Our room was very clean and didn't have a heavy smell of disinfectant as did other places where we stayed recently. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I had an 8 lb ham that I was bringing to my family's Christmas Party and I needed a place to store it overnight. I was allowed to keep it in the restaurant's refrigerator and it stayed perfectly cold. The hotel was close to I 294 and 83 so traveling around the area was quick and easy. Also a shout out to a great breakfast place, the Egg Harbor Cafe just down the street from our room. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Our Wedding Anniversary Stay
This hotel is so convenient for us as we live in the western suburbs. It’s clean and well kept. Front desk workers were so cool and it was a great experience for my wife and I.

Good - and just what was needed
Overall, a very nice hotel, and certainly an excellent value for the price. Like most hotels, things do not necessarily remain in perfect condition as it is hard for maintenance to keep up with even incidental wear.

Close to an event I was attending
My only disappointment was that the bar was not open on Saturday night for some reason. I was staying for an event at another location so hotel was conveniently located and easy to get to fro 294 (which is under major construction) so it worked for me

The hotel could have been cleaner. When I requested housecleaning they did not come until I requested for a second time. They still didn’t clean only made the bed and added towels. The pressure in the shower was not good and it takes a long time for the water to get hot.
On the positive side, the bed was amazing and the room was large and comfortable.

This is a good place for a short stay. Also I found it interesting and odd how there is no vent in the bathroom so be prepared for room to stink when someone goes number two or take a Steamy shower. Also for the price of breakfast you can get better breakfast from McDonald’s. Breakfast was average and in my opinion overpriced for what you get. And for a double bed room there wasn’t enough moving around space.

This hotel cost to much money to say that you all do not clean rooms everyday and you don't even have a microwave in the rooms. I hated when I had to ask for extra face towels and toilet paper.

A gem of a hotel
Very nice hotel. The service was great. The room was great. Nice little bar and breakfast for a fee. Not a lot of restaurants around the area that I noticed, but pizza will deliver. I was very happy with my stay.

This is a very quiet hotel. If you're looking for a good place to get some sleep, this is an oasis. The hotel felt very safe too. Also, the parking is free, convenient, and plentiful. The only drawback is that the drive to most tourist attractions is about 30-40 minutes. However, the hotel was a good deal and worth the drive.

We have stayed at this property for years as it is very near our grandchildren's home. It has become even better as it converted from a Hampton Inn to the Four Points property. The service, the food, and the other amenities met our needs.

Fell short of expectations
I thought it would be nicer, it seemed worn and not very clean. There was an odor in the hallway... and the room needed to be refreshed, it looked much older than I was told. The sheets were very dingy.

Girls weekend getaway
The hotel is very nice, with comfortable rooms and beds. It would be nice if a microwave was put in their rooms. The bathroom could have been cleaned better. A lot of hair in the shower. This was addressed at checkout and im satisfied with my concerns being addressed. The staff is very friendly and welcoming! I do wish they brought back happy hour and make breakfast included with the hotel stay, especially with the nightly room rate.

The gym was not clean, no towels, no water !!!!! true, (the water dispenser bottle was empty) the tissue paper is like sand paper (I went to Walmart to buy ones for me) the breakfast is good but it is not included in the room rate the staff is very friendly and kind so these little improves can make better the experience.

Woman who checked me in could not stay off her phone for the 2 minutes it took.
Room was not super clean, gunk on bathroom counter and light bulb burnt out in lamp.

We stayed here before the marathon. It was quiet and only a 20min drive to the starting line at 5am. The staff was polite. The main negative is that when we entered our room it hadn't been cleaned yet. We called down to the front desk and they said we'd have to wait on housekeeping because they were fully booked. When housekeeping arrived, she took one look and was like, "No, no, no, you can't stay here." She got us into a room on a different floor that she had just cleaned. So, it worked out fine in the end, but kudos to the housekeeping staff for doing the right thing.

Bathroom had mold on ceiling. No water for the room. U have to pay 3 dollars for a bottle. Restaurant closed early with no given explanation. No complimentary breakfast. It’s equivalent to any road side motel just bigger price tag.

