Area of town seems ok. Clerks had a line for check-in but moved very quickly. Clerks were not overly friendly, but helped me with anything that I needed.

Room was clean and spacious. Moderate size buffet breakfast provided daily was appreciated. Fitness room quite small, adequate for 2 or 3 people. Hotel is across the street from a large mall, very convenient.

Great experience for kick off gymnastics meet
When we arrived at the hotel, maintenance was in the process of removing carpet drying units. The rugs had just been cleaned. The room was pristine. Enjoyed the small fridge and micro for snacks. Coffee maker was a hit. Breakfast was good with lots of selection. Wish the pancake machine had been working. Loved the Dove products in the shower.

Dont stay here
1st thing the sink was clogged. 2nd the toilet kept running water all night kept me awake. 3rd fire alarm went off at 2:30am they never reset the elevators had to walk down the stairs. Will never stay here again. They are letting this place go down hill. And it shows.

The hotel is fine other than location. It sits on a busy corner and you will hear loud cars and sirens late into the night if you’re in a street facing room.

Main issue is that the front desk struggled to get a simple two day extension processed correctly. Got wrong days and number of days. Spent a long time at checkout getting things corrected.
Also, seemed to be a defect in the vanity faucet. If left just slightly open, the water dripped back from the spout onto the counter and then dripped on the floor. Caused the floor to get wet and even leak into unit below when we are out for the day.
Room was reasonably clean. The pool and hot tub are in a noisy area and the hot tub was not quite 100 degrees.
Breakfast was significantly better than other comparable hotels.

Love this hotel! The room was spacious, facilities clean, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. I appreciated the free breakfast, pool and hot tub, and the easy free parking. The beds were comfortable and i wish I could have stayed longer.

For the first couple of nights, we were in a room that I had been told was an accessible double queen room. It was not properly accessible. The bathroom could not be privately used by myself. There were not the necessary amenities. I was unable to bathe because of this. Also unable to properly use the toilet. Very uncomfortable! For the end of the trip, the staff didn’t put us in a king room that was wheelchair accessible.

I was assured that we would be in a double queen accessible room. On check-in we asked the front desk and they told us that their manager had said it was an accessible room. We went up and didn’t realize immediately but the bathroom was not accessible for a wheelchair user. It was very inconvenient. If I needed to use the restroom, I had to use the general restroom downstairs with my husbands help. So we would be in a women’s bathroom where other women could come in train ticket be taken care of… I was unable to bathe during this part of our trip.

Good all the way around.
Good all the way around. Smooth check in and check out. My room was clean and comfortable. Did not eat breakfast, had brunch plans with friends. Many people staying at this location. No problems. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed out 1 night stay. The room was big, nicely decorated, and the beds were comfortable. It was nice to have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in pump containers in the shower as well as a pump with soap and lotion at the sink instead of single use plastic bottles. We'd definitely stay again.

I stayed at this property for a Rave/concert that was for two nights. And the only thing that bothered me was the staff, who judged me for my appearance. As I would walk out to head to my concert, the lady completely ignored me both evenings, never said, "Have a good night"
Then the gentleman who was overnight made a face and sound towards me after I kindly smiled and said, "Good evening"
I loved the property, and the rooms were fantastic, but unfortunately, the staff did judge me for my appearance.
That stood out to me because I used to be a Front Desk Agent for a Resort and we were always told to be kind and greet each guest always.

Baseball fans trip
The hotel was clean and comfortable and very conveniently located. We attended baseball games at Tempe Diablo Stadium nearby, so the location of this property worked out perfectly. We enjoyed the breakfast, and the variety of foods offered.
The housekeeping staff provided better service than we have received in most hotels, even though we had a short stay. That was a nice surprise!

Our only complaints are the toilet leaked, could not figure out the heater, and the clock did not work. The room was very nice and bright. The other thing I could not understand is 2 weeks ago we stayed at another hotel and getting a room this time the prices were doubled everywhere.

Not the best area of town, but convenient to some restaurants and Arizona Mills Mall. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, constant cleaning was observed. Seating for breakfast could have been better, there were only four tables for two people and four tables (two 2-tops put together) for four. If a single person sat at a four-top that eliminated three seats. If they were all 2-tops they could have accommodated many more people. Breakfast was tasty and hot, although having a staff member monitoring the station for refills would have been a great improvement. The hotel did make a point of mentioning the rooms had been sound proofed, but I think only the ceilings were. Noise from the hallway and parking lot/landscapers was loud. I could hear phones ringing in adjacent rooms. Bed was comfy, room was very spacious, temp control efficient. The power strip at bedside was broken, and unfortunately there was no way to plug in a laptop at the desk except that power strip. The lamp only had a USB port. So working at the desk was not a great option, and the chaise wasn't particularly conducive to working either. There were no throw pillows and no laptop desk. There was a small undercounter fridge and also a microwave in room, which was a pleasant surprise since the description indicated only a shared microwave in the lobby.

The property was loud. Tons of traffic, daily sirens in the early mornings and it seemed like you could hear every door in the hotel slam shut. But they were nice, had a decent breakfast and cookies at night.

Nice property in Tempe
I waited over 10 minutes at the front desk to check in, while I could see the female staff member outside conversing with a guy & I know she saw me. I've stayed at this property in the past; rooms very clean & well appointed . Included breakfast very good.

I like that the room was clean and I love the Dove toiletries. Staff woke me up from my nap on Saturday afternoon to ask why I’m not checked out yet even though my booking was until Sunday. I asked for late check out Sunday then they were calling me again at noon to ask why I haven’t checked out yet. Very poor communication among staff which was very disappointing!

The room was nicely appointed and quiet. The shower & bath were decent. The elevator down button did not work so I had to ride several elevators up to get down to the ground floor.

Unfortunately, both nights of my stay were marred by extremely loud activities on the floor (Asian dance crew yelling and running up and down the hallway the first night and a loud rap battle party the second night that went well past midnight). When I mentioned it to the front desk, they told me that they have security on-premise all night long and that I should've called the desk.

Not at all what I expected
Totally understaffed hotel. Did not get requested room at all. Not at all ADA room. Beds were too high for myself and my girlfriend who both of us are in wheelchairs to get into.

I was there for an overnight stay just fir a graduation and when I came back from a dinner my daughter noticed a leak in the ceiling that appeared to be pee from above, I was leaving early the next morning so I didn’t want to bother and risk having to switch to another room. Not acceptable.
