Front desk attendant not friendly and more concerned about playing on TikTok. Breakfast was very poor no selection. Overall appearance of hotel was rundown and outdated.

I'm not saying that it was your fault or the staff's fault as we did not call the front desk to report it but our next door neighbors were loud and raucous, using every F-bomb and N-word right up to 11:30. When we finally got to sleep the man went outside at 2:00 am and was loud on his phone until a loud woman told him to shut it down. We did not feel safe and we had a very hard time sleeping after that. I wish someone from the front desk would have handled the noise problem, but again, I didn't file a complaint.

I sure wish the washer and dryer worked here and wouldn't take out money. I stayed here last summer for 6 weeks and they were broken back then to. This time need more night time security to many people walking around all hours of the night

Would not recommend to stay at this property , at night so loud, stinky with marijuana or smoke. Reckless drivers on parking lot with loud music. Not worth a dime for this stay. Will never book again. Did not feel safe. Was hoping at least to wake up alive.

Ursula, Nia and Kathy were very nice and polite. I stayed here back in the summer for 5 weeks. It was nicer this time to be in a newly renovated room. I came on New Year's Eve and there was a couple of African American guys trying to bust into several of the hotel doors, that was very scary. Need to have security to walk around the place at night or put another type of locks on the doors.

At the last minute, we needed a room close to our family. Check-in was smooth and effortless, and we decided here. Our room cozy the heater didn't work. Only real complaints were that someone knocked on our door several times. No fault of the hotel though.

What a disaster. Cockroaches. Homeless population, sketchy behavior. The place is a dump. Staff is lovely too bad they work for such a dump. I left right after checking in because it was so bad but they would not refund my money. I guess they need all the money they can con from people.

Upon entrance, I couldn’t have asked for a better Manager at the desk. I booked 10 day stay. Initially my room was on second floor in the back. I explained to him, I’m traveling alone, I’m not familiar with the area although Jacksonville FL, has a reputation for high criminal activity. I said I would like a room up front, ground floor within eye view of his lobby. He was very understanding, accommodated my request perfectly. However, within 2 days, direct tv eliminated a couple of my favorite channels, leaving me with much of Jacksonville news. The next thing was, there was lots of work going on in the lobby and the outside parking lot, making a lot of noise and a struggle maneuvering my car around. Then the Florida palmettos (huge roaches 2) freaked me out, they were huge and fast as lightening. I was able to kill them. Then later in my stay, I saw a tiny spider mite moving on the pillow, ok not too bad, grabbed a tissue and when I went to kill and grab it, there was probably 50 of the little bugs all in a group…. Again freaked me out. And again all these things were uncontrollable, along with the extra loud guests hanging outside my door. I never complained because it was nothing that nice manger could control. But it does change my thoughts where I stay as I’ve never experienced these issues before. I travel periodically, but with shorter stays I’ve in more reputable hotels.

If you need a place to stay in orange park please make this place your choice the room was very spacious and clean and front desk was excellent. There are people walking around from the red roof in and motel 6 but they don't bother anyone I promise you will not be disappointed... And for the record no I do not work for quality inn just a happy customer

I was in town for a family funeral and booked with Quality Inn in Jacksonville, FL. Arrival was great and the customer service I received was absolutely wonderful. It was a breath of fresh air coming from a robust city. Arrived to my room, I unpacked a bit trying to get settle in and ordered a meal to eat. I pulled the sheet back and the sheet was dirty. I pulled the sheet back on the other bed and that was fine. I stripped the dirty bed down and called it a day since I was really tired. My delivery arrived, I picked it up from the lobby returned with my meal to the room and here comes a roaches. I quickly contacted the front office. They offered to move me, but I was informed that they don’t normally switch rooms but since I'm not local they will (REALLY??, then what is the option if the customer is dissatisfied). I packed my stuff received a new keys. Off to the new room, now the door will not open. The agent gave me another room. I didn't see any bugs and I was able to get some sleep before I had to wake up for the funeral in the morning. Knowing I had to iron my clothes, I grabbed to iron in the room the next morning it was dirty (it needs to be replaced). I left for the funeral as is. Came back to the hotel later in the evening knowing I have an early flight back home. I woke up around 2 a.m. just to find a roach crawling above my head. This stay for 2 nights was absolutely horrible and roaches were in the bathroom sink. I honestly can't believe this place is in bus

Please check non smoking rooms.
I have stay here before and what a difference this time, requested a non smoking room, and have to say it did not smell like cigarette, but had a very peculiar smell of another type of herbs. Had to go and get some lysol to be able to cancel a bit the odd smell.

