The stay was wonderful! Only this is the parking is sooooo expensive on top of paying to park everywhere else! Staff was very friendly, the VU bar was nice as well.

Sofi at the front desk was extremely rude. The look up and down when I first walked in is how we started. Then was condescending towards me because I was confused when she asked which hotel am I staying at. Because unbeknownst to me there were 3 hotels in that same location for that front desk to check in. Thought maybe she was having a bad day, but next day at check out, she was there again with the same bad, annoyed attitude. Especially annoyed that I wanted a printed receipt vs email. At that point I didn't feel like she would even care to know that I have been having email problems, hence the request for paper copy. Overall the property itself was nice, pool was clean, breakfast was good. But it sucks that the one person who's suppose to be the face that starts your vacation has such a negative attitude and puts a little damper on it. I get it, that people have stuff going on behind closed doors. But if the same courtesy is expected to be shown to her than she have shown to us as well. Because she doesn't know what we have going on behind closed doors and this little mini getaway was something that was needed more than she will ever know

Check in went very smooth. When we got into the room it was clean. They are definitely right on the eco part. The bedding was tucked way under the mattress which always worried me. I check for bed bugs and found none. The 4 pillows on the bed were hard as rocks. You imagine if they were filled with feathers it would be soft, but they weren't. Some adults were running and playing up and down the hall around 10pm. I asked them if they could play else where since I had a 3 year old sleeping. They were respectful and i didn't have anymore issues with them. I feel that since all three of the hotels were in the same building If we paid more for a room we would have had a more comfortable room. With all this being said the room was decent for a 1 night stay.

Myself and my boyfriend came up for a comedy show and picked the place based on the walking distance to the arena. I’m just glad that even though we only picked it for convenience it turned out to be wonderful the room was very large and we felt very safe with access to our floor only if your room was there. The night was so peaceful that it didn’t take long for us to fall asleep and breakfast was good because we didn’t have time to go anywhere else so I’m very grateful for the complimentary breakfast that was offered. Before we left we were already planning our next stay in April 2024. Can wait

Great location, convenient to subway lines
They allowed us early check-in since a room was available, which was great news for us. This was very convenient to the McCormack convention center and a very short walk to both the green and red subway lines.

Él estacionamiento dice que es de entrada y salida libre pero cuando le dije al empleado del estacionamiento de necesitaba uñ el carro porqué necesitaba guardar unas cosas (Justo después del check out) y me dijo que no, que no estaban buscando autos para guardar cosas, que si lo buscaban era para entregármelo. Pésima actitud. Tuve que irme porque no tenía donde guardar mis cosas y pagar estacionamiento en otro lugar, aunque aún me quedaban 5 horas de estacionamiento en este hotel.

I loved that even after checkout time they held our luggage so we could explore the city and also was able to use our parking pass and just Uber around was a bonus. There was no soap or paper towels in the common area.

Can we get some TP in here?
Had to request an extra roll of TP as it was running low. First request, went to the front desk and was told someone would bring it right up. Nothing was delivered that evening. Made a call the next day and was told again it would be sent up shortly. By third request ate that evening, face-to-face with front desk staff, I was really upset. The staff member handed over a roll she found in a nearby closet. There was no need for this simple request to have been so hard to fulfill. There should have been a full extra roll provided in the room when cleaning staff sees that the current roll of TP in an available room is already half-used.

The stay was enjoyable. We were in Chicago for a baseball game. We often stay at hotels on the Northside of Chicago so to stay on the Southside was a new and exciting experience.

Great place for a night in Chicago!
Stayed one night to attend a ballgame. Easy walk to the train, clean room, good breakfast in the morning. Easy parking arrangement, and, even though we didn't take advantage of it, it's nice that the valet rate includes 3 times in/out at no extra charge. Front desk personnel were very friendly! Would definitely stay again.

Very clean, super comfy beds. Check in/out was efficient. Would stay again. I didn’t use any amenities, we stayed because of an event at Soldier Field and wanted to be within walking distance.
There is only valet parking available, which is typical in this area. The lobby had a VERY strong fragrance in the air.

The room we had was terrific!!! New and up to date. The lobby area was not well kept… old looking, the furniture was damaged in the lobby.
We were suppose to receive at text explaining all the amenities etc. never came even after prompting. We also asked for some plates and napkins. Never showed up. Less than stellar customer service.

Really think they did a good job with the amenities, the cleanliness, and the staffing. Loved that we could get to the McCormick Place for our event so easily. Safety feels priority as well. Only con was the valet system. Waiting in a terrible line of traffic and the only reason to know why we were waiting was when I got out the car to investigate. I would to see a better system in place. Valet is way overly as well. But otherwise We had a great time and can’t wait to come back.

AC wasn’t running as cool as preferred. Seemed to only go to 69 degrees. Bathrooms weren’t restocked w/ extra tp and one conditioner bottle in shower was empty.

