I was disappointed that when we returned in the evening, our beds were still unmade and our wet towels and washcloths had not been replaced. When we called the front desk, they said oh well, we only do housekeeping every other day.

Comfy place to stay.
Did not like that the ice machine was not working on 1st floor and 3rd floor. But Mia was kind enough to help but I refuse that. Shayle also was very nice.

Best and most helpful and friendly staff. Very clean and quiet. A variety of restaurants close by along with Hwy 10 easy on and off access.

Great property, the suite was very nice & modern. Having a balcony was a plus. Their breakfast was delicious. Only withdraw, if you are sensitive to noise, it is near a military base & the aircrafts fly VERY low & are EXTREMELY LOUD during the day!

I had the greatest stay! The breakfast was fresh and good. Angie is a magnificent employee.
I was upgraded to a suite that was perfect.

- Friendly staff, was welcomed by a friendly front desk
-parking, we had to park at the other hotel due to full parking
- area is very close to restaurants and shops
- our room was an accesible room- I was not aware of that upon booking other wise I probably wouldn’t have booked it.
The shower was very low the tv was placed oddly, the shower was accesible so some water splashed out.
- our room was right next to the elevator so the next morning it was very loud. We asked the front desk if there was by any chance other rooms available and our only option was to pay more for a different room.

Charged for EV chargers, said they would refund but then doubled the charge. Waiting for response.
First room had moldy smelling AC. They switched us after requesting to move. That I count as a plus.

My son and I made the trip to see NASCAR. We were not at the Hotel much, but I would recommend it. for us it was close to the airport and not far from the race track. Breakfast was nice to have each morning. Great coffee!

This is a hotel conveniently located close to shops and restaurants. It would have been nice if they provided free EV charging for guests. They want to charge $40+ for overnight charging which is ridiculous.

It was ok. The layout was rather clumsy as the elevators are hidden in a corner. The room i stayed in on the 3rd floor had a faulty connection making it impossible to use the lamp and microwave.

Great staff experience
This was a last minute reservation and needed to check in early which they accommodated. They were nice during check in and check out and answered all questions. I was really impressed with the housekeeping staff which were all very nice; it seemed like they were a team. Didn't get the try the breakfast because we checked out early but they had snack bags available for us which was nice.

I like that the property was clean/safe. I didn’t like the fact that we had to request for the room to be cleaned and request extra towels. Breakfast was fine, I wish hashbrown, scrambled eggs and bacon were served instead of cheese omelettes. Thank you.

Super convenient

Everything was great! Only thing that needs improvement is the Tv, it was so hard just to change channels with the remote.. seemed to not be working.. I was hoping they had smart tv so I could stream instead of watching basic cable. Other than that everything was perfect.

Overall nice hotel
The hotel is conveniently located nearby to the 1-10; the area has many restaurant options/shopping options. There were plenty of parking spots available. The AC worked well so I was able to sleep soundly. The room was clean (king bed) and the shower (hot water/water pressure) worked well.

Unhappy w/booking, happy w/hotel
I had booked a king suite w/whirlpool & balcony. When I got to my room there was No whirlpool or balcony. Front desk said because I booked through hotels.com they only booked a suite and they didn’t have any rooms with those things available. It was highly disappointing as I booked that room for those reasons and my receipt said whirlpool/balcony. The front desk was amazing though I was feeling sick and they actually brought a couple of bottles of water to me, so I didn’t have to go all the way downstairs.

The AC unit in my room was way too loud. No way to keep it on (at a low cooling rate) and was too hot to keep it off. Made sleeping difficult with it going on and off all the time.

Alergy unfriendly...
I am alergic to laundry washed in high chlorine and harsh detergents. I sufferd from welts and massive itching from sleeping in your beds and using your bath towels .... I wish you would offer non alergenic accommodations. Double rinse mild detergents no chlorine would be helpful.

Stayed for one night for my son’s baseball tournament . Clean and friendly staff .. entire hotel has to evacuate at 6 am as fire alarms were going off .. organized and everyone felt safe . Little pricy

The rate at front desk was something like $148.00 plus tax! I was charged by Expeadia $208.00 and change on my Credit card(Visa) plus $10.00 by Hampton Suites for what I don’t know! This is not right!

Breakfast needs improvements.
Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Only negative was their breakfast. For a 4 night stay they only had scrambled eggs once and never had biscuits and gravy. It was basically the same breakfast everyday which was waffles, cereal, oatmeal and pre-made egg omelettes.

This place is chaos. There was roof construction going on for my entire visit. My room was on the top floor and i was woken to the sounds of boots, power tools, and shouting right above me every weekday of the 10-day stay. The staff gave me no warning about this. Also, there was a bunch of hair from the previous occupant stuck to the shower door. And despite being told housekeeping was by request only, I had to get out of bed naked and hold my door shut while housekeeping tried to open it. It was about the least relaxing stay at a hotel or motel I've ever had.

We were not able to get the room we reserved due to maintenance on the property roof. That same construction caused the pool and hot tub to be closed for our entire stay. Those were the reasons we selected this location. Throughout the stay the roof repairs started before 8am, and debris hit our windows constantly. Plus the vehicles used during the repairs were right next to the guest vehicles, dropping debris.
