We waited nearly an hour at the airport for our shuttle, and after calling three times, a shuttle finally came, but then took us to the wrong hotel. There is a mixup somehow with phone numbers.
When we finally arrived at our hotel, the staff seemed unconcerned, and then denied that we even had a reservation. We showed them paperwork, and then they found our room. The rest of our party ( separate room), had the same experience several hours later, with “no room available”, even though we had checked their room when we arrived.
It was nice to have a shuttle to take us to dinner ,and we asked for the correct return call number. After dinner ,we called the given number, and the wrong shuttle arrived. The driver (all the shuttle drivers were exceptionally cooperative and kind) nicely took us to our hotel.

The front desk clerk (Sunday 1/21/24, around 11:30 am) was very kind and accommodating. She offered us an early check in option and explained all the services and amenities to us. She was friendly and helpful, and after a long journey, I truly appreciated her extra attention and kindness.

The lady who checked us in (I believe it was Tian) was rude and seemed very unhappy to be at work. She was on her phone leaning against the counter when we arrived and did not greet us. When I returned to ask for a shampoo refill for our room, she was nowhere to be seen and the bus driver came and helped me. The hotel is very clean and a bit noisy, but our check in experience with Tian was plainly unprofessional. They also charge for parking, so I do recommend the Hampton down the road over this one.

Ghost town. No shuttle to pick me up from the airport. The room was freezing when I arrived - 58 and no amount of changing the control could get the heat to come on. Cold water in taps. Shabby and cheap. Bed was comfortable.

Expensive for what you get
Pros: Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Building was secure so we felt safe. Front desk clerks were very nice and provided excellent service. Shuttle was great and driver was very nice.
Cons: Found dried food from previous guests under table. Shower shelf broken with bolt sticking out that could hurt someone. No fan in the bathroom. Bathroom door does not close all the way so there’s no privacy while pooping. No overhead light so we couldn’t see very good.

They declined to send airport shuttle after giving me their contact card and told me to call when I was at the pickup area at seatac airport.
They said that driver went home. I called before the cut off time as well. They told to get an uber.
I grabbed another hotels shuttle and had to walk 4 blocks in the rain back to Hampton.
I will never return and will never recommend this hotel

The check in and out process was smooth and every employee I interacted with was great. The only issue was cleanliness of our room. We had mold in our bathroom and there was some staining on our pillows and random hairs in the bathroom. I liked how close it was to the airport.

I mostly enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn in Seatac, Washington. I especially loved the free breakfast, which was included in my stay. It was delicious, and there was a nice and clean dining area where you could eat. I also chose to stay here because it was near the Seatac Airport and also because I could easily walk to Angle Lake, which was right across the street from the hotel. Angle Lake is beautiful. The only thing I didn't like about my stay was the parking area by Hampton Inn. In my opinion, it could have been better.

No after hours airport transport. They sent me a Lyft link however, it will only pick me up at the airport and not at the rental car. Return where I was after hours I needed to get back to the room quickly for an early flight and didn’t have time to take multiple shuttles. I was not informed that I needed to go to the airport so when the Lyft went to the wrong location and not to where I was, it was not helpful. I needed to call my own Uber and pay the fee because I had my son with me as well, and we needed the rest and to get back to the hotel quickly for an early flight. Other than that the experience was great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and satisfactory. The airport shuttle in the morning was great and everything else worked out fine.

The breakfast was very poor. Don’t plan on anything in the plus range. Some of the front desk folks were very helpful, some were bored with their job. The shuttle was on time and reliable. The morning front desk person worked to get us the room location we had asked for in our reservation and we appreciated. Overpriced for the age of the hotel but that’s the nature of travel now.

Customer service was bad, the lady in the front desk seemed to be mad. The only nice thing I can say is that across the street from the Hotel there's a really nice park. I will never stay at Hampton again. I was charged for two rooms and they refused to give me a refund. I give them one star for terrible service.

The hotel staff was nice. The one concern that we had was old smelly carpet. And the STRONG smell presence of FABULOSO Lavender. Overly strong and so much of it that it was nauseating.

Check in clerk didn't want to get us a shuttle. Tables in dining area nasty with old dried on food. Staff are cleaning the tables by spraying a can of lysol on them and wiping. Pretty sure the chemical particles spraying in the air while people are eating is against health code. Shower curtain too short on width...ended up flooding bathroom.

