This was our first time at this property, and it will not be our last! Jake, the front desk supervisor, greeted us and got us set up in a wonderful room. We needed a tub to wash our baby and he quickly accommodated us. From there, each interaction with him and the other staff members was wonderful. The breakfast was good and the attendants were so friendly. The room itself was clean and spacious. There was plenty of parking and entrances so it was very convenient to get to our room. The location is also superb. Staying on the IOP Connection Hwy was perfect for us. Also, there were plenty of restaurants and shopping available within a few minutes. Highly recommend booking this hotel for the staff, cleanliness, convenience, and hospitality!

Wonderfully Welcoming!
I got lost on my way there in a complex shopping enter. May, the manager on duty, stayed on the phone with me and directed me to their door. The breakfast workers were welcoming and very helpful. John at the front desk patiently and carefully answered all of my many questions. I felt truly valued as a guest.

Our room was very comfortable and decent sized for our family. The breakfast was good and had options for all.
The only feedback I would leave is I wished there was flavored creamer for the coffee and a room not next to one with a dog. It only barked a few times but when it did it was before we got up :)

The only real problems were:
A lack of hot water the afternoon when we checked in (there was plenty of it the next morning though).
The shower drain was VERY slow to drain. When showering, the tub tended to fill.
The tub diverter spout did not work well, as it only diverted a portion of the water to the shower head.
Other than these things, the hotel is fine.

I stayed in a room that faced the pool & the window would not close. So I had to listen to 20 8-10 yr old boys screaming and being noisy. And for the amount of money I paid, the only good thing about my room was the king size bed. Everything else was sub par. Probably will not stay there again.

Overall our stay was very pleasant. The breakfast was very well prepared with a great selection for everyone. Bedding was very comfortable for a good night’s sleep. We didn’t get to use the pool due to the weather but it was very clean.

Worst experience ever with Hotels.com
Fast and friendly check in and out service. Very helpful choosing a few restaurants in area. Rooms around ours was quite. Which was a plus. Going through Hotels.com however, was very hectic and lousy service! Out of all the years of dealing with Hotels.com this was the worst experience EVER!

From our initial contact with the front desk we had a great stay at this location. Alayne welcomed us, was extremely informative about the facility and region. She took the time to point out good places to dine on the local map and wasn't wrong as we went to a few of her recommended locations and the food was great. The hotel was well maintained, the breakfast was good and the pool located in the center of the hotel (good idea to keep away spying eyes) was clean and not too crowded. Only negative experience was the guest in the next room setting off the smoke alarm at 5 am (probably smoking). Hotel is also minutes away from major attractions in the region. Pretty sure we will be returning.

One outstanding employee named Will was at front desk upon our arrival on Wed. He went over and above to address our needs regarding helping with Handicapped parking for my husband. He was so kind and very professional in his interaction with us.
The negative was the facility seemed in disrepair. There was wallpaper hanging down in the hall. A quite large area. There were other areas that needed attention as well. Hadn't see this in a Hampton Inn before. Also the housekeeping service was adequate but not great. We had 2 boxes of tissues that we were using. One in living space and the other in the bathroom. They were full. The housekeeper removed one which I thought was strange. Perhaps she thought we were not to have 2.

Property was great! Very clean rooms & bathrooms. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only downside was on our last day a man who said he was from housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:00 and said we needed to hurry and checkout so he can clean the room. We were told checkout was at 12 & even the front desk attendant confirmed it was at 12. That was odd but otherwise it was a good experience at this hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Location was ideal- 10 min drive to the Isle of Palms beach, 15 mins to historic Charleston and located in a quiet suburban area close to all necessary access highways. The complimentary breakfast had really good food-waffles, eggs/ omelettes,cereal, grits, bacon or sausage, fresh juice, bagels, muffins. They also had 2 helpers at breakfast who were pleasant and helpful with keeping the food supply plentiful. The outdoor pool was also clean and had fresh beach towels for guest’s use. There were several families staying there. It looked like a great place for kids- yet had quiet areas for other guests. All in all, it was awesome.10/10

I left clothes in my room closet after check out and tried to call the hotel for 12 hours to retrieve but the phone was always busy . Evidently no one answers the phone at nighttime or daytime. Hilton Corporate came to our aid and sent an email to the hotel. My daughter picked them up the next day.

Absolutely loved our one-night stay here! Wish it was longer. The staff were so professional and friendly and made you feel at home immediately! The room was clean, nothing amiss that I could see except maybe slightly outdated and needs more color. It was perfect for our needs. Only thing I could complain about was the bed sheets and blanket weren't the best, and the pillows were super flat. The shower felt sooo nice, we never ran out of hot water. The complimentary breakfast was awesome! The ladies in the kitchen were like mothers, super sweet. Shout out to Isabelle, she was so precious! Didn't catch the name of the other lady but they were both great. There were two different omelets, potatoes, oatmeal, several kinds of waffles, coffee, tea, yogurt, toast, muffins, fruit, etc! The pool was open and was a little bit dirty from surrounding plants and trees but nothing that kept us from going in. So many families were staying here, people were very nice. Walls were kind of thin in the bathroom, could hear a conversation in the next room. There was a lot of heavy running on the floor above us during the night, but other than that we were not disturbed by anyone. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again.

The lobby was beautiful but rooms truly need to be renovated! We had a queen suite; it was roomy enough but kitchen area was tiny and walls were very thin. We were on an end corner room and could still hear the folks in the next room down. We really lucked out and during half of our five day day; a little league tour must have been going on and it was really noisy especially at night with kids running up and down the halls. We tried to go out to the pool Saturday afternoon and there were at least a dozen kids running, screaming and jumping. I’m all for having fun, but this was complete chaos. I can’t blame the hotel because parents were just sitting there socializing and not saying a word to the kids. I guess they thought they owned the place and nobody else was entitled to use the amenities. Water pressure good in the shower and breakfast was a typical Hampton spread; quite adequate. Breakfast ladies were so nice and kept on top of things! Front desk folks were all friendly and very willing to help ! Location is perfect about 15 minutes to either isle of palms or Sullivan beach and 15-20 minutes to the market in Charleston. All kinds of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Location is awesome!

Our room was not clean - there were carpet stains and stains on the furniture and we also had a 4:00am fire alarm that emptied the hotel into the parking lot for thirty minutes and never had it addressed except I was told there was no fire when I asked the staff the next morning

We had a nice three night stay. The staff was great. When having the room turned, the cleaners left our door unlocked and propped open. Everything seemed to be okay. We had a suite with a small kitchen. The fridge made some weird, loud noises but we were able to keep them down by adjusting the level of coldness in it. Other than that, it was a great stay! We will consider this location again for when we visit the area.

Very nice hotel, very clean and QUIET, which is important to me--I didn't hear the people next to me through the walls like many hotels. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Good breakfast with different choices each morning. The only downside is the pillows...while the mattress is comfy, the pillows are lumpy and over-used. Bring your own!

The hotel overall was nice. However, our room was from the 1980's. It was dark, old, depressing, and felt dirty. It was so bad, we ended our trip 1 day earlier to just get home and feel comfortable again.

Great location. The lobby is beautiful & staff is warm & friendly. The main bedroom (of a 1bdrm suite) was all fine, but the sofa bed was sweaky & droopy. Also, the sitting room hvac unit was haunted @ 4am even when unplugged...grrr! Having no exhaust fan in the bathroom is kind of a pet peave of mine, but the shower pressure was good. The breakfast was clean with average offerings both in quality & variety; certainly better than bagged or nothing at all though & they have an exuberant breakfast attendant!
