Best hotel in the Vegas area!
We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Vegas area. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and friendly...especially Dulce at the front desk. The food at breakfast was the best we've ever had at a hotel.

This place is great. I stayed with my elderly dog and I don’t have anything negative to report. The breakfast is good and the place is really clean. The only thing which I actually thought was funny is they have a beautiful grass area with a sign saying no dogs allowed but you have to walk across the grass to the poop bags and trash can.

I was skeptical about staying here since I’ve never stayed in this area! But let me tell you I would stay here 1000 times again . Very clean , ALL staff are extremely friendly and most important I felt safe.

The hotel overall is amazing nice clean however the front office staff at check in was very rude, unfriendly when she gave me the room key she just slammed the key on the front desk didn't give me any direction I had no clue where the elevator was what room I was in I had to open the keyholder to find my room number totally unacceptable I've stayed in plenty of hotels and the front office staff were very friendly.

Our room was not cleaned after we told them at check in we wanted it cleaned and towels refreshed. There was no bold dark coffee at all the entire trip. Just light and decaf when we asked they didn’t know anything about it.

Stayed here twice and I love it the staff so friendly the rooms so clean I literally purchased the Zero shampoo and conditioner that they have here in the room for him it smells amazing and works wonders on my hair. Breakfast is so good as well love staying here

Nice rooms. Clean, updated, spacious. Property was well kept. Staff was friendly. However, really strong odor of weed in the hall and could even smell it in the bathroom and front of room near door. Was supposed to be smoke free property.

We must have been in a wheelchair-friendly room, as the shower had no lip separating it from the rest of the bathroom floor. Unfortunately, it also did not have an adequate slope toward the drain. The bathroom quickly flooded, so I had to mop up the floor before my husband waded in for his turn in the shower. A warning to watch the angle of the water stream and an impromptu dam of every towel but the one he needed to dry off prevented a second flood event. Otherwise, the room was convenient, clean (especially the bathroom floor!) and comfortable.

We were in town for a soccer tournament and our stay was great! Loved the breakfast we had access to daily, we stayed in a room closer to the freeway so cars passing were a bit loud for me. The pool was great, they also had a jacuzzi, and the customer service was overall great.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the property and our room. Although, we were there for Labor Day weekend we enjoyed the quiet and the pool being empty. Parking was easy and we’re surprised to find out they include breakfast with hotel stay. Definitely a hotel I would return to.

This is a good traveler option but needs some upkeep. The elevator was out the whole time, the pool was cloudy. We moved rooms once because the AC was noisy in the unit
Staff were amazing, helpful and accommodating. Daily breakfast was tasty although always the same options The hotel is very central to the summerlin area and good local eats are nearby.

The staff was all very friendly and the whole hotel was very clean. And, thankfully, the air conditioner worked very good. The free breakfast was better than I was expecting. The only problem I had, and it happens at most places while traveling, was that the bed was much too firm for my back to handle.

I really enjoy staying at this property. It's my 2nd time staying here and won't be the last. Checking in and checking out is fast and simple. I love that they have food available to buy and that breakfast is provided. It's small and pretty quiet property. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Very noisy so close to the freeway. Felt unsafe with the other guests checking in. I think someone was sleeping in their truck a couple nights on the property. Someone on our floor was smoking pot. Takes forever to get hot water. Not a great experience.

It was a nice quiet location. I liked it very much until the soccer teams showed up and kids were running the halls yelling and screaming and bouncing balls off the walls and then apparently pulled the fire alarm.

They could not help me with 2 simple requests I made at check-in. No clock in my room. The hot tub is broken (it was broken last summer when I stayed at this hotel). My check-in time was 45 minutes, they blamed it on a problem that was the fault of CheapTickets. NOT a good stay

The room and property were good overall. I had an issue with the linen. The scent from the bleach or whatever cleaning agent was used to wash the linen (bedsheets, pillowcases, blanket) was really strong and gave me a tremendous headache. I had to go get Tylenol. So I had to buy my own linen, pillows and blanket.

This hotel is brand almost brand new. It’s clean, eco friendly. The staff is helpful and nice. The breakfast is filling. The parking is free. And the king size room are huge
