Space Needle with granddaughters
Front counter people were super friendly and helpful. Room and facility was very clean. Very nicely located. 1 block from Mario’s Pizza and QFC grocery store. About 10 minute walk to the space needle. Nice selection for breakfast items. Bed was a little harder than we preferred, but acceptable.

Close to Climate Pledge Arena
I was in town for a Seattle Kraken game and this location was picked because it is so close to climate pledge arena. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was excellent. I’ll be staying here again for any and all concerts or games.

Really nice and clean rooms, having my name on the TV was a nice touch. We were on the first floor and it was very noisy in the morning as we were right by the common room for breakfast which starts at 6AM. We were out the night prior so found it disappointing being woken up at the break of dawn. Additionally there was no inside parking left in the garage and paid $30 to pay outside on the property which we could have just parked on the street for free. Finally the breakfast options was quite undercooked, the whole purpose why I had booked to have access to breakfast in the morning.

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very kind and professional. The breakfast in the morning had great options and the parking felt very secure. It was about 2 blocks from the Space Needle and MoPop. The only part I was a bit disappointed in was the bed and pillows...they were both too soft.

Stayed at their 2-bedroom suite on NYE w/ my family. Great view of downtown from the living room
and from their bedroom balcony, easy to shop at QFC and the kitchenette has a stove top if you wanted to cook. Both double beds were comfortable. A sofa bed was also available, and my son said he slept well on it. Only complaint is parking our full size car was very tight in their P1 garage, and we’re lucky we didn’t have any door dings. Next time we’ll probably just Uber for peace of mind.

We have a 2-room suite with 2 bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Breakfast and coffee was good. It's only a 8-min walk to Space Needle. There was a grocery store down the block from the hotel. It's very convenient.

It was a nice hotel. Walking distance from the Climate Pledge Arena. Breakfast was good. Not a lot of options but the few food items provided were good. The walls are super thin. We could hear the people upstairs and in the hallways so could not sleep very well. Otherwise, I would be giving it a higher rating.

The night in the hotel was not as expected. It was a room with the fire alarm without battery and we could heard the message "low battery" the whole night. (We figured ot out was an empty room below us, the next day after expend the whole night looking for that sound in oir room).
The staff was great!!

Very comfortable stay.
This Hampton-Inn & Suites is a very nice place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were very helpful in assisting us with public transportation needs. Located 1 mile + from downtown Seattle and it's day and night difference. Air doesn't smell as in downtown, you can actually enjoy the walk. This Hampton-Inn is a few blocks from Space Needle and one of the cheaper transportation to downtown - Monorail.
Only downside (perhaps) is that this is pet friendly hotel. The 1st night we were there, there was a dog barking for a few hours in the evening. We called the front desk asking to change rooms; but, they assured us they'll come up to take care of the issue. Also, that same time, there was some guests making vomit sound / vomiting really loud. But I believe security came up and took care of that issue as well. Not sure what that was.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Room was clean and kept clean throughout the stay. Bed was not very comfortable, but it's a hotel bed how much can you really ask for. Breakfast was fine, not great not terrible. Overall a very standard stay, no issues!

Large group of foreign students allowed to be loud and disruptive after 10 pm. Lobby staff did eventually send them to their rooms.. more on the disrespectful group, but I feel like staff should have reminded them to be quiet earlier. Bathroom had missing tile next to shower, and there was still toothpaste splatter all over sink as well as a large water mess on floor. Earlier staff were quick to resolve. I would stay again as it was otherwise clean. Breakfast was good

We did pretty good , the area is close to QFC marketplace where you can get anything, and also restaurant . Seattle center is a walking distance from the hotel . We can take a light rail from the Airport to
Westlake station take the monorail to seattle center which is just 1 stop from there you can walk to the hotel. A very good breakfast & staff are very helpful.

Loved my room etc except I could hear the people upstairs tromping around. One morning there was a domestic dispute on our floor. Please serve a variety of food for breakfast and not same eggs sausage everyday.

Great hotel and location. Minor paint chipping on the bathroom doors. Very bad insulation because we could hear everything around our room. Amazing breakfast. Staff was so helpful and accommodating. Overall 8.5 in my opinion.

