Outside entry door to room was a shock!
I was shocked to find out that my room had a outside door entry like motels years ago.
But, it also had a inside hallway door. The room was clean and adequate. I booked a king and was given a double. I was to tired to make a fuss about it. The bed was hard as a rock. I took pillows from second bed and put under the sheet to lay on top of. The ice machine down stairs didn’t work.
Breakfast was typical hotel food, it wasn’t bad though. Pastries, microwaved omelets, waffle maker, sausage, potatoes. Some yogurt and cereal, but no milk.. had coffee and juices.

Our deluxe room was very clean, updated, spacious and comfortable. Staff was super friendly. They offer a light dinner and cookies in the evening and a nice breakfast.

Donna made sure we were happy and comfortable! We had a wedding to go to and needed to change prior to check in time and she was able to make that happen for us and we appreciate it! I felt at home and the service was perfect. We loved the easy access to the parking area. Didn’t try the breakfast because we had a reservation elsewhere.

Stay was nice. Just no drawers to put clothes away and No pen and paper. Lots of ports to charge phone. Breakfast nice. Just need to keep food simple and not spicy. People can add flavorings if they like. Potatoes too spicy. Need more sweet options

Room was very spacious and clean. Large, clean bathroom. Staff was great. Good breakfast. Our only complaint is that the carpeting in the hallway is terrible - very worn, buckling and dirty.

Good hotel; would stay again.
Hotel was fantastic. I was unaware of it being a part of the Hilton hotels. It needs new carpet and certainly some updates through out. It wasn't a luxury hotel by any means but it wasn't terrible. Beds were a little to firm for my liking but my kids and husband didn't mind it they slept well with no complaints. No bugs and clean white linen! We only stayed to sleep, eat and we were gone again the two days we stayed. We checked in late initially and staff was kind, breakfast was wonderful, kitchen staff was very kind especially on 9/3/23 when helping a large family with children. Breakfast was tasty! The cleaning staff were respectful and we had no issues.
I liked how they had a door from inside the hotel to access the room but also another door to go straight to your car on the first floor. It made bringing in our stuff super easy since we were on the lower level.
We will stay here again!
Please though look at your budget to fix the downstairs ice machine and new flooring! That alone might attract more guests.

Experience was fine and we will return again. However, the 2nd floor hall carpet desperately needs replacing in MANY areas.
Also, what is up with one-ply toilet tissue? Not good.

Clean restful stop
Very clean but unusual. All first floor rooms have two entrance doors, one from inside hallway and one from outside. Breakfast was good , Montana the host was very accommodating. Nice stay if you just need a good nights rest.

I was told they had a pool and a hot tub and they had neither. They used to share the one at the hotel next door. Also, there was two doors into our room (ground floor). That made me feel very uncomfortable and a lot of noise from outside.
It was clean and the staff was friendly but we will not stay here again.

Very Nice hotel. They even gave us hot dogs and salad for dinner snack and since we didnt check in til 645 it was perfect. Even served warm cookies at 730. Breakfast was very good with hot freah oatmeal and several other items. Beds were very comfy and room is very clean. I definitely would stay again. Staff very friendly

Enjoyable stay
The front desk staff and the staff doing the breakfast buffet were very courteous, warm, friendly, and had a good sense of humor. The room conditions were comfortable and quiet. It was very convenient having a front and back door entrance as we were able to access our room right from the parking lot. The complimentary breakfast was nice and had some good food choices. We would return again if we are ever back in that area.

Reception manager was very friendly. Only complaint is that the walls were thin so you could easily hear your neighbors.

I really enjoyed my stay here, beds were comfy, shower was nice, parking was easy, staff was friendly. I had an issue with my key (user error) day 1 , and Chris was super nice and helped me. I apricated her help. I was alone, and I felt completely safe in the area. I was on the first floor so I had access to the parking lot and the hotel which was unique but nice. The hotel was sold out, and even with every room full it was nice and quiet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Check in was great and friendly, room was clean and comfortable, but the best part of our stay was breakfast. Montana was amazing she made us feel like we were at her house and she was making our breakfast. She even asked if we wanted our oranges cut and a pack of cookies for the road.

The property appears a little dated but has been updated in most ways that count. A/C was noisy and nearby rooms produced a lot of noise, especially doors that don’t “soft close”. First floor rooms have a second door that opens to the parking lot. While this can be a convenient feature, many may feel it reduces room security. This feature also begs the question; is this a hotel or motel?

I love Hampton Inns. Breakfast is great! This appears to be a converted LaQuinta in the process of painting exterior). Room smelled like dog. And, found out all Hilton properties allow pets now with no designated rooms. Beds & linens not as comfy as original Hampton Inns. We will be searching for no pet Hotels.
We’ve had dogs, but don’t like idea of sleeping in a bed someone else’s dog may have been in, fleas, etc.

The rooms were renovated and clean. The sheets were soft! I cannot say enough about how friendly and accommodating the staff was! We took our puppy because this hotel is pet friendly. There is a large dog walk area out back where bags are provided.

This property is extremely noisy!!!!! If you want to sleep, don't stay there!!!! We stayed with our 7 and 11 year olds and they didn't take care to provide a quiet room!!!! We just couldn't sleep because of the noise, 11 PM, 12 PM, 4 AM, 6 AM. Terrible!!!! Hotel does not take any measures!!!!! Very disrespectful!!!!

I was told there would be hot coffee 24 hours a day. I get up at 4am, first morning I had to wait at least 1/2 hour for coffee. On our check out I was splitting the bill with my friend, the person working the front desk didn't know how to split the bill so we could pay 1/2 each. NOT HAPPY

Look, it’s nothing flashy (and has no pool which is odd for a Florida hotel), but it is clean, it is comfy and the staff are so friendly and helpful!
Would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend it to friends!

Over all the place was very well maintained and clean. However, upon going to bed we noticed dark smears on one of the sheets. Since we had two beds, we simply shared the other bed.

Be aware of Exterior doors at this hotel/motel.
I prefer to stay at hotels with inside corridors and expected a Hampton Inn to be like this based on past experience. However, be aware that this one also has access to the outside parking lot from a door in your room. We were on the first floor and it was unsettling when we realized this and there were men hanging around outside at 10:00pm. Nothing shady or illegal going on, probably just the guys that were staying there working on the gas station under construction next door. We were only there for a quick one night stayover and left early the next morning, but I would not stay there again. They did have a pretty good breakfast though.
