New stay
Stayed on the new section and fresh design. Bathroom was redesigned but less room than should of been. Sink counter was 3/4 inches from hitting door to close. TOOK to much space and clothes hooks should of been at 5.5ft not 6.5ft from the floor. The new soap dispensers were great idea.
But the stay was comfortable a usual.

Very good
We have stayed there several times and have had good experiences. The only complaint i had was that the coffe in the lobby was cold every time we had some. Overall, really like this hotel for the price.

This is an older property, but don’t let that give you pause. They are engaged in updating the facility. The staff, from Guest Services to Housekeeping, to Maintenance, to breakfast buffet personal were all stellar in their courteousness, professionalism, and commitment to their jobs! Great experience!

Room doors tended to slam when you let the door go and a crowd of guests having a reunion slammed theirs half the night. Noise from hallway enters room. (Probably vice versa)

Treated like I was a regular, respectful, kind, friendly. Remodeling was a bit awkward at the time. But it was ok...
It's beginning to look more modern little by little.
But the side door wasn't able to lock, so security needs to be checked regularly.

Ok
We had 2 puppies with us and the suite we stayed in was right by the lobby and breakfast area . So our puppies did a-lot of barking as they were not used to it and with that much traffic it being loud . And of course we did not get much sleep. Also i feel that they should of had us somewhere else.

The location is great. My room had 2 issues. The mini fridge and the AC were both loud and clunky whenever they would turn on. So in the middle of the night, I had to get up to turn them both off so that I could get back to sleep. I asked the staff to fix the fridge, but they never did.

The hotel is acceptable. I must say this is the first hotel I have stayed , and there was dogs everywhere. If the other hotels nearby wasn't sold out I would have stayed somewhere else. The hotel itself is average, but the dogs where an issue nonstop barking throughout the night.

The back door towards parking said it was always locked for safety but it was always open and we did not have to use our keycards to get in. The staff was friendly very welcoming, easy check in and out.

The property was clean and had great beds and pillows. Plenty of towels and clean fridge. Everything worked! The only negative was the AC got into a sharp rhythm that made it hard to sleep for several minutes. I’d definitely get a room there again! Good staff!

Beware the sink
Great hotel, but I was in an accessible room and it looked like the sink was going to detach itself from the bathroom wall. You couldn't put anything round on it because it would roll off. The wallpaper was being pulled off and possibly the drywall too. Room 127.

Reserved a Standard double room, checked in and received a king accessible room, and was advised by the front desk when asking about it, I was informed that "that's why they don't like dealing with Expedia, it's the fine print that gets ya every time, and we are sold out."

Very nice hotel, clean, great staff. Could use some updating though. New paint and rust around tub, etc. This hotel is pet friendly, but they charged 75$ for my one small dog for one night. Expedia should list pet information on pet friendly properties.

The hotel staff was polite and pleasant. Breakfast was good and convenient. The staff was helpful and pleasant. It was also located very close to our venue as predicted. The property could use a few updates, though. The USB outlets in our room didn't work very well. The TV did not have streaming capabilities. Generally speaking, we had a nice stay. I would definitely return because I now know what to expect. A very clean facility, breakfast that was very convenient, and great staff. I will just plan to bring the proper phone charging adapter to charge my phone next time.

Was given a noisy first floor room that was handicapped accessible. Very small. Listened to car doors open and close all night. Had loud people in the next room and the hallway was noisy. When I opened the door to the room I could tell that the room had been sprayed with an air freshener with a scent that bothered my asthma. Under special requests when I made the room reservations I asked for a quiet room away from noise and at check-in I was told that I shouldn't have a problem with the room. I will carefully evaluate whether I reserve a room at a Hampton Inn in the future.

This property looked like it was a bit older, but was well maintained and had been updated. It was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Compared to other Hampton Inns, the breakfast wasn't as good as I expected, but overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great stay!
This was a really great hotel. It was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was fantastic both mornings that we were there. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable. What more could you ask for?

When there is a group of young adult male soccer players in the building it would be appreciated if staff told them to not act like small children playing around in their rooms until all hours. I had to call the front desk to get them to stop stomping on the floor above me and walking heavy keeping me awake. In addition to this, my second night I looked over on the bedside table and saw ants and at that moment packed my things and wanted to leave in the middle of the night. Not sure how small black hats got into my room.

The rooms were very clean. We pulled bedding back and looked at mattress for bed bugs and it all checked out clean. The rooms were smaller than any I've ever stayed in which is why I scored ok for comfort. This is a basic but modern and clean hotel.

Older location, and remodel. Room was small and cramped feeling, especially the bathroom. Ceiling had popcorn finish and was covered in dust balls. Left black footprints in bath and shower from dirty carpet. Staff was professional and courteous, breakfast was stocked with options and well kept.

Great Hotel!
Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had our dog with us and we received a treat bag for her at check in. Such a simple detail that was much appreciated! Hotel was very nice, clean, and updated. I would definitely recommend staying here and we will definitely stay again when we're in the area!