The location was excellent. Usually when you purchase something of convenience you have to pay for it. This was in an excellent location, walking distance from, in our situation the Climate Pledge Arena, and shopping year the price was very reasonable. You have a choice of parking obviously like anywhere else in Seattle, that you can pay an additional price for or on the street or elsewhere but the option is afforded to you. The rooms were clean and spacious and although I had purchased a room with one King Bed at a less price since it was only for one night, they have me a room, for no additional cost with two queen beds. The continental breakfast was very good with a great combination and/or choice of food, depending on your personal daily breakfast habits, if any and was kept both hot and the area cleaned. I would highly suggest this hotel for all your travel needs be it for only a single night or extended period of time. In all my future endeavors my wife and I will be staying there.

Staff was outstanding - housekeeping, breakfast and front desk. I was well taken care of. Special shout out to Kathryn at the front desk for making my stay extra special. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone but especially to women traveling alone. I felt very safe in a city with a reputation for a high crime rate.

Convenient location for the things I wanted to see and do in Seattle. The room was poorly furnished with a sofa bed that was like sleeping on a box spring without the mattress. Appreciated the secure parking but $30 per night is expensive.

We got a suit and it was the best decision ever. It came with a kitchen, fully equipped. Everything was clean. Location was awesome, about 3 blocks from the space needle and with a supermarket on the next block, great if you have kids.
It room was clean and very spacious.

This property is quiet--on the far west side of Seattle-very near the space needle area. Good for those coming in for a cruise as one port is nearby. The staff, especially Yvonne, were very helpful and cheerful. Rooms are well designed and very comfortable. Parking is available. Public transport not to far to those who like to walk. Nice local restaurants and grocery nearby.

I booked a package with early arrival and the hotel does not accommodate like other hotels I’ve been to. Next time I will book hotel a day before and flight separately so I don’t have to go through all this hassle. We had to wait until 4pm to get checked in. We weren’t the only ones, the hotel lobby was full of early arrival guest like us. Horrible. The next day we go out to tour Seattle and came back to our room not serviced. This is the first hotel I’ve heard that customer needs to request the service. I called to at-least come take the trash that was over flowing and bring extra clean towels and that didn’t get done, so I had to call again in order to get someone to come right away. Ugh! This has been the first trip/hotel I’ve had that made me go through all that hassle.

We had a room for 4. A king size bed and a full size pull out couch. We had 3 in our party. Did not realize that the room was like a suite in that the couch was in one large room and the bed was in another large room separated by a door. I don't know if all the rooms for larger parties are similar, but this set up was ideal.

came here for the drake concert and it was 5 mins driving from the arena! great staff and awesome suite rooms. the only thing was the parking is kinda crappy and also someone let their dog poop by our door …. pretty gross. but everything went by smooth

Great Location - Great Service!!
Very clean and nice. Staff was very nice super helpful with a list of nearby restaurants, directions to local attractions, and info. Hotel is located in walking distance of the Seattle Center which is great as we were visiting the Space Needle and Chihuliy Glass Museum. Parking is available which was nice. AC in room worked great and was a big plus on these hot August days.

Accessible suite did not have handicap toilet height - very low.
Took two requests to repair sliding toilet seat and leaking shower head.
Very noisy - heard everything while seating on the bed from the checking desk, luggage storage, kitchen prep room, main lobby and street level. Asked for another room and there was no other room with two beds for two nights. I was told very quiet and should not be a problem later- there was noice at night at 1:30 am and then at 6:30 am the next morning as a tour bus loaded outside our bedroom window. Busy weekend with families and cruise ship passengers.
Room was very dark as below street level.
Parking a challenge for large vehicle. Parkade is mostly compact car - one with low ceiling heights. Had to wait to 11 pm to find a large enough spot outside on second night. Almost had to park on street.

The layout of the hotel is awkward; the elevators are down the 1st floor corridor, not in the lobby. The lobby is not attractive, mainly used for breakfast. Great location! The restaurant suggestions from the front desk were extremely basic. There were nice ones nearby that we found. I passed them on to the desk.

I didn't like that they didn't specified that we had to make appointments for housekeeping. We assumed they would clean our room daily but instead we didn't have our room cleaned until 3 days later when we finally asked! But other than that our experience was great.

Old and run down. Please replace your carpets! Breakfast was not impressive. Eggs were ok, potatoes were too soft, the only fruit was a few bananas and apples. Only one waffle machine and always a line of people waiting to use it. Room service was only by request due to lack of help. Location: It was a close walk to the space needle with a bus stop just across the street and grocery store next door. We've stayed at several Hamptons before, but this was the most disappointing at almost $300 a night.
