Nice setup, so loud
Our room’s toilet had a broken handle and would flush. There was no maintenance so we had to pack up our family at 10:30 at night as we’d just checked in and move to another room on another floor. Sleep was hard to come by as lots of child hockey players were staying there and were allowed to run the halls and stomp around until 1 - 2 am each night.

Rude guests but hotel is wonderful
Great place! Clean & comfortable. Only issues were Rude Guests that made way too much noise in the hallway FOR HOURS!!
12:30a-2a was raucous and disruptive. Totally disrespectful and gave us a terrible nights sleep

My bedding was not clean, had to call and complain 3 times only for them to bring me new sheets, 1 pillow case for 6 pillows and 2 ripped blankets. The staff that brought me those thibgs was rude and smelled of Marijuana. I was expected to strip these dirty beds myself and make them myself as well. There were hairs everywhere and scum in the tub. Worst cleanliness and service.

Great Hotel Close to Gillette and Colleges
The front desk person was very helpful. She was friendly and kind. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast had a lot of hot and cold options. It was very busy but the people brought out food and clean dishes and utensils consistently. Everyone was working hard and friendly.

Need a better way
Was somewhat frustrated to find that I had to wait 20 minutes , being told that because I went thur hotels.com, they didn't have the information yet. Then once she got it, she was having a personal conversation with her child while working with me.

Our key cards would not work to enter the room and the hotel staff keys wouldn't work either. They said we had to wait until the maintenance guy came in at 8am. We let them know we had a funeral to go to and now would be late. There was no compassion shown, only attitude given. 15/20 min past 8 I went upstairs to check only to find out our room door was fixed. We were sitting across from the front desk the whole time. I don't know if he just chose not to let us know or the maintenance person didnt tell him. Either way I was not impressed. Next time I make a 9hr trip by car to Boston I will be staying in a different hotel where staff are more compassionate.

Saw Bruce up the street
We booked this room in order to attend a show at Gillette. We were able to walk to the show. It was very comfortable and had nice amenities. We took advantage of one of the gas grills while swimming in the pool. We also had our family dog with us on the trip. The free breakfast was also very pleasant complete with Belgian waffle makers.

Oh, I love this place. The staff was amazing. They allowed me to check in early and they went above and beyond to make me feel right at home. Beautiful place nice and peaceful awesome swimming pool and gym. I’m a customer for life keep up the good work guys.

This was a very good hotel. Staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was the best possible experience.
Hotel was clean and ideally located. The route 1 is restricted in the direction of travel so it is more difficult to reach the hotel than it should be, but this is no reflection on the hotel itself.

The room was clean, spacious, and convenient with a large refrigerator and kitchen ware. It was an easy 1 mile walk to Gillette Stadium for a concert. However, the cost on an event night is excessive. Also, our refrigerator was making noise through the night and the breakfast options were limited. Overall, a better option than hotels closer to Gillette Stadium advertised for $800-$1,000, but $500/night for a room that should be less than half that can only be justified by the convenience and safety of not having to drive home in terrible traffic after an event.

This is the 2nd HOME2 property that I visited in the last month.
The Walpole Foxboro HOME2 is located by a major road, s it is easy to get and out. The room was spacious.
My most significant complaint is that the lobby floor was significantly wet when we arrived because many guests left the swimming pool in their bathing suites which dripped water on the floor. This is unsafe.
This HOME2 property did not offer an electric range and pots/pans for the kitchen in the room. Another HOME2 property we stayed at a month ago did offer an electric range and pots/pans. That property had a large sign in the kitchen area explaining how to get your electric range and pans.
The breakfast buffet in this propery was more limited than the breakfast buffet in the other HOME2 property. This property did not offer bananas for breakfast. The only fresh fruits offered in this property were apples.
Like the other HOME2 property, the sliding doors of the bathroom were hard to open when they were fully pushed into the wall cavity. There was no handle to pull. I managed to pull the sliding doors by holding the top of the sliding door (I am taller than the average).
Finally, this HOME2 property did not offer an EV charging station. I do not have an EV, so it does not matter to me. The other HOME2 property had two Tesla Level2 chargers and a CCS Level2 charger.

Overall everything was great except for few inconveniences. We stayed in a suite with 6 people and there was no curtain at the rod for it as shown in pictures of the room. For breakfast had to wait for the sandwiches to come out as they would run out of them quickly.

There was a hole in the wall, I think some kind of light went there, I've been in many other hotels where there was more fresh fruit besides bananas and oranges offered. Only some kind of egg was offered and canadian ham.

The bathroom was covered in hair and the bottoms of the soap dispensers were nasty and dripping onto the shower floor and had been sitting there a while cuz it was dried on. They use bed skirts as a blanket on the beds. The room was huge but you couldn’t really see the tv from the second bed. The bathroom was tiny compared to the rest of the room. No fan in bathroom at all so the steam and stench from the bathroom just seeped into the rest of the room. There was a musty smell in our room. They didn’t offer much in their snack store. Breakfast the sandwiches were too hard to eat, the oatmeal destroyed both of our stomachs. We didn’t feel good the entire day after eating it.

Arrived at 4:10 for our 4pm check in. Unfortunately a room was not ready for us. Waited until 5 to finally get a room. Staff were all very nice and apologetic but the late check-in forced us to change our plans for the evening. The room was decent but not thoroughly cleaned. The refrigerator was very dirty inside.

This hotel is right on Rt 1 so it’s convenient to getting around. It is clean outside and immaculate inside. I was greeted my Shay and she was very sweet and welcoming. There is plenty of food items to buy and heat up in your suite if you get hungry and don’t want to leave or wait for delivery. The lobby offers coffees and tea until later in the day and fresh fruit gratuitously. A delicious assortment of foods in the morning is included with your stay! The hallway lighting is bright and it’s very clean. The room appointments made my stay great and we were sad to leave a room with so much potential for making us happy all week. One night was not enough. There is a very clean pool and surrounding room. There is a fitness room as well. I hope to come back to this great stay if I need to be out here for more than one day.

The hotel is great. It’s clean, modern, and spacious. The staff was very friendly. It’s a 15 min walk to Gillette Stadium which worked out well for us. You could walk there faster except there are so many people and the police have the road roped off so there is a thin walking area.

Arrival was fine. We went to the pool, that was clean. What occurred the next day at the window to our room and our car was disappointing and disgusting. Where our car was parked and where our room window was located there was another car parked next to us. This car had visibly urinated 3-4 times around there car and also on the tire of our car. Two individuals and clearly slept there and where in there car for at least the morning. There were mounds of paper towels next to them where they had relieved themselves and a washcloth that someone had washed with. While this is a sad and unfortunate circumstance for these people, we paid nearly $950 for a 2-night stay for a 1 bedroom. For this price I was not anticipating our car being urinated on or this unfortunate situation to occur at our window where human waste was all around us.