Definate potential.
The staff was very polite and professional. The area is very convenient, close to entertainment, shopping and restaurants.
The rooms could definitely use a good air out, cleaning and upgrade. For the price not a terrible place to stay.

No LAN line at all. ( no way to communicate to front desk) We asked desk person for her cell. Lady from adjacent building was screaming at guests from our hotel. Other guests were stanging outside their rooms watching the show.Front desk person (Sarah) was the only bright spot. Avoid this hotel. Bright spot...only saw one cockroach

Could always be worse.
The staff here was as friendly, inviting and accomodating as I've ever seen. The room, while very comfortable and well appointed, was dated and in need of cosmetic repairs and a thorough deep cleaning and had a musty odor to it. There were ants present in the bathroom and the water temperature in the shower impossible to control.

Filthy bathroom
Choosing to stay at an economical hotel should not alleviate you from the basic comforts that should be provided in any overnight accommodation. The bathroom in my hotel room was filthy.
The toilet bowl - the commode and cover - was dirty, the walls had some kind of colored spray on them and the bathtub actually had a dirt ring around it. It was gross and very disappointing.

Not a good stay
This Hotel has a little window you check in at. The breakfast was only for 1 hour and it was very bare. The bed linen was old and worn. No type of mattress cover. The bath linen was stained. The room it self was very dusty and unkeep. The key locked me out so the are very dated. Just a bad 😞 experience

I thought that Nia and Kathy were very very nice and friendly. They were always smiling and answered my questions. They both always said good morning and have a nice day. This hotel was one of my favorite places. WASHER MACHINE BROKE AND COKE MACHINE OUT OF DRINKS OR WOULDN'T TAKE THE CHANGE. Y'ALL NEED TO HAVE WATER AVAILABLE FOR THE CUSTOMERS. FIX THE MACHINES YO SALE WATER. MY FIRST ROOM HAD DOME ANT'S AND A FEW WATER BUGS. DON'T PIT PROPLE CLOSE YO THE REMODELING NOISE. URSULA WAS VERY MEAN AND NOT POLITE.

I couldn’t even stay at the place. I went into two different rooms and each room reeked of smoke smell. I have asthma and as soon as I walked in them it began to flare up. Non Smoking means non smoking. They need to be cleaned in and out.

The stay was very disappointing. We found roaches in the room. The blankets had burn holes in them. Staff didn’t want to help. When I asked for a manager they told me there wasn’t one. Tub was flooding every time you shower.

The property's rooms show their age, are bathroom had seen better days, the toilet actually shifted when sat on. Generally, the place just needed some updating. We had a great rate, I guess you get what you pay for.

Jacksonville visit
The room had a smell of dampness. Items in the room were falling apart. The clothes rack came off of the wall. The molding at the base of the wall was coming off. There was lint hanging from the vent screen in the bathroom. However, I was just there for one day and did not want to spend a lot, so it was fine.

Disappointing place.
The air vents were filthy. The coverlet had several burn holes characteristic of cigarette burns. If this facility is smoke free, then please designate a place for them to smoke. Hanging out in front of the lobby door is disgusting to walk through the door as my clothes, hair etc smell like tobacco for the rest of the day. If you are not smoke free , it is a shame. I will pay more attention next time before reserving a room.

We reserved a handicapped accessible room with 2 when we got there. We were given a 2 bed room that was not heavy capped accessible. Their handicapped accessible room was taken the room smelled horrible. And we had some guy constantly coming to our room asking for things. Overall it was bad enough for us to get a different hotel room.

The lady at the front desk who checked us in was great! She was helpful, friendly, and charismatic.
The room for the most part appeared to be clean except the walls of the bathtub/shower were a little dingy. Housekeeping should take more time to scrub.

Not the best of hotels I asked to be put in front or around the pool and they said no problem but there was a problem the pool was closed and of course the manager said nothing The room is not very clean but the bedsheets were clean and fresh The pool area is clean The driveway and front driveway was clean Nose level was good I would stay again but only if I could not find any other hotels

It served it's purpose for my family. We were able to see the area as it was conveniently very close to a mall with different daily activities. Also the overnight reception was phenomenal to accommodate us as we checked in 3am. She even switched us from an upstairs room as she saw we had two babies to a downstairs room. Phenomenal experience!

Stay was adequate. Receptionist (Ursula ) was extremely personable and very helpful. Breakfast was very disappointing coffee not very hot. Not much of a selection at all. Forced to go out the second day. Shower was extremely gross so no showering. We did not pay to price ...nor bottom price. So really expected more than what we got.