We had a great stay while attending yhe Beyonce concert at Soldier Field. It was about a 20 minute walk, which is best for any high traffic days. My biggest complaints are due to timing of amenities. We found out the rooftop was closed from like 10am-4pm. Unfortunately, we found that out on the last day, during thise hours. It should have been mentioned upon check-in. We also went down for "happy hour", which is displayed to be from 3-6pm. We arrived shorltly after 4pm and was told the bartender was on a break. The adjoined Starbucks also closed early that day for some reason. We couldnt win. Other than that, the room was nice and staff were all friendly.

Room for improvement
Problems: Room had a very unpleasant odor - a bit like mold. Lighting - for baby boomers - was insufficient, and no make-up (magnifying) mirror was provided. Breakfast was really disappointing - no fruit at all for 3 of our 5 days, long wait to refill coffee urns, very little 'healthy' foods and limited selection, watery oatmeal, all plastic dishware and utensils - NOT eco friendly. The staff were very pleasant and the place was clean but we just didn't think that it was worthy of the Hilton affiliation. I did appreciate the location because getting to the conference center and to the Hyatt was really easy in bad or windy weather. Re the location: There were a lot of very poor and 'down and out' people once you ventured out a bit, before getting closer to the downtown. This is always very sad.
Also - not very reassuring when a city must have a 'no guns' sign in parks where children play. Pretty scary for those of us not used to this mentality.

Nice hotel but missing the basics
This is a clean and modern hotel with some nice features in a centralized area. The issues we had were with customer service and some basics. We booked a room with a tub because we had a toddler. When we arrived they said the only room they had was a handicap accessible shower. They refused to compensate for the change. Leaving no alternatives, we took the room. To make this worse the handicap shower wasn’t installed correctly and when used the shower floods into the whole bathroom. Some other examples of missing the basics is failing to tell customers in advance that parking is $50 for the night. Lastly I’ll get to some miscellaneous things like instead renovating the pool they put a strange rubber covering on the pool floor and stained paint and carpeting.

My stay was kind of messy at the start, I was deducted almost 200.00 for a no call no show because somehow my arrival time was changed to Thursday 13th to Friday14th. I was due to arrive Friday the 14th check out on Saturday 15th. I made a call ahead of arrival currently still in my city to ask about the Discrepancy. I was told I would be refunded the money as long as I show to the front desk. I did that. The gentleman That waited on me was polite, however he tried to make me believe That I paid through a third party which was false because I had a book now pay at the hotel reservation. I had to call Expedia and the gentleman on the phone told me it was on them to refund me because of the reservation I booked for. Finally I was told that I would be refunded but it will take 3 to 5 days. In all I had to book another room which was another $345 and some change. I believe we were given a dirty room because of the feet smell with a cover of perfume that was unpleasant. My sister found some kind of sunflower seeds in her bed. We never saw a housekeeper to ask for face towels. We loved the view. The place we were going was walking distance. The staff were nice I will say.
Next door was a great roof top bar I enjoyed it. So I’m currently waiting for my refund and I’m hopeful that will happen. The rooms need more attention and cleaning staff. Over all it was an ok stay for just one night.

Hotel was very nice. Had a great breakfast in the morning and hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly. Be aware that it costs $60 to park your car. The only thing I was upset about was we were on a non smoking floor and the couple across the hall were smoking in there room and you could smell it throughout the entire floor of the hotel.

The female staff were very friendly and the male with the dreads the older man had the attitude as if we were bothering him.
Didn’t like that my beds were made and dirty from the previous guest first night we all slept in one bed after requesting fresh bedding three times then again the next morning before we left.

Hotel attached to Macormick pl convention center with Skywalk. Very reasonably priced for as nice a hotel that it is. Free hot breakfast in the morning. Except for the Chicago traffic getting there it was a very nice stay.

The property is conveniently located next to the McCormick place and the wintrust arena. It has tons of places to eat with walking distance. My family felt safe. Unfortunately Check in was hectic, there were tons of people waiting tocheck into their room. Even after 4pm because they weren’t ready (we arrived at 11am after being told we could have an early check in). All the staff was nice except for one lady wearing a burgundy wig. She had an attitude. The rooms are clean and smell nice but the beds are hard. Fridge in the room is extremely small, no microwave available. I asked for connecting rooms and ended up being on two separate floors which was a hassle for my family

Staff is friendly and rooms were very clean. Valet parking is $59 per day.I recommend this. You can come and go 3 times per day for that price. Otherwise parking is $47 per day and you have to pay that price every time you come and go. It is within walking distance of several good restaurants, too!

I stayed during the Christmas 2022 weekend. Room was clean, and as long as I’m in a clean hotel then I’m good. Breakfast was good. I would surely stay here again. Just know that valet parking is $59 a night and it is uncovered. I took a risk and parked on the street with no problem but that could be because it was the holiday weekend. Also, there is no room service.
