It was Dirty, loud, TV didn’t work. Called down to ask about it , they said they will send a maintenance person, never did . Asked for clean towels and extra pillows, was told they didn’t have any so had to use dirty towels everyday. I’m not sure how it got a high rating cause this hotel was awful.

The room had an air conditioner that was faulty and wouldn't put out heat or air. It was freezing at night. The one bed when you sat on it, the mattress would flip off the bed frame.
The hotel lobby smelled like bug spray and was not clean. WE didn't bother to stay given the fact they couldn't move us and we got another hotel, bi which the service was impeccable! I will work with hotel.com to get my money refunded. I have stayed at other Hampton Inn's and been very happy. This hotel fails by comparision.

Everyone was so friendly, the rooms were spotless, the breakfast bar was excellent. They allow pets, which is hard to find places that take pets. I will be staying there again, as we visit often to see my mother in law.

The first night the ac wouldn’t turn off and made loud noises off and on throughout the night. The iron leaked when we used it and there were black stains on the ironing board. The breakfast was great.

They do not service room daily bfast is not really worth it they had eggs and waffles daily some days had sausage. They do not have complimentary coffee or hot water throughout the day. When I asked for our room to be serviced they did it once in our five day stay. I could have gotten better elsewhere for the price point next time will make sure of it.

This hotel was great for being near the outskirts of Chandler. Construction was taking place at the time, so most of the renovations were a little bothersome. Otherwise, great place to stay!

Blocked up sink
The bathroom sink would not drain at first. I played with the stopper a bit and whatever was blocking it, finally let loose.

The old air conditioning unit on floor was very loud and kept me awake. Switched rooms once but same thing. Hotel currently being renovated so carpets in hall covered in paper etc.

We had no water the 1st morning for over 2 hours.
Our A/C was also not working and we had to ask them 3 times to fix it.

Housekeeping Is Lacking
Unfortunately this property isn't receiving high marks. The first room I was given via the online room Digital Key selection, had not been cleaned. The second room I was given had trash in one of the bins, and an open soap bar on the sink. In general I'm OK with the trash and the soap bar, bu-ut when I looked up and saw a hand towel stuffed around the smoke detector I was truly concerned and disappointed. When I brought the matter up to the front desk, they were very apologetic and worked to remedy the problem.

Stayed for 3 days and never got housekeeping. The first day I asked for a housekeeper to clean a sticky floor and was told no because they o Lu came every other day, so I got on my hands and knees and cleaned it myself. Also emptied my trash and cleaned the headboard of some thick sticky stuff. On the third night I still had a dirty room and found out my room had never been on the housekeeper schedule. I ran out of towels and had to sleep in both beds because the sheets on the first bed were dirty. There were big bags of trash in front of the elevators every night and morning. BUT someone was always mopping the floor in front of the elevators!

I booked a room with a king bed, but was given a room with queen beds because the hotel was "over booked". Not sure how this happens or why I was selected for down-grading. Not coming back.

The location was perfect for what we needed for the one night. Check-in was a breeze. However, we got a handicapped room (we didn't request it) and the shade for the window was not working. We were moved immediately to a regular room. Wifi was terrible. We kept losing the connection. I came down a little after 9AM to grab some juice, and I believe it was a manager, who was putting breakfast stuff away and said she couldn't give me any juice. I went to get hot tea and there was only one bag of tea left. However, the front desk was able to provide more tea options. The hotel seemed very unorganized and not so friendly.

Let me start by saying I would stay here again. But please know this is not a 5 star hotel. The good: the kind and attentive staff, the location (for our needs), the extra sofa bed (for our daughter), fridge and microwave in room, and the breakfast. The not-so-good: while it was clean ‘enough’ it was definitely not up to my standards of clean.

The hotel is in the midst of extensive renovation. It is still
open, clean, and easy to get to just off I-10. When the renovations are complete, it will be great.

Much of this hotel is under construction and while it didn’t create noise, it wasn’t all that nice to look at. Also service was great the morning I checked out but was only OK when I checked in.
Location is fantastic and the room was quiet and comfortable.

Terible room air conditioner. Yes it works, only took about 8 hours to cool room, Breakfast, please stop serving it, it was terrible. Renovation on my floor and the hallway just stinks.

The bed was too hard and the shower head was broken. And the staff didn’t put out enough breakfast I was at breakfast at 8:00am and the lady said she wasn’t going to put out more food. And the lady was eating the breakfast food.

I like everything about this hotel. I'm definitely coming back. The staff is super nice, the place is well maintained and very clean. There's always fresh coffee in the lobby. Location is great.

The location of the hotel was nice. The room was comfortable. The biggest issue was only one elevators was working and at 7am the day we were checking out there was hammering and banging.

Very kind and helpful staff. The kids loved the heated pool. We had to catch an early flight before breakfast but that area looked spacious and like they offered lots of choices. Our room was perfect...king bed plus pull-out couch. Worked great for a short stay with 3 kids. Everything was clean. We would stay here again.

We booked a king suite for the pull out couch. We were given a king standard with no couch and no substitute. The entire room then stunk of cigarette smoke. Overall horrible night.

Staff was very nice. Main issue was no hot water, only warm, like eating for your hot water heater to replenish after a group of showers. They had to fix the shower handle that didn’t work, which they did. But no HOT water only warm and it was 42 degrees in morning.

The towels provided were dirty and we were charged an extra 15 dollars for parking per day which was not indicated in the original price. The room was shabby and water from the shower kept leaking past the shower curtain onto our floor.

The hotel is conveniently located off of the I-10 freeways. The staff was friendly for the most part. My room was not cleaned thoroughly before check in. I always walk through the room upon arrival and there were 2 towels from the previous guest hanging up on the hooks next to the shower along with hangers.

The hotel is located in an excellent location for food and shopping. Denny is a few feet away and there’s a Rudy’s BBQ within walking distance.

Got a cigarette smelling room which was terrible, staff was helpful trying to take the smell away but had to eventually switch rooms. Smoke detector inspection happened in the morning while I was showering. Overall disliked my stay.

This hotel was very clean and easy to get to. We weren’t there long enough to enjoy breakfast, the pool, or the gym, but all areas were very nice. They did charge us an extra 15 dollars for parking, which seemed rather silly since there were really not a lot of cars in the parking lot.

Sneaky Parking Fees no one likes
Sneaky self parking charges at this property . You have to dig very far into the terms to find it . The reservation process should be more transparent .
I think I’ll skip using Hotels.com for awhile . They are just as guilty by not clearly stating all fees . No one enjoys hidden fees but these properties don’t realize guests just plain won’t come back if they feel taken advantage of

I truly enjoyed my stay. There was a situation that transpired with my room 🙁upon check-in. However Thanks to Savanah front desk clerk hopped on it right away. Besides that the room was very clean, bed and pillows A , staff was friendly, full breakfast was tasty 😋, I utilized the gym..Overall rating 8-9. But one thing I was unable to utilize the jacuzzi it had mold in it. Yes, I would stay there again..
