Friendliest Hotel
This was by far the friendliest tribe of staff we have encountered in our many hotel stays! We were very impressed with how eveyone said hi and asked about our start so far. The front desk clerk even text me to see if we needed anything!! I would highly recommend to anyone!

Hampton Inn
The hotel employees are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast choices are good. Kelsey was very fun to have in the breakfast room, she made sure she talked to everyone, made sure if you needed anything she would get it and as soon as someone got up and left she had the seats and the table cleaned and disinfected. The only thing I would change would be the pillows, you might want to bring your own unless you like flat pillows.

For being very near the interstate it is quiet. Breakfast OK, beds OK, staff very nice and attentive. A decent hotel, decent value and comfort. Worked for us.

What you want in a hotel.
What do you want in a room? To open a door and feel welcomed as it is clean. Next, is to sleep in a bed that is comfortable with a quiet room. Then, you want to have a morning shower that will tend to make you feel awake. Second trip out west I have stayed here and I will do it again. The breakfast food was good.

Very dog friendly which was awesome! The hotel was quiet and clean. My only negative was the fact that we were told 6-10am breakfast hours and I went down at 9:15 and they were closed. This was really frustrating

The good thing about the hotel is it’s proximity to I 70 as we are traveling CO to GA and we need a stop over to rest for the night. The property is nice and decent and in a good location. The room is sealed with sanitation and cleanliness stamped, however, to our surprise when I was putting a bottle of water inside the fridge there was a food to go tray inside which we presumed was from a previous guest. A guest has left food and the housekeepers never checked the fridge, so what else they did not check. This is a Hilton Hotel and we were disappointed by their supposedly clean and sanitized room.

The area around the hotel felt unsafe and was worried about my car being broken into.
Check-In staff was polite and professional.
When I first walked into the room I smelled mold, mildew and damp. I Found bugs in the room and there was 2 different color hairs in the bathroom.
Did not eat breakfast after seeing the condition of the room for safety reasons.

Best choice for a solo woman
Superb staff. I was driving from Denver to St Louis to help my father who just broke his leg and I couldn’t have asked for kinder, more caring, or more helpful front desk or breakfast staff. Everything was very clean and the parking lot was well lit; I felt very safe as a woman on my own and highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent experience for my daughter and me. The staff was friendly, helpful, and offered service with a smile. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of variety, and Bev in the mornings was very pleasant and welcoming in the dining room. If we're ever in the area again, we will be returning to this hotel.

ALL Staff were some of the friendliest I’ve encountered. Maintenance man even helped my husband clean ice off our car after a storm. Very accommodating when we had to extend our stay an extra night to make sure we didn’t have to change rooms. Only drawback was a little noise from the room above.

Does not look like a traditional Hampton In. We’ve stayed in tons. Pictures on the wall looked more suited for a college dorm (football players and pictures of the football field). Cheap furniture and not what we’ve always experienced with Hampton Inns, Room was not as big as all the others we’ve stayed at. Bathroom floor was sticky. No bath mat. Someone sprayed cleaner all over And didn’t wipe it up so the tissue box was wet with cleaner so they were ruined There were also dogs everywhere. They were on the first floor (saw six) and also on the third floor where we stayed. We’ve never had an experience like that. Didn’t think they even allowed pets . Not that we hate pets, but it just doesn’t seem that clean with dogs all over the whole hotel. Bed wasn’t like most Hampton inns (the reason we stay only at Hampton inns is mainly for the comfortable beds. (This one wasn’t ). Went down to front desk twice and there was no one there. Waited for fifteen minutes and nobody showed up. Same thing at check out no service. Very disappointed

It was terrible from the moment I stepped into the lobby at 2am to check-in! No employee(s) around, a sign that said ‘Be Right Back’, no one showed up except the creepy person who was watching me thru the intake vent on the ceiling next to the elevator. The worst part was that I saw the person put the intake vent cover back to its resting position!!!! I got the hell out of there and needless to say, we did NOT stay!

Great place. Amazing friendly staff. No frills but perfect. Clean, quiet, close to freeway, comfy bed, roomy room. 15 minutes from Kauffman stadium, Starbucks nearby. Earlier check in and later check out than most hotels. Would highly recommend and will stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the exterior of the hotel needs maintenance. As seniors, we are very fall conscious. The luggage cart barely fit thru the narrow back door and the pavement of the ramp to the parking lot and the parking lot both had uneven and potholed pavement. a big plus was virtually no freeway noise despite the location close to the interstate.

Staff exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Always courteous. Room delightful. Full hot breakfast was a sweet surprise.
Most difficult part was parking. Small lot and we had a truck w trailer and had to park in another lot bc not enough parking. And the elevator was broken but front staff brought my heavy bag up the stairs. Most thankful to the front desk gentleman who brought my suitcase up 3 flights of stairs!
