Disappointed!
We have stayed at this hotel many times but it is really getting run down! The phone didn’t work in the room and there was black spots on the ceiling above the window! The breakfast both days were great! Smells like dirty vacuum cleaner!

Great hotel, close to the beaches.
We have enjoyed our stay here. My only complaints were that the hall carpeting desperately needs a good cleaning, the toilet tank flow controller needs to be replaced, (it kept sticking), and the disinfectant dispenser in the gym didn't work. All minor things, but the hotel is a solid 8.

The hotel was clean and well taken care of. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating (front desk, dining, and cleaning staff were all fantastic!). The property is super conveniently located next to the highway and just a few miles from the sands of Flagler Beach. The only issue that I had with the room was a severe lack of water pressure in the showers and sinks, and the water did not get hot.

Hotel had an odd smell, carpets look worn, looks in need of an update and I was disappointed that they have discontinued evening snacks and refreshments. Coffee was good and breakfast was also good.

Cleanliness is very important to me when I rent a hotel room. The room appeared to be clean and all supplies had been refreshed. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and pleasant. I have no complaints at all about my stay. Keep up the good work.

The property itself is nice and kept up nicely, however, neighboring properties not quite the same. Only a couple of neighboring dinner options but if your willing to drive just a couple miles theres plenty of great options, especially on the beach.

We drove by it twice as the hotel sits behind a gas station with no signage on the road. Once we had an idea where it was, the only at the entrance was for Best Western that was next door. Once we got there, we learned that the pet fee was $50 for 1 night which is ridiculous! The floor in the room was not clean as my feet were filthy. Only 1 elevator works for the entire hotel and the 1 that was working was slow. I've always been a fan of the Hilton family, but come on! For the price you charge you can do better than this! Glad I was only staying 1 night.

Always stay in Hamptons… this one not again.
There is no daily room service of any kind unless you ask. Had to go to the desk to get towels. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

My Opinion
Very nice Inn right off of I-95. We were given an upgrade and the room was spacious. We had a pleasant overnight stay and would recommend this Inn for travelers and I would definitely book again if the need arose.

This is a great option for anyone looking for a place to sleep and get a great hot shower, and a quick hot breakfast! I come to Palm Coast FL quite often and in my opinion, this is the best hotel at a reasonable rate around… do NOT choose the Best Western across from it!

For starters that dude in the front desk Pete, is drunk on power behind that desk. I got to the hotel around noon running from Tropical Storm Nicole, with my wife and 4yrs old daughter, I asked if there where any early checking available considering there literally was a tropical storm outside the doors, this half a person, who can't take a punch from a 10 yrs old robotically answered " nothing available till 3 pm", with a stupid looking, customer service robot, fake smile, then I asked can you at least check with concierge or mngmnt something, at least pretend to really care. He went to the desktop did a few clicks on the keyboard and again said " nothing available at the moment" again I asked when is the soonest availability he replied 3pm. Luckily I'm also a Hilton honors member and cI called them. Within 20mnts I had a room, which didn't look anything like the pictures and didn't even have microwave, carpets where damped and sticky, off course I figured they had just cleaned the room and would be OK. They remained like that throughout my 2 day stay and my daughter wouldn't stop coughing all 2 days. Breakfast was acceptable and staff nice and helpful.

Expected more for this price. Room small but adequate. Carpet dirty. Our feet and socks got filthy walking in room. Best part was front desk guy. Very friendly and helpful. For the price, I’ll try somewhere else next trip.

Overall, we had a very good experience during our 3 night stay. One of the best features was the staff. Every one we saw was friendly, helpful and pro-active in making our experience comfortable and enjoyable. The staff was world class and that's unusual these days. We really felt welcome. In the morning there was good coffee and the included breakfast looked very good although we didn't take advantage it. The rooms were clean, comfortable and very quiet. Our only complaint was that the door to the room didn't move freely and opening and closing it closing was noisy.
All in all, we had a good experience and would go back again if we in the area.

The bed was dirty, i don't know if it was food or bodily floods on the bed skirt. The pillows looked like
throw pillows, there were foot prints on and inside the tub, there was mold around the shower head but was too tired to go get a different room but won't be staying there again
