Worth the stay
We stayed here for a 1 night stay to go shopping at the Burlington Mall and an appointment in Boston. Very convenient off 95 and a quick drive to 93. Close to many conveniences and a 10 minute drive to the Mall. Check in was quick and the front desk was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that the decor was dark and outdated. Bed and bedding was very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good. Would stay again.

Location was great for what we needed, great service. Typical holiday inn experience.
The room was showing a bit of wear and tear… there were some old stains on the wall and floors but the room was clean and we didn’t have any concerns.

Mouldy bathrooms. Beds not properly cleaned so when you get there you find previous guests personally belongings in your bed sheets.

Standard Holiday Inn Express. Room door had a tissue stuffed in peep hole of door. How did housekeeping miss that. Back of door needed a wipe down as well as door handles. Phone was for another room and did not work. Advised front desk when I walked down and no action was taken. Room needs an update.

People at breakfast were rude. When things ran out they did not seem diligent to refill , and gave attitude when asked if something was being made. Stopped refilling well before breakfast ended leaving not much for those who came down anytime after 8.

All we heard when we arrived at the hotel was that our room type (2 queen beds) was overbooked (!) and already first-come-first-served. We had no option but to accept a one king bed room for our family of four. The room was terribly small - just fit for one king bed - and the bathroom was extremely small and old. There was NO microwave in the room which I’ve never seen in my life for Holiday Inn Express. It was really a terrible start of our Boston trip. I have been a big fan of Holiday Inn Express, but no more. I will undoubtedly look for other hotels next time.

It was a one night stay sonit was ok. The TV was pixalated and not working. You can hear but not see. It's right off the highway so loud but with A/c on it was ok. The poor guy was alone in am both working front desk and filling breakfast. He worked his tail off...

The breakfast was very good.
Room was clean and the staff changed the towels and made the bed every day.
Free cookies in the front lobby!
Easy check-in.
Excellent restaurants within walking distance of hotel.
Only problem was that the iron didn't work - I didn't bring this up to the hotel staff so I can't comment on any resolution to this problem.

not worth the stay
I've to this location three other times stays were great. Now its different brand and don't know wasn't the same bed make noice ac seemed to be wanting to come out of the wall.

AC unit is directly next to the pillow of one of the beds , so you have a choice ether to get sick or sleep and sweating. No safe in the room, room key cards are stop working at 7 am on the day of the check out. No pool (on the website they said there is a pool) . there is a very dirty hot tub. Fire alarm is not working properly start beeping as soon as get out of the shower. Brown spots on the walls in the bathroom, Carpet in the room is probably 20 years old.

Unfortunately most of the time most of the equipment were not working - starting from Elevator, then coffee maker,then pancake maker.. Even shower tub was not draining quick enough. you have to shower in a stalled water puddle.
I m definitely not recommending this facility to anybody as there were some smoking weed smell too from other rooms.

Very helpful. I’d left my laptop in the room upon departure. They called to tell me. By that point I was quite a distance away and they held it for me until I could return. Very easy access off of the freeway! Would definitely stay there again!

A very comfortable stay....clean, pleasant staff. I would stay here again. The trivial items that I didn't like were: the office chair in the room had a low back. I prefer to sit in a chair and lean back while watching TV. Trivial, trivial, but several hardware items in the room were loose: handle to closet, toilet seat, chrome wall hook to hang things, etc. I retrieved a screwdriver from the car and did the simple stuff. I made mention of this at the front desk and he responded that sometime soon the building was getting a total renovation, but a little TLC would go a long way currently. I didn't even sense that the facility was"tired", most everything was very presentable.

We arrived late in the evening and was greeting by Eric at the front desk with a smile. We checked in and went up to our room, had a small issue with our room and Eric was quick to provide us with a new room, he was so helpful and kind!

First the receptionist was not friendly at all i asked him about what is the best place to eat he said walk out said and you see . Second i told him about no coffee maker at the room he no need you will have coffee at at the lobby i ask the house keeper said i will bring one and never happened no trush can in the room sealing broken bed making noise every time i flip was bad . Never i will book at this hotel.

