The hotel staff was amazing. I loved the cookies, soup and hot cider offered. The breakfast was tasty! The front desk was super kind. Always helpful. Best hotel stay in a while and we will be back!

I was very pleasantly surprised by the great upkeep of the property, the wonderful breakfast buffet, and high quality fitness room. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Incredible value for the price!

Clean, spacious & friendly place to stay
Great hotel, close to shops, places to eat and off the exit. Nice spacious rooms, friendly staff & clean. First hotel I've stayed where they had a complimentary crock of chili around dinner time. We did not eat because we already had plans, but we did have cookies when we returned! Coffee, tea & cocoa always out. Nice breakfast with warm items for breakfast.

The stay was great for 3 days to see our grandson/son play college football at Assumption Univ his 5th year. We flew up from FL. Unfortunately today my daughter received a $197 charge on her bank acct today 2 days after we checked out, this is upsetting to her and to us, I am hoping they get this resolved. We paid just under $1000 for 3 nights at the hotel last weekend, and now another $197! Incidental charges seemed fair but not this charge. Very disappointed, ...the airport rental place and now this...

This hotel stay was the worst I’ve ever had! Had to walk through a bunch of people smoking weed outside to get into hotel. Parking lot had no lights on- parked in pitch black lot- used my phone light to see. Check in guy was nice but again didn’t tell any info on hotel or breakfast in the morning or where my room was. He was on the phone and just wanted to get rid of me to get back on his phone call. Doors slam loud if you don’t shut them gently. There was a hockey tournament and the hotel was filled with hockey kids. Majority of these kids were not very well behaved, took over elevators for rides and wouldn’t get out. Trying to get a seat or food for breakfast was a task. All night long doors slammed so that woke you up. Talked to a hotel worker about the kids and they said they tried to talk to the parents but they didn’t care and they started yelling at hotel staff. So nothing was done about these unruly kids because the parents didn’t care. Room and bathroom was ok- not as sparkling clean as other hotels I’ve stayed at.

I liked when I had an issue with the room they gave me at first the window could not be close, but immediately solved my problem moving me to another room.
Loved the 24/7 coffee serving in the lobby, and they serve good breakfast. Did not like when I checked out the male receptionist was not a great help.

I have only used Hampton Inn for my overnight stay for the last 20 years. The room they gave me was an adjacent room that was very small almost for children. The beds were full size, I have never had a full size bed at Hampton always queen. There was no microwave and each night there were groups of people staying and overextending their welcome at the breakfast area.

Conveniently located to everything!! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pricing was very competitive. Only complaint, I wish the beds were Queen sized or larger (currently full/double) as it was cozy for four people.

Policy for requesting housekeeping for multi-day stay was not clearly explained resulting in our room not being cleaned for 5 days. Various lights and plugs throughout the 3 rooms we stayed in did not work or had loose connections. Lights would come on and then go out.

Issues with the electrical in the room resulted in no power in half the room and the smell of smoke; breakfast was ok until they promptly shut everything down right down at 10am on the dot even closing the doors on us; front desk staff was nice

The carpeting in the room was very dirty and smelled awful. Its so old that it cannot be cleaned or deodorized. When I walked on it, tons of lint/fibers were stuck under my feet. And it felt sticky throughout the carpeting and non carpeting area.

Yikes! We have stayed at many Hampton Inns this one needs a complete remake or demo! Everything from the desk, carpets, glass, floors and room were sooo dirty! The room smelled very bad and it actually had carpet squares for flooring that were dirty and half of them were raising up on the ends… ridiculous!! We did not stay!

Didn’t realize this was a pet friendly hotel I’m allergic to dogs I called to get the sheets change as they was not here on my sheets. They dropped off the sheets and they didn’t even have someone come and change it for me. The rug is smell mildew like dogs dog hair on the carpet Definitely will never rent there again

We like Hampton properties. This one seemed a little worn around the edges (not the lobby--that was fine). Toilet seat was the wrong size for the bowl, for instance and there carpets seemed older. Otherwise, ok.

I requested at check in that the room be cleaned daily, it was not. I informed reception that the blind was broken but asked that maintenance not enter the room during our stay yet they did. I did not ask for an accessible shower but got one which soaked the floor which was not cleaned up since housekeeping did not clean the room. The toilet ran at least once per hour. Is it that hotels.com customers get the worst rooms or that the disabled do?

Went over the weekend for a quiet get away that turned out to be the opposite. Kids were playing hockey in the hallways up until 10 pm and woken up with it at 7am. Trying to get to breakfast was horrid with the amount of people. Understand a busy weekend but if you could please tell guests to be cautious of others trying to relax.

Staff was polite and helpful. Beds were not very comfortable although we had a king size. I have stayed at other Hampton Inns where the beds were more comfortable. Also the breakfast on the last day (monday morning) was not good. The oatmeal was at the last bit, there were about two eggs, two pre-wrapped muffins etc. Breakfast was served until 10am and it was only around 8:30.

WORST EXPERIENCE IN 25 YEARS
I hope this finds you well and being in the industry myself I found it hard to not levy my disappointment in my stay at the Hampton Inn Marlborough, MA located at 277 Boston Post Rd W, Marlborough, MA 01752.
I checked in Thursday evening around 8pm and found myself entering a lobby of chaos with 12-15 adults sitting in the dining area with cases of beer and cases of alcoholic seltzer drinks and kids everywhere on every night of our stay so it was not even remotely comfortable to sit down there and eat delivered food. We bypassed the desk, waited almost 5 minutes for an elevator as I could hear them beeping as if the doors were being held open one or two floors above and went directly to our room which was ### and found kids running down the halls.
The room itself smelled of dirty feet and I found the smell to be emanating from the carpet which looked like it has never been cleaned causing your bare feet to turn black with dirt. There was an outlet cover missing from under the microwave table which was very unsafe considering we brought our kids with us. The bathroom ceiling was pealing horribly, and the sink was clogged which I cleared myself since there is no maintenance. The mattresses were absolutely terrible and NOT the “Hilton” quality I expected.
The first night sleeping was good until 10PM at which time there were kids running down the hallways shouting and banging on doors. I called the front desk not once or twice but three times between 10PM and 1AM and nothing

Hampton Inn Boston/Marlborough
This was an annual overnight getaway to watch the Super Bowl. My companion enjoys baths, so we appreciated being able to get a room with a tub. Also, Hampton Inn is one of the few hotels around that has resumed full breakfast service.

Hotel employee greeted me w a smile and offer to use his snow brush to clear car as he saw me wipe snow with just my arm off windshield. Friendly staff and usual good breakfast bar. Hope to return on business again

I really liked having the option to do guest laundry on our floor. I would have appreciated a broader selection of hot breakfast (eggs, pancakes etc) But overall a really great experience, Will be returning.

I was extremely pleased with this hotel. This was a last minute one night trip however compared to the 8 hotels I stayed in 2 weeks previously this was very low priced and much better. The room had tons of storage, nothing was broken. the bedding was extremely comfy and we even had ample pillows! The pool area was a good size and very clean. oh and a very big breakfast including multiple hot items and various waffle fixings.
