the hallway carpets and housekeeping was called and it was cleaned very quickly. Cannot say enough positive things about the hotel!!!

It’s a very good hotel. but you can hear your neighbour snore, and there is a gap in the front door and sometimes cleaning staff does not clean very well. But service desk was quite good. one thing I would tell you that the parking is expensive 30$ per night and the facility is 45$ per day, if you are travelling for a week it would cost a small fortune

Excellent place for kids.
We have a toddler, 2.5 year-old with some allergies and there are many options for him.
Lots of activities (minigolf, pickleball, splash pool, mini-beach, bike rentals) and large pool with water slide - overall more suited for bigger kids. For us, only thing missing is a playground with swings/slides.
2 restaurants on site, one fancier. Both are very tasty and lots of kid options.
Very good breakfast buffet with many options, though you need to wait 30-40m for a table.
Shuttle accessible to Disney theme parks, but there's is no shuttle to SeaWorld.
Rooms very nice, great views, comfortable.
Definitely worth coming back with kids, ideally for 4-12 but very happy to have done it with our toddler!

Great place to stay
Be prepared to pay an extra $100 a day for parking and resort fee. Those fees should be added into the price on the front end so the total price per day isn’t so misleading. Also, when it rains all day, the resort fee should be credited since you can’t use any of the stuff they’re supposedly charging you for.

Our favourite hotel whilst in Disney. It’s more modern than all the Disney Resorts and yet half price. Breakfast is amazing.

Christmas vacay at Grand Cypress

The service was exceptional. From the valet, front desk, housekeeping and staff at the lake house restaurant, everyone was amazing. It was such a great place to stay. Comfortable and quiet rooms and conveniently located to the airport and theme parks. Great amenities and resort activities. We highly recommend the Hyatt Grand Regency Cypress

Amazing stay
We loved our stay! Easy check in, room was exactly what we expected, clean and lovely! Lots to do with the family from bike riding to canoeing, beautiful cave pool and yummy food! We wished we had stayed longer. Will definitely come again!

It was an amazing experience. The staff were so polite and friendly. The grounds were so beautiful and kept up so well. We loved the swimming pools and caves. The heated pool was awesome! The hotel room itself was very large and clean. So close to to drive to Disney. We will stay at this hotel again for sure and can't wait to go back!

This is just our favorite place in Orlando. Its location, very quite place, nearby Disney Springs, comfortable rooms, and the staff at Lakehouse restaurant is just amazing. So friendly. We love this hotel.

The property has many areas to offer for all ages. Close to shopping and most Orlando attractions within 20 minutes at the most. One of the most important aspects of this venue is how clean the room and all areas were always this is noticeable instantly. Will definitely come back.

Great stay. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and activities. Putt-putts, trails, boats, biking were all great ways to enjoy the day. Grounds are meticulously maintained.
Plan to enjoy the breakfast buffet. Skip the dinner. Pool was unheated and too cold to enjoy, but the view and deck were lovely.

A very large property containing lots of stairs or hills to navigate to get to the pool area. Beautiful pool and very inviting but unfortunately not heated for a trip in November. The water was very cold and many guests stayed out of the water.
Many dining options but be sure to make a reservation or you will encounter a long wait for a table. We were able to dine at the bar and pick up food at the market. Service at the bar was great and the food was fine.
The room was very nice and spacious. It was very clean and pretty. There were some problems with the cable on the tv so many stations were unavailable or cutting out for over 24 hours and the tvs are not smart tvs so a solution was limited or none at all.

I pretty steep downgrade from the Grand Cypress I stayed in 100 times 20-30 years ago. The designers in the remodel failed to make it feel as comfortable as it did originally

We came for our anniversary weekend. Had a beautiful room on the 16th floor with a view of the Disney fireworks. Pool was fantastic, the bar and pool staff were very attentive and made our pool day relaxing. All rhe staff were gracious and friendly. We will be back!

This was my first time in 22 years that I was able to take a trip with my children (ages 22 and 12). We had a Blast. I appreciated being able to show them that there is more to life and the Hyatt Regency Grand was able to accommodate the experience I was looking for. 10 Stars!

There was not much of anything walkable so we used Uber. We spent our evenings about two miles away at Disney Springs which was filled with entertainment and food. It was wonderful.

Been coming here since the late 90s w/ my dad and started bringing my children here as an adult as a family 10 yrs ago.
It’s still great. Service is amazing, location amazing, food the same.
