Other than the pool area being a mess due to the hot tub covered in a tarp with bricks, we enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and room was clean

Great Stay!
The staff was so helpful and accommodating! We got in really late because of airport/airline delays, so we couldn’t take the shuttle and were SO tired! The lovely young man at the front desk was sweet and scheduled us for a late check out. They also provided small acts of service that made up for our difficult day.
The breakfast was good, the room was clean and all the staff we met were friendly and went the extra mile. The shuttle driver gave us great advice and let us know that we could call them to get us from the rental car center when we get back on Monday night. We will definitely stay again when we are back in the area!

Fine for an overnite - upcharge not appreciated.
Hotel and room were fine. Nothing to write home about, but fine for a place to safely sleep on a quick business trip. Breakfast and breakfast facilities were above average in terms of selection and freshness. Check in staff and experience OK.
NEGATIVE: I was disappointed to get hit up for $20 to park my car when I had deliberately called the # provided ahead of time and was told parking was FREE for room guests - charge was only for travelers not staying in the hotel. That was about a 25% increase in the cost of my stay. Get your act together, Hampton Customer "Service"!

This hotel was very close to the airport and the shuttle was so convenient even with having to fly out so early in the morning. The shuttle started at 3am and ran every 30 minutes which is super rare. The staff was very friendly and even though I came in right before the bar/kitchen was closed they still accommodated my needs with no issues. The room was very clean and I was so surprised at how nice it was considering it was an airport hotel. I was very very pleased.

We called 3 times for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport and ended up waiting 45 mins (only 8 mins from the airport). The employee at the front desk was also very rude so this was not a good start. Didn’t get a welcome bag with waters like we were supposed to. The parking lot was full we had to sit around and wait for a parking spot even though we paid for parking. Breakfast was nice no complaints there. When it came time to checkout I waited at the desk for a long time- didn’t even end up getting to check out because I had to leave for the airport. The room was nice though.

Bar and restaurant menu was half crossed out with not available. Bar TV didn’t work and we couldn’t watch the football game. Lobby TV only had the game in Spanish and staff said they couldn’t figure out how to fix it.

5Star Hotel for me.
Every time I go visit my girlfriend I stay there for a day or two. I just love the fluffy white towels the cleanest of the rooms the style of the rooms for the price I pay is beautiful on top of it all. You get a nice breakfast in the morning. I thought I was at home for a moment anytime I can get a good price to stay there I will with no hesitation.

This hotel was close to the airport and relatively quiet. Hotel offers to drop their guests at the Subway/Train station so that you can get to the city using public transit. The staff was all friendly and helpful. Would visit again.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Room was quiet and comfortable. Very easy access for my ride that picked me up from Maine the next day. Shuttle very convenient. Great place to stay and rest after a long overseas journey.

Shuttle to airport is convenient. Was very crowded at 4am. Would’ve been better to have two shuttles available. Room was clean and comfortable. Room next to us let the door slam multiple times and echoed each time. Front desk was a little abrupt but did the job. Restaurant food- good and staff were friendly

I booked this hotel because I had an early flight out of Logan. First of all, there are two Hampton Inns near Logan and I ended up getting on the wrong shuttle from the airport. I had to take an Uber between hotels because I was informed the other Hampton Inn didn't like to come pick up there. Secondly, in the morning, I got down to the lobby at 3:30am, and I was quite precise, only to see the van pull away from the driveway without me, along with about five other people. Had to Uber to the airport.

You have to pay $20 a night for parking yet finding a parking a lot is impossible. I’d rather park at target across the street for free. Also this is directly off a busy highway. The pool is cold. My door made noises every time the housekeepers slammed another door in the hallway and I kept waking up hearing so much noise. I’m not a light sleeper nor has this ever bothered me at any other hotel.

Made me pay $20 to park my damn car even though I made a reservation and a very big parking lot. Very thin walls, you can hear the people on each side and above. No fan on the bathroom just a vent that leads into the hallway. Don’t recommend staying here at all.

Comfortable stay
The hotel had all the amenities we could ask for. The room was big and clean. The breakfast was really good. We also took advantage of the hotel restaurant and gym. Shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient. Would definitely stay again if traveling through Boston airport.

Easy to find, easy to park. Check in was great. Only stayed a few hours before our flight. Our pillow cases looked dirty, I removed them to rest our head on something that looked clean for a few hours. Not sure If I actually slept or not, but was more convenient than trying to drive into Boston for 3am to catch a flight.

Get ready to pay more! I just needed to get a room overnight, trusted the Hampton name and thought the price was good. So it was really a surprise (and in bad form) for the hotel to tell me a check-in that I need to pay another $20 to park my car in their own parking lot! So much for price comparing on Expedia. I’ll be sure to be extra careful on “extras” from now on. I suspect what is going on is that Hampton Inn is now renting out parking spaces because the airport is nearby. Nonetheless, guests at the hotel, should be treated like guests.