The par!ing lot on our side was at an angle. Not sure how handicapp could park there with such a steep slope. Wish they had more options for breakfast. Other than that I would use again. The employees are very nice!

I’m glad I got the “non-smoking” room (with the cigarette holes in the bed covers, and the ashtray smell). I can’t help but wonder what the smoking rooms would be like. 🤔 Overall, very low quality at the “Quality” Inn… ☹️

Large and comfortable room
The room was spacious with open area to set up the ironing board or do jumping jacks. Everything else was in good condition and comfortable. Courtyard noise could be heard at times but that cannot be helped.

Okay for what I needed
The front desk person at check in I think her name was Sarah was wonderful. The room itself was not bad. It was clean and the bed was comfy. There was a slight mildew smell in the room. The bathroom could use some updating but all in all it was a pleasant stay.

Dont stay here.
Checked in, first room was an occupied room. The tv was on cloths were out trash next to door and strong bleach odor. Second room given was only 1 bed instead of 2. The bed covers had stains carpet was sticky, and muggy smell

The carpet was so dirty it turns ur feet black…. There was a big hole hinder our sink a critter.. could fit threw there was cob webs everywhere.. people knocking on our door in middle of nite..people at 2/3am laughing yelling throwing water balloons from balcony.. rusted dirty bathtub..mold on ceiling above shower..closed pool @9pm on a Saturday night

I really like the location . Close to everything, really nice staff. I think they need to take care of the facilities. Smells in my room was not pleasant too much humidity. The cleanliness was great, love housekeeping service. The shower shows signs of oxidation and some areas was not repaired properly. I stay again if needed but better care would be great.

It was Clean but outdated. The lady at the desk gave us the ground floor for my handicap mom which was. Ice. The A/C worked great. No noise. The breakfast closed one hour early because they ran out of food. The price was reasonable. Convenient right off the highway. A lot of restaurants in the area within walking distance from the hotel. The deco clean but very outdated look.

nightmare. the room was full of baby spiders, I couldnt sleep all night, also because the bowling game center just neighboring the hotel was loud and noisy

The room was nice and clean. The night staff, she was amazing. Nice and friendly and answer all my questions. The only thing I had a issue with was the bathroom needs to be updated because there is holes and rust in the corners and it didn't look like they cleaned the walls well. There was lots of little ants do to the hole. Other then that the room was clean and smelled good. Good for a one night passing through stay.

Many of the reviews I read before booking were horrible, but the staff were friendly and helpful, the sheets were crisp and clean, the A/C was quiet and cold, and the room had no odor. Housekeeping had done a good job. The coffeepot (pod type, 1 serving), the hair dryer, the fridge all worked great. Didn't use the iron or the m'wave.
The beds seemed a bit smaller than full size but it's been a long time since I've slept in one so I'm not sure. We slept comfortably. Some reviewers said the floors were dirty. Ours weren't. There were some stains on the tile grout, but it was clean. Others said the carpet was sticky. I can't say yes or no on that as I never walk barefoot in hotel rooms, always socks or slippers. It looked clean.
The rooms are a bit small and outdated, but they do have fresh paint and aren't threadbare. No cigarette burns. Plenty of water from the showerhead.
If you're expecting luxury, go somewhere else. If you're like us and don't mind a scratch or two on a dresser top and want a clean place to sleep at a reasonable price, this is it. I would book again.
The only inconvenience: I saw no charge port for my phone, had to buy a plug for the elec. outlet on the lamp.

Musty and moldy
The woman working the front desk was kind enough. The room however was musty and smelled of mold when we walked in. Sink was nice. Toilet and shower area was dirty and disgusting. There were toe prints on the door of the bathroom and the whole room appeared to really need a thorough deep cleaning -walls, doors, wall corners, baseboards...
After seeing how dirty the bathroom was there was no desire to stay and see how the bed was going to be.
Recommend to management to invest in deep cleaning the building and repainting at a minimum.

I had white and red spots on blanket.. the ceiling looks weird like it's probably molded and they really just sprayed some paint up there to blend it which makes sense because Room is moist and smells like a dog..

All but one washer was working..no dryer machine was working, room smells like molds. Breakfast was one cold sandwich in a doggy bag. Disappointing and for $80 a night price.. not worth it.

It was not clean enough to take a shower and it was a giant water stain on the ceiling and had a funny smell thank goodness it was just for one night definitely not Covid cleaning
