Very clean and fresh bedding and towels. Extremely comfortable sleeping. Breakfast was perfect. Staff at both breakfast, service, and front desk amazingly kind and helpful. Many thanks to all!

Great bathroom, comfy beds but was loud inside & o
Check in was easy enough but our room on 2nd floor, which overlooked a loud & busy car wash. Beds were comfy, bathroom was large and modern with ZERO ONE big bottles of Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower Gel inside the large walk in shower and also Body Lotion and Hand Soap in big bottles attached to the wall. Unfortunately there was a used bandaid on the floor, under the desk and you could hear everytime someone opened and closed their doors and used the elevator as we were right across from.

The room annd hallway appeared to have recently been remodeled with new wallpaper and decorations and was well done. The bed was comfortable with a selection of pillow sizes. Two very good restaurants were only steps away and others within a short drive. My two complaints are parking was very tight, especially the handicapped spaces, and although the breakfast food was quite good, the hotel failed to provide a regular caffeinated tea bag. Everyone does not drink coffee but still needs that option to have some caffeine in the mornings. So if you are one of these people, be sure to bring your own tea bag.

It was conveniently located to GMU and not far from Dulles, metro station a short distance away for visiting DC, good selection of dinning options nearby, some walkable…not much to complain about, hotel was in good condition and staff was friendly.

Breakfast staff were fantastic and offered great choices. Room was small, air conditioner was loud and thermostat didn’t work. First floor assignment made it too loud to sleep with parking lot and foot traffic. Not great value for money charged as it was definitely overpriced for service received.

The hotel was clean & not run down…fairly new looking, but the walls are paper thin. Every time someone raised or lowered his curtains in the next room, we heard it. Thankfully, we did not hear others’ conversations & there was no noise keeping us up at night. We slept soundly.

Stay for a funeral
I was a little frustrated because the rooms O booked were not what I had asked for, Yet the rooms over all were clean, quiet, and comfortable. The front desk staff were very patient and understanding with my elderly uncle and aunt, and my dad when they were grumpy from the long trip they endured to get there. Would have been nice if they offered water to the three elderly people yet check in ended up alright. Breakfast was fine from what I could see my family eating. My nerves were shot so I did not eat breakfast. The facility was clean. They had people fixing the front entrance because, so a boom lift and so on were where one had to walk in. Overall, they stay was good and if I was to go back there, I would stay there again.

Hilton Quality, Hampton Inn
Hampton Inn brought Hilton quality and excellence, complete with a breakfast buffet, all of the amenities I wanted and more, and a top flight, super kind and polite hotel staff. Super clean as well. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Two thumbs way up!

Stayed here for 1 night while visiting a friend nearby and it was pleasant. I arrived around 11pm and check in was smooth and easy. My room was right next to the elevator and I was worried it would be noisy but I never heard it once. My room was clean and updated and had a microwave, little fridge and coffee maker. I had forgotten a couple items and the front desk gave me what I needed. Super nice

The property was very clean. Location was great! Close to restaurants Had problem with shower door as it kept sliding open while showering. Meant to tell staff but forgot. The wifiwas horrendous! Spoke to front desk and he was going to put a ticket in. Fortunately I was not on work trip or I wouldn’t have been able to do much in internet. Phone with internet was useless because I only had 2 bars and couldn’t do much of anything while hooked to internet.

We’ve been staying in Hampton Inns for years but won’t stay at this one again when visiting our daughter. The heater/air conditioner was loud and rattling, and even when we turned it completely off, it continued to make noise throughout the night. We were given a room with an adjoining door and the neighbors were very loud. While the room was clean for the most part, there was ketchup or tomato sauce dried along the front of the desk that housekeepers didn’t notice. Sheets were very scratchy and not soft at all.

Undergoing renovations so the outside looked rough. Rooms were fine but the walls were super thin (I could hear everything out in the hall and next door so I know they could hear me too) and bathroom wasn’t clean (hair in the shower, wall was dirty, etc).

Fantastic bathroom setup - very bright and lots of counter space. I don't love the lack of bathroom exhaust fan; it made for a really humid room. Bed was very hard and fairly uncomfortable. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.
I hope karma visits whomever chose the smoke alarms used in the rooms. The strobe light effect all night long was the stuff of nightmares and is the primary reason I would choose another hotel over this one.

This was an excellent hotel option. My main concern is always cleanliness. From the pillows, to the hallways, to the breakfast area, the place was sparkling and well attended to. Perfect after landing

Paid by PayPal, walked by the desk clerk 6 times in 2 days , then they locked us out of our room , because we had a dog, never once said there was a up charge for the dog , rather than locking our room , not like he didn’t see us walk by , other than that all was good.

Our stay was great! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area when we had questions. My kiddo and I went to tour GMU. The hotel is about 5 minutes away from campus. Very clean, the beds were comfy and the breakfast was great!

I love this hotel, the cleanest hotel I ever live in. However, night shift guy ( male, age around 30) are not friendly or professional, I understand some industries may have labor shortage issues, but this type of employee who doesn’t know customer service should work here

Solid economy spot if you’re in the DC/Fairfax area for a short visit. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and nicely appointed.
A little wary of noisy neighbors: I had a couple or family staying next to me who were loud talkers and I could hear almost everything they said. They also came and went a lot so the door was always opening and closing. I don’t know if it’s because our rooms had a connecting doorway that allowed for amplification of sound, or what. It didn’t keep me up at night, so there was no need to move.
One other thing I’ve noticed elsewhere: why are Hampton Inn elevators so slow?
Overall, It was worth the price and I do think Hampton Inns are a good value for budget-conscious travelers.

Location was perfect. Rooms were remodled and very clean. Loved how the King toom had a couch with its own side table which made for a more homey qed experience. Breakfast was a great selection.. would stay here again.

Very bad heating/cooling system. Extremely noisy and ineffective. When you turn yours off, it still works and makes noise. You also hear the a/c unit noise from other rooms.