Great facility, shuttle bus could use improvement
Overall, it was a great stay. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly. The only complaint I have is with the shuttle. Yesterday, when we arrived, the driver was friendly and helpful. But today, after I saw my sister off at the airport and called the Inn to inform that I would be waiting at terminal E, the van drive so fast that I could not flag it down. I had to stay outside for another 20 minutes when the outside temperature was 25 degree. I was chilled to my bones. I hope the communication between the driver and hotel receptionist will improve so no one will be left outside waiting.

Alwats a Nice Stay
I've stayed at this Hampton Inn 3 or 4 times when I've had flights out of Boston. I have always been pleased and this past stay was no different. The staff at check-in are always very pleasant even when many people are waiting arrive at the same time. There is never a long wait. The rooms are always comfortable Breakfast has a good variety of hot and cold foods. This time I took advantage of the restaurant when I arrived and wasnt disappointed. The only problem in the past I've had is missing the airport shuttle. Part of the reason for that was due to my mistake but on two occasions the driver left too early. This last experience was much better. I made sure to come to the lobby with plenty of time but also the driver asked anyone who came into the lobby if they needed a shuttle to the airport. He was also very pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel especially if you are trying to coordinate a stay with a flight out of Logan.

Problems with shuttle
Stayed at this hotel specifically cause had airport shuttle. Decided to drop car rental off night before bc of snow predicted and was told just to call from car rental and they will come. Called and told 15 min. Almost 30 minutes later called back. Told that bc we were not standing outside (weather below freezing) van passed us bc "they aren't allowed to stop". Dont know how you can pick up passengers without stopping and we had already seen at least 6 hotel buses stop to pick up passengers who were just inside the doors with us. Bus NEVER came by us. Told driver was coming around to get us and would be there in 5 minutes. Almost 15 minutes called a 3rd time and finally told to get Uber. While waiting for Uber bus arrived an hour after we first called. Driver said he was only driver and bus had been full. That means customer service at hotel was not honest with us.
Also only 1 ice machine in entire gotel working on 3rd floor.
Thankfully shuttle to airport was very prompt in leaving on time

I was very impressed with my stay here. I would of given 5 stars across the board it it wasnt for a rude bartender telling my girlfriend and & I we couldnt eat in the coner 20 minutes before they were closing anyways. They made us sit 2 roo.s down in an empty room. Other than that place was great top to bottom. I cant remember the last hotel i stayed at where.they gave you free water bottles & snacks daily

Make a reservation for your car too.
The stay was great as usual, except for one thing. If you make a reservation at any hotel near Logan international airport you better make a reservation to park your car also. We didn’t and ended up paying $281 for eight days. At least the place we parked at had good reviews.

Only stayed there because we had an early flight. Was assured that the shuttle would get us there on time. However, though we were in lobby at 4:45 to catch 5 am bus, we could not take it because it was full. There was enough people for 2 buses and we were told there was another one coming. There was one sitting there, but it didn't leave till much later. Our flight was delayed, so we were fine, but if it had not been, not sure we would have made it. Everything else was excellent! Suggest they ask their guests which shuttle they are taking the night before so that they can anticipate where a second bus may be necessary.

Have a back-up plan if you want the shuttle
We had one quick night (checked in at 5 pm, left at 5 am the next morning) before heading to the airport, and it was fine. two issues (one small, another more concerning): The TV isn't user-friendly. The guide wouldn't load, so there was no way to pick a channel. More important, the shuttle loading process is pretty stressful. The shuttle was the reason we picked this hotel, but it seats only 15 people, there were more than that waiting, and it was a pretty stressful experience (and we were 25 minutes early!).

The room was clean, the bed was comfy. Noise was not an issue, and the breakfast was more than adequate. The courtesy bus didn't pick me up when I called from the Wood Island T-station .. it was late on a dark, cold, night, but within the courtesy shuttle operating hours. I watched that shuttle sail right past me and keep going. I called the hotel. They said I wasn't at the pick-up spot, so the driver was headed back to the hotel. I was at an exit spot outside on a street corner. Being from out-of-town, how could I have known there was somewhere else to be picked up? No one mentioned that. But there I was, painfully obvious - a female senior citizen near the corner, looking like I was waiting for something. They didn't send the shuttle back around. I was able to get an Uber eventually. When I got back to the hotel, I again recounted what had happened. I got a very nonchalant response. I could have frozen out there.. I could have been mugged out there. There wasn't much traffic at all, so there wouldn't have been any witnesses in any event. NOT IMPRESSED with being left in that position.

Toilet clog on first night. Woke up to no running water the next morning. I had to leave to find another room. I was told that it was the City of Revere that was withithout water due to a water main break. My money has not yet been refunded.
