The staff were all very nice and accommodating. I required a slightly later checkout which they approved without charging, and allowed me to then use their conference room for a meeting. Breakfast was good, the coffee machine in the front lobby was great. Rooms were very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Terrible Place
Very little parking. All three days no fresh coffee at 0900.Room was clean but bed was horrible, broken down. This had to be one of the original beds from when the hotel was built. Definitely not worth the money. I will not return nor recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our 1 night stay. The women at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful in finding a restaurant open for cocktails on thanksgiving night. Would stay here again.

My family and I travel to South Carolina for the ARMY Graduation ceremony of my nephew. And quite frankly we wasn't expected to much from the hotel. But definitely Best Western Plus Lexington Inn change our perspective. Mrs.DeeDee (please forgive me if I don't write your name right) receive us with a beautiful smile on her face and a great attitude. She was very informative towards the hotel services. Overnight Mr.Thomas was also very polite and make us feel safe. Mrs.Cindy also overnight. Help us thru some needed items. And was very sweet and helpful. Our room was accessible for our disabilities, super spacious, clean, bed was comfortable, the fridge, coffee machine and microwave was a plus. There was five of us in total and we fix perfectly. Without feeling crowded. The breakfast serve by Mr.John was absolutely delicious! With some much variety and options to choose. Everything fresh and very conveniently arranged for starting our day. Mr.John was continually checking that everything was on order and good for the guests. Ant the coffee machine is 24 hours with a delicious fancy coffee! Mikey was check us out. And was very polite and helpful. We definitely recommend this beautiful sweet gem hotel. And definitely will stay again, without a doubt. Thanks for having us. Keep up the great service!

We had a great two night stay. The hotel is private , quiet and very clean. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room had everything we needed, beds were very comfy .
The free breakfast was also very good . Can’t think of anything that could’ve been better. We give it a 10/10.

Room Description Problem for Handicapped Guest
I was traveling with a parent who has mobility issues. The room I reserved was described to have a walk in shower, but-- while technically accessible--did not have said shower. Additionally, i was incubus with the parking situation and did not feel particularly safe. The staff, however, was very friendly. The room was clean and fairly comfortable.

Issues resolved quickly and above expectations.
We had a flight delay after midnight and unfortunately our room was cancelled due to this, but the night auditor was very quick and attentive to resolving the issue with the 3rd party booking and got us taken care of. Very pleased with his customer service and willingness to get us into a room as quick as possible! Very friendly staff when we left and entered the property. Would stay again if needed and in the area.

I could not use the pool my whole 10 day stay. Bottom of pool was brown when it should be blue. It has not been cleaned. I picked this hotel cause it said it had a pool. Very disappointed it was dirty. When I told lady at front desk all she said was I’ll tell manager. I told her twice during my stay and they never cleaned it. Not coming back here.

The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good and the woman assisting with breakfast was very kind and helpful. The front desk during my entire stay was not the most pleasant and I encountered at least three different people.
I would stay here again because the rooms were so clean and breakfast was pretty good. coffee was exceptionally good.

Great place to stay. Very comfortable bed. Good hot breakfast in mornings. Reasonable price. Pulling into the hotel is a little difficult, and is slightly hard to see the entrance from the street. Parking is a little wonky. But would definitely stay here again.

The bed squeaked whenever someone moved and the AC was very noisy. Every couple of hours the fridge emitted a high pitch whine. The staff were wonderful and it was all very clean.

Nice hotel, clean, neat, modern looking. Jordan at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. Room was somewhat smallish in comparison to newer properties, but certainly adequate for our needs. Plenty of Wi-Fi speed. Good blackout curtains. The online reservation site promised a roll in shower, which matters for me, but it was not. Minor frustration. The king bed was very comfortable, though it’s significantly lower than most hotel beds. The TV remote should have a brief training course.’Never did get it under control. Parking fills up well before they reach capacity with no good plan B. We’d stay again, even with the little irritations. JPB

I attended a retreat at a property just a simple two minute walk from the hotel. Extremely convenient for my use. The property is very clean, both in the public space and the actual hotel rooms. The coffee was fresh and always available. The bed was comfortable. Overall, a good value for the money.

Nice place!
We chose this place for an overnight stop because we saw that there is a lake nearby and wanted to see it.

HOT!!
The AC units have a governor on them. An attempt to save money on their electricity bill? I can’t sleep in the heat and I put my thermostat down to 65 and the room felt like an oven. So if you need your room to be cooled down this isn’t the place for you. That ac unit would kick on about every 20 minutes and barely cool it down, I tossed and turned all night which brings me to my second gripe. The mattresses are sitting on a hollow metal box that is very loud when you move. It’s like sleeping on a empty metal file cabinet. Definitely not staying here again!

Great hotel, very clean!!
This was a great hotel to stay in for our family trip. Everything was so clean! They came everyday to clean our room and to make sure we didn't need anything. The staff was very friendly and helpful.We loved that they had somewhere to do our laundry and a gym to workout anytime we wanted, which was also very clean. The breakfast was also very yummy and had a great variety to choose from. We will definitely stay here again. Great job!