Clean, quiet place, and nice rooms.
We made a last-minute reservation. The rooms were clean.
The staff was friendly, but at check-in they didn't inform us that in order to have our rooms clean we must call Housekeeping and request service ;(. They should have asked us upon check-in if we wanted Housekeeping to clean the rooms. The drain in the shower was plugged, there was no water in the fridge, other than that I can't complain. Beds and pillows were comfortable. My son liked the breakfast.

My daughter and I checked in late. Upon arrival, we were told the rooms with two beds were sold out
even though we booked the room with two beds. We slept on king bed. Then we couldn't access to the wifi. It was late, and we didn't want to go to the front desk about it, so waited until the morning. Overall, the room was clean. The hotel was close to the airport, but it was annoying and inconvenient we couldn't sleep on the separate beds and there's was no WiFi.

We booked a room with a king bed and a sofa bed only to discover the "sofa bed" was a chair (wide enough for one person). It didn't recline or pull out & we were going to be charged $50 for a roll-away bed. The desk clerk ultimately gave us the roll-away for free, but it was super frustrating, given we paid extra to have this type of room.

My wife and I arrived on a late (and delayed) flight from Chicago and that was after a long drive from Northern Indiana (on EDT).
All we wanted was a timely shuttle ride from SEA, and a clean room.
Even though it was not disclosed anywhere in the Expedia on-line reservation process, the airport shuttle stops running at 11pm. Well that was a surprise so we were forced into a $30 cab ride. After arriving to the Hampton Inn, the lobby entry door was locked.
I will NEVER use Expedia again. Will gladly spend the $30 on a full service hotel.

Very nice hotel, with lovely landscaping. The light rail is right next door. The room was nice, and stylishly appointed, although that sliding barn door on the bathroom is just WEIRD. However, the huge shower was fabulous and the free toiletries were some of the best I've ever seen. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was a bonus. Airport shuttle really convenient. I'd stay again!

We stayed here two weeks prior to our vacation and unfortunately my wife left a blouse. Sadly, no one from housekeeping turned it in and it wasn’t located during our second stay. During our second stay we called for the shuttle service and provided our location, but as I waved down the driver based upon the number (42), color and hotel name the driver slowed down to tell me we had the wrong Hampton hotel. After confirming we were calling for the proper shuttle we decided to call a Lyft. As we arrived we saw the same driver and shuttle (42) at the hotel.

Terrible experience. The most unfriendly staff at any hotel I've ever been to. The lady at the desk was very unwelcoming, not smiling, seemed annoyed to answer my questions. Also the room is tiny and barely anywhere to even set/open my suitcase. The parking lot is so full we had to park ridiculously far away. Would NEVER stay here again. After an exhausting day of traveling, it'd be really great to not have to deal with rude people especially after paying over $200 plus a $50 deposit for a small crappy room.

Very nice place to stay.The only 2 things that I would like to say is one that the transportation if you want to go over to the other side of town isn't too good.
If you want Transportation uber is the best. Don't bother with yellow cab because they only go from the hotel or to the airport.
We found the hotel very clean very nice personalities. The hotel was a little shy on what they had 2offer for breakfast.
Breakfast was good very clean area.
Outside of that car, hotel stay and being in seattle was a four and a half stars.
If you're looking for a place to eat I strongly suggest The Crawfish Hub about 10 mins away uber.

Not very friendly staff. Room assigned has only around 1/4 size window w rooftop as the immediate view. We started to wonder if booking thru EXPEDIA had anything to do w room ass.bec.Ms Tu (sp?) commented : " oh you paid thru Expedia) and then gave us rm 339.
Also, Key door did not work! Inside and out! Ms. TU(sp?)is really rude. She reprimanded Mike in front of ppl that check out is at 11am but upon booking, it's 12nn. She did this when Mike's key did not work outside when we were checking out 15 minds before 12nn.(On separate occasion he needed to go down when key won't let us in in our room) . And i didn't even complain about the room assigned. I just lost it when she reprimanded Mike about check out in front of ppl checking out.
Expedia, l would really appreciate it if you can enlighten us about being given a fair treatment and good accommodations if booking thru your portal. This will also help others. For today, we booked thru Agoda to continue our day 2 stay here at International Urban. Liz and Mike Morasch