I was very disappointed with our stay. We chose this location specifically because we needed breakfast during our stay due to a tight budget and a convenient location to get to our convention fast enough. Our check in was late though you did compensate at allow us to check in after the convention around midnight that conversation wasn’t had until we were already over an hour late to our event.The cooking staff didn’t show up 2 days in a row to provide the continental breakfast really killing our budget as we had to spend a lot on breakfast next door/: We were limited towels and didn’t have enough for our stay. The room we were provided was an upgrade to a king size but we needed the queen size room unfortunately. Your staff was very kind and we understand you can’t control everything but it really ruined our trip, effected our finances and we felt like we should have just spent less to stay somewhere else that could have provided our needs while we also would have saved money on our stay.

Property was nice, clean rooms etc. Every staff member I interacted with except the bar tender (who wasn’t serving me, he just let me know someone would be with me shortly to check in) had an attitude problem and were very dismissive and rude, short etc.
Hotel was fine though.

The bathroom is in serious need of renovation. There was no fan in the bathroom so the mirror was steamed up. The shower was lacking in water pressure. The grout and caulking needed to be cleaned or replaced. The shower curtain looked like it needed to be washed or thrown away.
The room was small, with not much room between the desk and beds. Not really any space for your luggage except in the armoire. There was a refrigerator but no microwave.
The staff were friendly and courteous. They offered breakfast at a price. No vending machines that i could see but they did have snacks that could be purchased at the desk.
Overall for the price, it was just OK.

The room was really nice. Lots of outlets available which was truly convenient. Also, having the Iron & board available in the room
(as opposed of having to request it) was great.
I did not like that my reservation said that there was free water bottles & coffee in the common areas, but I didn't see any of them. When I asked, I was told "we do serve breakfast". Went down with my boys for breakfast, and found out it was a completely separate charge. So we didn't get the water & I didn't see any coffee downstairs (there was in my room, though). But we ended up paying for breakfast

This place was ok, no complaints about the cleanliness, but you can be a good hotel with see through toilet paper. For what you pay for a room they could give you something better than what you’d find in a Walmart bathroom. Beds were pretty firm, which isn’t my favorite, but overall they were OK.

When we first got to our room the bath tub had hair in it and I reported to the front desk. They moved us to another room. The overall service was wonderful! They took care our needs in friendly manner! The food was great!!!

Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, free parking, free high speed wifi, free HBO. Magnet to hold door open. Thin wall though. Can't connect my laptop to the TV. TV has bad contrast. Water pressure not as strong.

Everything was well kept and in good condition. Room had a mini fridge, which was nice a nice surprise as it wasn’t listed as included in the room. No microwave in the room, but one was available near the front desk area, for guest use. Pets welcomed and no issue with any noise or animal odor.

-Broken ironing board which I had to prove it was broken before they would replace it.
-Halls needed to be vacuumed.
-Stains on carpeting in hallways.
-Dirty bed linens and towels on the floor in the hallway.

the hotel was average in every sense. which i would have minded if it weren’t for the lack of cleanliness. the shower had stains and the bathroom was overall not in the best condition. i had put an empty cup that i had used for tea in the garbage and the next morning there were ants everywhere. i really think hotels need to bring back daily cleaning without guests having to pay extra because clearly extra sanitary measures need to be taken.

If you are looking for a comfort bed, don’t come here. We booked a King size bed/suite and we got double beds. The lady at the front desk was accommodating or friendly. Very disappointed.

There was no soap at hotel. They told us they are out of soap. Just imagine you get a big bottle of soap at dollar store that last for weeks. Charging 250 plus for a room and no soap. They also told us we don't give water just imagine someone traveling and paying so much have to carry water bottles and soap. Disappointed. Cherry on top there is no breakfast on site which was all promised at the time of booking on official page.

Unsecured hotel except for ants.
Poor!! I cannot believe it received an 8.4 rating!! Which is why I chose it over hotels that I’ve stayed at in the area. My room needed to be vacuumed as there was items on the floor. The next morning I changed rooms due to the ants and other bugs occupying my bathroom. IT IS NOT A SECURE HOTEL AS THE OUTSIDE DOOR WOULD NOT LOCK AND YOU DIDNT NEED A KEY CARD TO GET IN. I was hoping someone from management would notice the room change and ask me is the new room better? But no. I would not recommend nor stay here again! And I usually take a lot into consideration such as Covid. ZERO STARS!!

The hotel is old and tired. I don’t mind old and tired if it’s clean. Cigarette butts on the ground at the front entrance. The front windows were filthy. Cone on Sheraton…easy fixes. I know the hotel business struggled and still
Is post pandemic. Must be trying to save on electricity because very dark and dreary. Noise factor bad. We heard everything in the hallway and it sounded like someone was dropping bowling balls on the floor above us.