The hotel breakfast was good my heater wasn’t working properly and the rug and bathroom door was dirty door looked like it was painted over with wrong color. But overall the hotel and room was good for a couple nights stay. No major complaints

My grandkids and I loved our stay here. The room was very clean, there was nothing broken, the staff was very courteous and friendly. And the Free Breakfast was bomb!!! The breakfast staff was especially helpful and nice. For someone who is OCD, and normally cleans my hotel room after I get there - I didn't have to at this one! I was very, very happy with this hotel stay. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here!!! And I will be back!!!

Nicely decorated hotel with comfortable beds, breakfast was sufficient. It was great having The Chateau restaurant connected to hotel; wonderful food. Would have been nice to have a microwave in the room to heat up leftovers or make popcorn. The only drawback was noise from highway and the light getting onto the main street was slow; traffic light did not signal but every one time for us and 5-6 times for the main street.

I enjoyed that the hotel was easily accessible to the highway, and that there was a restaurant attached. It wasn't as clean feeling as I had hoped. Mild stains on the comforter, no blankets. Housekeeping didn't clean or change sheets once during my stay (4 days, 3 nights) Housekeeping did come in once, however, only took dirty towels but did not replace them with new. Hotel key stopped working. No accesible water (Only in the gym, key didn't work for gym) Staff was friendly but didn't really do anything about concerns.

Nice property, centrally located, and great staff!
Nice 3 night stay at this property for a business trip. Everyone I came across that worked there was very nice and hospitable. The room was a king bed room and was comfortable. The bed was nice and cushy and plenty of pillows. The property looks kept up and there was nothing of major concern to me. It's in the middle of an area with a few restaurants and shops around to walk to if necessary, and right off the interstate.

Everything was great. Breakfast buffet was gorgeous! The shower was the only pain the ass because it was handicap/wheelchair accessible and it has very poor drainage/ doesn’t contain water well besides a cheap curtain which Puddled all over the bathroom floor used most of the towels to soak it up.

Quite disappointed. We booked a king size bed and was told overbooked and gave a room with a full bed. Will not stay at this hotel ever again. I will be calling and getting a refund for the wrong room.

Very short stay for us so this might not be fair.
We were put in an end room and the parking lot lights lite up the room even with all shades closed. Not sure if all the rooms are the same but the sink was way to high. I am only 5’5.
Also someone had the ac set 60 degrees when we got there.

Clean, comfortable, and feels safe
I've stayed at this hotel for several weeks and have been satisfied with all of my stays. Rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly, the wifi is good enough for gaming, and most importantly for me, I feel safe at this hotel. I haven't used the fitness center or the spa and I don't typically eat the breakfast but it does offer it which is a plus. Only complaints are that my room keys have had to be remade several times, the elevator is quite slow, and there aren't microwaves in the rooms but these are only minor inconveniences at best.

Great location with many eating options in the immediate area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Stayed at this location 2 summers ago during pandemic and it will be our "go to stop" when traveling thru Boston area on the way to our New Hampshire relatives.

Had a wonderful trip. Your front desk staff are the best. The young lady who worked on Sunday & Monday is a bright ray of sunshine. The best customer service is when you don't feel like a customer. Kudos to your team.

Manager has to be on drugs! No vision at all.
Elevator didn't work. Hot tub didn't work extreme chemical reaction to hot tub. Took a shower and the body wash was lotion. These place has no management. Employees where loud and unprofessional. I paid 200 dollars for a night stay here. It was worth maybe 40$. This hotel is not ready to house customers.

Service is a struggle here!
This hotel is struggling with service issues at this point. The room was fine but service was not great. We had our towels taken twice but not replaced. Beds never made or coffee replaced. Very nice at the desk when we asked for everything.

Check in was easy the 3rd floor smelt like marijuana luckily our room did not but the hall way was horrible the tv only had 3 stations that came in we asked the young man downstairs he couldn’t give us an answer so that was a bit frustrating the pool or square tub I would call in was warm and clean but no jets worked in it at all we usually have no problems with holiday inn express but we will never stay at this one again just so disappointed and breakfast was horrible everything was rubbery and none edible or hard as a rock
