Clean. Close to a lot of eating choices. Big parking lot. Breakfast was nice for a free hotel breakfast. Our room was on the first floor right at the front of the hotel so we heard all of the cars coming and going from the parking lot as well as the traffic at the street, but actually slept great as it seemed to quiet down as it got later, but if you have difficulty sleeping definitely request a room away from the parking lot. Bed was comfortable.

Large room, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast selections were plentiful and we appreciated having tea, coffee, and hot water available 24/7. We will be traveling to Peoria often to see our son, and this hotel will be our go-to.

Enjoyed our stay.
it was on over night stay. Check in was great and lady was was very nice and helpful. Both rooms were great and love that we had snacks and drinks in our room. Pool was warm so our kids were able to go swimming in the evening. The breakfast was also great!. Overall, i would reserve a room here again.

I didn’t like that my sisters pillows smelled like a man laid on them, and the tub was stained.. or how while we were sleeping a pipe busted and the bathroom floor and counter flooded which forced me to throw away some clothes and make up. I asked to be on a lower floor in the first place but was told floor 1 and 2 were full…

Great location right off the freeway. Morning breakfast was good, hot coffee and food each day. Friendly staff, free water and chocolate chip cookies in the lobby. Lots of parking. Only downside was the first room we were in was VERY stinky…. Like sweaty, musty smelling and the AC didn’t work very well but they switched our room right away when we asked and the second room was much better.

Omg.. the Beds are so firm i could not sleep well. Felt like hips on the springs. For it being a Hampton Inn and paying over 200.00 a night the beds would be better..!!!

I will stay here again
Great location, full service bar and restaurant. You can hear the waves, ocean and critters that go with it. Building is a little dated but it’s not what I’m staying there for. You just can’t beat the views.

This was a really nice little place. Extremely affordable. There is so much within such a short walk in any direction. They are pet friendly and were very accommodating. The included hot breakfast was a nice touch. I would definitely return.

IThe A/C was either hot or freezing. There were no instructions and no way to regulate a temp in the room. The room coffee maker is kind of a joke... the coffee provided plastic piece does NOT stay in place and coffee and water was all over the counter.

I was pleasantly surprised by this Hampton Inn for the most part. I hadn't stayed in one for many years and was nervous, but we needed to be in the area for a birthday party. The property was well maintained, our room was clean, and the bed was decently comfortable. The shower got hot enough and the pressure was pretty good.
Although we didn't eat the complementary breakfast, I did walk through the area and there was a decent enough selection for a quick breakfast. The fitness center was also pretty well stocked- 3 treadmills, an eliptical, a couple of stationary bikes, a spin bike, a cable machine, and a full set of dumbbells up to 50s.
The only real downside was that apparently you have to schedule housekeeping to come clean your room- which we weren't told during check in. Luckily, the cleaner was nice enough to give us fresh towels and emptied our trash and gave us trash can liners.
Checking in and out was a breeze and the cost was fair. Lots of options for food around the hotel as well.

The property itself was good, had most of the same amenities as others in the area and was really close to great restaurant options. We did have one issue that I felt went uncared for. We got in late after dinner, tired after a day of travel my wife wanted to take a bath. She filled the tub after having issues getting the stopper to close, then once it closed it wouldn't open to drain. It was late and we had an early morning ahead of us so we waited will morning to see if would slowly drain enough for me to at least take a shower, nope, still full. At check out I told the lady at the front best and barely got a "Sorry". Check your bathrooms before it gets to late.

Downhill.
Housekeeping did not come every day as expected.
When they didn’t come to the room, they cleaned the room and did not leave any toilet paper.
The air conditioning went out in the hallways for one day at least so it was very hot.
Overall cleanliness of the hotel was substandard.
No bags were left for the ice bucket in the room.

This hotel was close to shopping and restaurants.
I thought the rooms were just average. The carpets were dirty.
They charged for parking which I was unaware of when I booked the reservation. I probably would not stay here again.

Check-in was prompt and room was very clean. My second night the air conditioner woke me up with the fan making a very loud noise. I turn unit off, turned back on 10 minutes later with the same noise occurring. I decided to go back to sleep as I felt room would stay cool enough until morning. Notified front desk at 6:20 am and said I would be out of room at 9 am for repair technician to have entry. At 8 am I decided not to stay additional night as I was actually checking out by 10 pm that evening. They not only didn't complain about my not staying my last night they did not charge me for night with A/C problem. I did not expect that and I appreciated it. Recycling bins in lobby I loved for recycling my paper and plastic goods. Only recommendation is checking hot plate in breakfast area, as the potatoes, eggs and sausages being served did not appear to be kept at high enough temperature. Staff very courteous. I was in Phoenix for the funeral of a close family member.

The bathroom looked pretty rugged. Weird marks on the ceiling, also big patches of drywall on the ceiling that looked as they were going to fall on you at any second. The breakfast was nasty. Nothing fully cooked and the person who was restocking was coughing while bringing the food out.

The room had that fresh chemical clean smell, with stains on the carpet; when the chemical smell faded there was a moldy smell to the room. Had to use shower towel and another towel to keep water off of the rest of the bathroom floor. The hotel was booked so we were put it the Accessible room without the abilty to change rooms. This is the older Hamton, we will stry the newer one the next time we are back in the area.

It was a coincidence that the pool/spa was closed for the New Year's weekend!!! all of the lights in my room did not work, that was reported to the front desk right after I checked in and never addressed. Water pressure was terrible in the room.

It was just ok, but I won’t stay here again.
I honestly felt unsatisfied with our overall stay here. It was just ok. Firstly, the room was so close to the neighbor, that I heard him move around, his phone conversion, the tv blasting, the shower running. That was just all unnecessary. The rooms also felt… surface clean. Look closely and see finger prints on the doors, a grayish bottom in the shower tub and the hallway in level 5 had a strong funky smell every night of our 4 night stay. Other than check in, and the blonde haired lady at the breakfast area, no one said hello or looked at us. It was just strange… & uninviting. I did request house cleaning every night and that was nice to have trash cans emptied and towels refilled.

This hotel was in a great location, near lots of restaurants and things to do. Check in was fast and easy. The hotel was clean, and our room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was a little hard for our preference. You could hear a little street nice but not when the heat was on so not a problem for us. Breakfast was good. Nice variety. Would stay here again.

We stay at this hotel when in the Phoenix area. Rooms are good, and the buffet breakfasts provided are good.
One problem we had this time was noisy neighbors after 10PM. A call to the office got it taken care of.

My stay was ok due to the inconvenience of waiting almost 40 minutes to re-fill the breakfast area nothing was done. There was only one person trying todo everything. Tire of waiting and I just decided to go have breakfast to a restaurant next door.

I always enjoy staying at a Hampton Inn because the beds are always so comfortable. This was the first time that our bed was a bit lumpy and the bed frame cracked everytime my husband shifted in bed. Hopefully this is replaced. Other than that the rest of hotel was great.
