Good location for the planned activities and close to family! Front desk staff (Stacy) is a gem. I stayed on 1/8/25 & 1/13/25 for one night (before/after my cruise), and both times she greeted my husband and I with a smile and a welcoming spirit.
Much appreciated after a day of travel.

Great hotel and close to shopping areas. Variety of options for breakfast and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel for short or long stays with family. The kitchen came with utensils and dishes which was very helpful.

Good Stay. Had Everything We Needed. Pool Was Not Heated And In The Shade. Not The Best Experience With The Front Desk Overnight. Room Dishes Could've Been A Little Cleaner, But Overall Not Bad. I'd Stay Again

Breakfast looks varied, but the offer is the same every day, and eggs and sausage are always cooked the same way, so it gets tiring for a long stay. The rest of this hotel was great. They have friendly and attentive staff. Thank you.

Amazing property, super clean and you could tell that they take pride in making it a clean, cozy and comfortable property . I always stay here when I visit Orlando . Had a bad experience at the embassy suites and they were available, saved the day and I have always enjoyed going here since

It was not the hotel I have a problem with it was a person or people working with Expedia!!!Ive been dealing with Hurricaine Milton thats the reason weve had to stay in hotels but you guys booked me with a hotel that had no a/c no power because of the hurricain.I tried to get a refund to get another hotel but I was told if i wanted to do that I would have to pay a $80 cancelation fee right then in order to do so.I cant get tp my house .The road tomy house and driveway is under water no power,damage to my house no place to stay because you guys are charging me for something out of my power.I understand why you have a no refund policy but because of something like this where you can call the hotel to validate what i am saying and have compassion for people who are already struggling because of the hurricaine Milton this should of been handled another way instead of charging for the whole price of me not staying at a hotel that you guys should of been aware of.Because of this and not to mention i was hung up on 3 times but your "customer service"I will never reccomend your company

Convenient Stay.
TownePlace is a wonderful place, sparking clean, also the hot breakfast in the morning in killer! Also nice to get a fresh chocolate chip cookie every afternoon. The only thin I wish was different was the TV menu just showed channels and not program, ask front desk a couple of time but I guess it was never checked. Also walkable to several restaurants.

Clean. Friendly. All basics very good. No frills. Only real problem is breakfast hours stop too early for travelers on vacation paying big dollars for hotel night. Should consider breakfast til 10 am minimum. Thank you.

The room had a smell that was not pleasant. We were there 3 days and housekeeping did not come at all. They were supposed to come the second day per instructions I sent at their request. Breakfast was pretty good the one day we ate it. It closed at 9 so we didn’t get there in time the other two days.

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was wonderful, my kids loved making their own waffles. The room was quiet and comfortable. Beds were clean and comfortable and the shower was very soothing. Lots of storage to pull out clothes and having the kitchenette was very convenient for us.

Highly recommend, we were in town seeing family, great location. Only negative is that they waaaay over charge for necessaries, drinkes, etc but there are 2 convience stores within walking distance. Breakfast was very good, the ladies that prepare were very good.

We had a great stay. Bed was comfy, good breakfast, place was nice and clean, did a refresh of our room when asked, close to a lot of attractions, a lot of restaurants and everything we needed. Cute little city about 30 minutes from Orlando and only 50 minutes from Daytona Beach

Horrible assistant manager
Trip was great except for the young lady that was the assistant manager on Saturday night. My key stopped working and she was incredibly rude and put out that I needed assistance. Completely unacceptable treatment of a guest.

We just loved this place! A lot less costly than staying right in Orlando, and the bang for the buck was well worth a few extra minutes of driving. Safety and cleanliness are my top priorities, and everything was good there. The pool and workout center were nice, I just wish there were a hot tub, but oh well. The room amenities were awesome, we loved the full kitchen, all the way down to a dishwasher! Beds were very comfy. Breakfast was included, and was pretty typical. We enjoyed the oatmeal bar and fresh waffles. Parking was free and easy. We will absolutely be booking here again in the future!

My room was big enough however I had a used doche in the bathroom drawer! Then underneath the bed it was a old spray bottle! I told the front desk of all of my concerns and nothing they ask me why I didn’t tell somebody the night before I found all of this Saturday morning and as soon as I seen it I went to let them know

Very Nice Place to Take a Vacation
We stayed in a king size bed with kitchen area. If i had a re do we would of got the 2 queen size beds. Our room was wonderful, but I think the other room has more room. The room was very nice. We did not use anything but the coffee maker, but there was everything you needed to help yourself with fixing meals. We were on the 4th floor. Never was woke up by noise. Pool area was a dream. Beautiful flowers, close to restroom, just what a vacation needs. My only small disappointment was that the laundry area needs to mark the washing machines and dryers. In my opinion. I put $2 in what i thought was a dryer. Front loader, like the other dryer but this was a washing machine. No big deal. $4 to use a dryer for 10 minutes is not the worst experience. LOL.
Free Breakfast. Yes!! Coffee delicious.
We would definitely seek out another Marriott TownePlace Suites in the future.

The place was CLEAN and did not smell like so many other hotels that have cleaning issues for some reason these days. I dont care about local restaurants, amenities, shopping, etc. I travel for work, and I want a nice clean place to crash. This place had it all! Nice breakfast buffet too! Adam - Tampa, FL

The hotel allowed us to check in early as our trip on the auto train came in early. The hotel was clean and all the staff members were super friendly!!
